Missing food in order. They promised it would take 10 minutes to receiver, 30 minutes and three phone calls later no side orders and pizza is cold. Manager has not been too helpful either.

He ordenado desde allí tres veces y cada vez han conseguido al menos un artículo equivocado en mi pedido. Más recientemente me enviaron un queso y tomate pizza en vez de mi Hawaiian carecía rellenas. Lo cambiaron después de un tiempo, pero me dio un medio en lugar de lo que pagué (una grande) Honestamente , no vale la pena molestarse, hay un montón de otras pizza allí con mucho mejor servicio y experiencia.

The guy at the front desk who I think is Bangladeshi keeps flirting with the customers and crosses the boundaries. He has flirted with me multiple times and keeps asking unnecessary questions. He is extremely annoying and I would like to bring this up as people are not comfortable with the way he approaches. I waited outside the pizza place till my pizza was ready to avoid his flirtatious comments and unnecessary questions about me. Kindly train your staff to be professional and respectful towards the customer.

176 Clarence RdI have lived near the stated address for several decades. There is not now and never has been an Italian restaurant called Bella Vita on Clarence Road.
