Delicious pizza 🍕 ordered from the app, pizzas arrived on time, nicely cooked. Got 50% deal off pizza which made it affordable, or it would have been very over priced for pizza. But will definitely recommend with the offer. Ordered before Christmas with a similar deal and was very good too. No complaints, just keep doing to deals!

Worst Pizza place in the whole area. Often get the order wrong, make you wait when you've ordered for a specific time ... but when you want to change an order and phone them up within 90 seconds of placing it .. "It's already in the oven' ... Place is run by kids that don't care, with questionable hygiene habits. I, personally don't order for myself since I saw someones forehand sweat drip onto the pizza base he was rolling !!!

Ordered two pizzas at 11:30. The store closes at 01:00 and it just never showed up despite calling the store and being told it was on its way. I’ve made so many complaints in the past about this store getting stuff wrong that I just wouldn’t recommend it at all. There’s other pizza places in Horsham that are cheaper and way more reliable so just go with those instead

Absolutely terrible food from the Southwater outlet. Obviously no one can make a pizza and actually get it to the delivery point on time. The food was cold and a waste of money. Absolute joke the staff need training on how to cook and make sure the food is hot. Lucky for us the KFC delivered through Deliveroo

The few times I have ordered a pizza with Domino’s Horsham it has not failed to disappoint. First order pizza took an hour and half to arrive. When queried with the shop we were told the driver had a fight with another customer and therefore had returned our delivery to the store… no store credit provided/offered for delay. Second order, pizza was wrong and despite sending a photo (at their request) they advised only way a refund (in store credit) could be provided was to collect the incorrect pizza so they could photograph it in the store and send it to Head Office for review… AVOID!

I ordered some food on Friday night and ordered some cookies as well and I thought I would save them for the next day but when I did open the box up they were burnt I sent an email to the store no response considering they say the it is the quickest way to a get a response they lied so I sent an email to the customer service still no response so if I was you I wouldn’t bother ordering from here, the only thing that was a nice was the delivery driver she was really nice and polite. Considering they have a quality control check they failed even I wouldn’t send a customer burnt food and I’ve been a chef for over 15 years, they will most probably say it isn’t there but I still have the cookies in the box so they can’t lie to me. Definitely go some where else Horsham dominos has gone down hill

Food arrived swimming in grease. Phones up and manager tried to justify it. She said I will get a refund 5-7 working days but it’s been nearly 3 weeks and nothing! I will be taking this further

We had a large ‘deluxe’ and a large ‘farmhouse’ as a treat, haven’t used Domino’s for over 10 years. Awful pizza. Horrible soft, salty, doughy crust, hardly any cheese, scarce flavourless toppings, all at ridiculous prices. The perpetual ‘deals’ are still a rip-off for this muck. We have had better supermarket pizzas. Domino’s is best avoided.

The food is great BUT service is slowly degrading, they always have my order wrong, the food comes cold, they never cut the pizzas & management is appalling & they really couldn’t care less! Im so disappointed as it was an excellent establishment & they had really good food!

For some reason the staff seemed more concerned with talking to each other than they did getting the order right. Not done properly and with no toppings on. Not worth going back

rude blonde girl gave dirty stares messed up order and was down right disrespectful. they gave us the wrong order and hoped that we wouldn’t notice, when did notice said blonde girl was less than impressed to help us and then made us wait 15 minutes to resolve it as she clearly did not know what she was doing. food cold and tasted awful anyways think i might die xx

I ordered a vege pizza for collection and got a meat one. I had to go back, return the meat and collect the vege and free garlic bread agreed. Agreed 7:35pm ready but still not ready by 7:50 when I blocked the delivery guys in until it was made without free bread. Their mistake and although they pretended to be sorry, deliberately made me wait when I had ordered it to be quick

I had a delivery today and as per usual the Food was delivered Hot and within 30 minutes of placing the order online.

Was feeling hungry with friends and couldn't be bothered to cook after a long day on the old 9-5 grind. Ordered a managers special because we were really hungry. Spent a good 10 minutes discussing various pizza toppings and combinations that we could create. At first our negotiations were hostile, everyone declared their desired toppings and criticisms were abundant. We wanted something meaty but all agreed that a Meateor was not a acceptable selection due to the addition of BBQ sauce. We then analysed the MightyMeaty and decided that mushrooms just weren't for us. In the end we just took a meaty pizza and customised it. We ordered 2 sizes, one was wedges which were nicely seasoned and crispy. The other was a garlic bread loaf with lots of dips. Nobody said anything whilst consuming it because 1) it was delicious, 2) mouth was full of pizza. This dominoes has always got our order spot on and delivered within 30 minutes. Keep up the great work guys!

was having second thoughts when i ordered the pizzas on the telephone, should have gone with my gut feeling, totally dripping in grease and almost inedible, if we didnt live so far would have driven back with them, never again,

My partner and I ordered two pizzas and a side. I'd ordered a half and half and when mine arrived, one half was incorrect. My partner called up and they said they would replace it and it would be sent out and the incorrect pizza collected. He'd started his pizza so I said to ask if our order could all be resent as his food, and the side, would go cold whilst we waited. When he called they said my pizza would be 40 minutes so we mentioned our issue and the woman said they were already replacing a £20 pizza so couldn't do anymore. They were having to replace it due to their error, which is what you'd expect! We asked for a discount off a next order in compensation for having to eat separately (not very romantic) and they said that wasn't an option. I emailed a complaint and the reply just said they were sorry to hear this and would pass on feedback. I replied saying the store knew as I'd rund them (clearly stated in my complaint email) and they've continued to ignore it. It's been over a month and I've sent two chaser emails too. I asked on Twitter and they just say they will chase it but I have still not heard anything. My partner tweeted and they answered him and asked for the complaint number. They've then ignored him too. I had a couple of issues with the Southwater store last year where the wrong pizzas were sent and on both occassions they sent a voucher to encourage us to re-order. Awful service with the Horsham and complaints team though!

Call at 6.pm for pizza to be delivered, no one show up in till 20 05 PM no apology, no refund, I got no word , never again , domino I will not call you again , I prefer eat beans on toast instead

Online order went thru PayPal at about 6:45pm. By 8:15 pm no delivery, so I phoned, to be quite rudely told that the order had not arrived and that my payment was pending. Customer Service 3/10 or less. Apparently this " often happens. " - if that's is so, then fix it? Tried to reconnect online to then find a message that the website was now down for maintenance. Family very disappointed. I ordered from Pizza Hut instead and the correct order arrived within 39 minutes.

I ordered a pizza for delivery which has a sour cream and paprika drizzle on top as I wasn’t sure if I would like the it, so I ordered it without the drizzle. The pizza was delivered however the drizzle was included, I thought I would try it to see if I liked it anyway then I wouldn’t have to ring them and complain, however it was really not to my tastes. I rang Dominos and explained the issue and their mistake and was asked if I had tried the pizza which I said I had and they immediately said as I had actually had some they would not replace it, I asked to speak to the manager who said the same thing.I think when any business that makes a mistake and then refuses to correct it is one you should avoid at all costs.

Paid £25 and no order delivered and when I called almost 2 hours later I get nothing but abuse telling me that the shop is now closed and that there is nothing they can do!! I waited nearly 20 minitues on hold to then be told it was my Fault and the driver tried to deliver and also called a but didn’t get a response. Sorry, but if ur waiting for pizza/dinner then u r not going to miss a doorbell ffs plus they did NOT call me or try to at any time. Now I’m £25 down and still have no dinner so next time I will be calling Pizza Hut, at least they deliver and realise when they r in the wrong! Very disappointed

Tried Horsham dominos for the first time over a week ago placed order on app 2 hrs before collection time collected pizza to get home to find the new burger pizza was instead a dried up margarita and plain garlic bread was a sloppy tomato bread thing!

After complaining and getting a 20£ voucher on my account, you would think they would of made an effort into making a better pizza and experience - you’d be very wrong

We decided to have a Dominoes and expected a longer wait. We phoned in the order around 18:20 on a weekday and had the hot pizzas delivered within 20 minutes. We are only about five minutes drive so that was record time.

Typical chain, they don't care about quality. The last Pizza I had from there was of poor quality, thrown together and expensive.

Ordered a pizza for me and my little girl- used the tracker to be told to the tracker didn’t work and wasn’t accurate (what’s the point in having it?) and to top it off the lady I complained to about the wait was so rude!!

Used app very well set out, food was exactly as ordered. Delivery within 30 mins, still hot. Don't expect anything else, satisfied customer.

Horsham Domino’s is rubbish. Ordered two half and half medium pizzas. Both had soggy bases. Couldn’t tell which half was which as toppings where all over the place.

The personalised Pizza are very good value for money quick service and efficient friendly staff worth visit if you like takeaway Pizzas

About once a year we have a Domino's. We always order then wait as past experience of delivery times has been slow. Let's be honest... you wolf it down but almost immediately regret it. It's fun, seriously overpriced, and very unhealthy.

We've used dominos on and off for a few years and generally they've been ok if a little expensive with the occasional issue especially when they're busy.

I find the product from Domino expensive and not value normally warm at best, many times put on hold on the telephone ordering and delivery erratic.

Why buy a pizza here instead of getting a really çheap pizza at a supermarket for less than a third of the price

Este Dominos utilizada para ser buena, en los últimos tres meses ha sido pésima. Me he quejado cada vez (4 en total) y ahora han admitido la derrota. 1. 5 horas de tiempo de entrega y luego el lugar se convierte en piedra fría y parece algo que mis hijos han hecho (les iría mejor). Me han enviado un correo electrónico con el dueño de la franquicia y todavía no mejoras. Hablé con el gerente de esta noche que me dijeron algunas personas esperar dos horas lo dice todo por sus directrices de servicio al cliente. Ir a Tesco y comprar uno. No ir allí de nuevo. El pan de ajo de arranque es realmente excelente, como son la pizza margarita gratis siempre que se agregue queso extra. La mayoría de las pizzas para llevar hemos probado hemos necesitado un poco más de queso, para ser justos, y una verdadera "Quattro Formaggi -" no es, por desgracia. I've had problems before with dominos horsham but tonight they excelled themselves! Nearly 2.5 hours for my pizza to arrive! I was nearly in bed! I tried ringing several times to chase but it just rung out then cut off. When I eventually got through I was told it could be another 25 mins at least! When I complained she just cut me off! Quite appalling. Pizza did eventually arrive and it was ok but do you know what - never again!

The fact I created an account just to leave this review should say it all. Ordered 2 pizzas online and waited an hour before calling to be told there was a 2 hour delay. When it finally arrived the pizza was lukewarm at best.Will not be using Domino's Horsham again.

Waited 2 hours for two pizzas and a fewsides. This is not the first issue we have had. We've also received cold pizza a few times. And even gone to collect our pizza and watched them leave it sitting on the side and not under the heat. Something needs to be done.

you just cant beat a Domino's Pizza! simply the best for taste and quality! they make sure your food is perfected before being send out and if its not they recook it all! staff are friendly and delivery drivers are friendly

I love dominos because the pizzas are always tasty ,full of filling ,delivered hot and quickly,delivery drivers are polite and friendly .Just great especially all the deals they do

speedy service delivering a hot and tasty pizza I would recommend the mighty meaty also dominoes has been labled as expensive but with any easy to find codes on the internet it can make the dominoes meals up to 50% cheaper

It's fast food. Pizzas arrived on time, reasonably hot and were tasty. We live on a new estate and unlike other delivery companies Dominos found us without a problem.Expensive though for a pizza, Chinese is cheaper.

I waited and waited ..........hour and fifty minutes !!!!!!! Nearly two hours way too long ! and it was cold too .............brought as a treat for my visiting son ! we were both disappointed NEVER AGAIN !

The service shown was shocking, and I normally like dominos.Somehow average quality even for a fast pizza joint, the order took an hour, and the tracking your order said it had been delivered within half an hour. Now when it was delievered it was missing an icecream, and one of the pizza boxes was caved in. Rang up, no apology and was greeted with contempt at the pizza being delivered in this way "I cooked it myself" being the attitude, telling me it'll be an hour or more till they could get another pizza to me.To their credit it came 40 minutes later, and the wrong icecream was delivered, substituting it for one of their pick, without letting me know.No customer service what so ever, poor service and poor product.

Absolutely terrible! Waited an hour even though the tracker said it had been delivered for 30 minutes before arriving and they forgot the ice cream. We checked the pizza and it was squashed and the half and half toppings were mixed together. We then we're told to wait another hour for the new pizza and our ice cream. We then got given the wrong ice cream flavour! I've never had such a terrible experience ordering pizza!

Always ordered my pizzas from here had a couple problems in the past waiting for hours and wrong stuff but I know it gets crazy busy on the weekends ...... Apart from that its always hot and fresh and would rather wait a bit then have something I'm gonna send back

We love Dominoes Pizzas, it's one of our favourite treats as a family of five.The reason I am writing this review is that after waiting for over an hour for our pizzas, Horsham got our order wrong. I have phoned and correct order has been dispatched, I wouldn't mind but this is the second time this has happened to us, so buyer beware, this is a busy pizza delivery service which makes mistakes

We've ordered a few pizza from dominos recently and it's getting worse and worse! Today or example it took 2 hours for it to be delivered and it was the wrong pizza! Wouldn't recommend you use this store, if you do go and collect it that way you can check it before you leave!

I had a Delivery from them last night and my Food was Delivered Piping Hot,which was just fantastic.The Chick 'N' Mix and Chicken Strips are simply mouth watering....... and as for the Chocolate Brownies and Chocolate Cookies well they were just Delicious.

Chicken strips are delicious can't fault the dough balls but can fault the pizza had Margarita, really bland and burnt not tasty.

Domino's in Horsham (there's no 'e' in the word and there is an apostrophe by the way so I've asked TA to remove one and add the other to the title) is a standard Domino's and I wouldn't normally go there but two young relatives wanted some so we went along and sat in nearby Horsham Park to eat our pizza.The service here is variable. If you want the staff to speak slowly, listen carefully and to say 'please' and 'thank you' you won't get all of these. This applies to ordering for delivery as well; I once overheard a young staff member saying 'I hate old people' after taking a telephone order presumably from an older customer. Deliveries are usually OK but the food doesn't look much like the photos on the menus and publicity, and in our experience sometimes gets rather 'knocked around' in the boxes it's delivered in.On the 'plus' side they are usually quick to get the food to the customer although they do struggle at the weekend.Our pizza was fine on this occasion. Unless you know about offers the fare is very expensive and it would be much cheaper to buy such food from a supermarket and cook it at home.

I always have felt that Dominoes does better Pizza than its competitors. One of the aspects it is better is because of all the options they have on the crusts like the hot dog filled one which is a personal favourite.

Having not used this branch for well over 18 months as they managed to get the order wrong, after waiting 15 mins after my it'll be ready in 25 minutes phone call to have to wait a further 15 minutes for the remake. I thought I would give it a whirl again, surely it couldn't be that bad again??!!? I turn up after the time advised would be ready for collection thinking after last visit will not happen again? Only 1 pizza ready, when the order is 2 and the same pizza, same size... Was told it'll be a couple of mins. Ok fair enough sounds good?14 minutes later I ask what happened to a couple of minutes? Desk staff or receptionist? Take your pick of job title. Ask line manager how long, she says 4 mins to the staff member to which I overhear, I was then told a couple of minutes...? When did 4 become a couple? Now here is the kicker....! A lady who was waiting for her food was served she opened the box and saw only 3/4 of pizza had toppings on it, apparently air bubbles now occur in the pizza whilst in the oven. They are large enough to push sweet corn, chicken and cheese and other toppings off the pizza with no sign of any bubbles or raised parts on the pizza. I chuckle to myself a little still waiting for my order.I am given the same excuse as to why my order is delayed. They must have remade it? So I open the box that has been sitting there for over 15 mins and notice that the toppings are all over the place and missing on one slice!?! Please can anyone advise if they have heard this excuse as it's brilliant.For dominoes staff/management If a customer asks how long it will take, be honest it's not like we can go anywhere and tell you where to stick it... As you take the payment before we can get the chance. It's not a difficult question, if you don't know the answer ask, and then repeat what the other persons says. I have now advised my wife that i will now no longer be eating this brand again.

Tried Dominos against my better judgement in a moment of desperation after a day of DIY. Ordered at 6.30 for 6.45 collection. Got the order home and realised it was the right box, wrong pizza. Called to tell them and they said there was a problem with their computers (like I said, right label, wrong box so more like human error) and they would deliver a replacement within 45 mins. Waited 75 mins before calling again and the pizza hadn't left the restaurant yet - down to a computer system issue apparently. A call to let us know it would be longer than they thought would have been great, but blah blah something about the computer system being down. Ordered cancelled, hungry, will not be wasting my time with Dominos again.

I like it as I can use my NHS discount here and as far a pizza delivery place goes, it's miles better than pizza hut (the last time I had a pizza hut pizza was when they gave them away free when they opened, thank goodness it was free as I would have been really chessed off if I'd had to pay for it!)

What is not too like about free delivery pizza. Get selection of pizzas. Could maybe sell bottles of diet coke.

Ordered a big night in special for £24.99 as a special treat this evening. Should have been ready for me to collect at 8.15 (I requested this when I placed the order over an hour earlier by telephone) but I did not leave their establishment until 8.38. One young girl serving on front desk, gentleman in front of me with major query about his order. I could see backlog of pizza boxes on counter behind. Got home in 10 minutes but sadly everything was pretty much stone cold. Phoned to complain and was told no time noted on the order and food obviously went cold during journey home!! Their response to my complaint was totally inadequate with not even an apology! All they could say was we will make you another pizza to come and collect (which would no doubt require me to wait another 25 minutes beyond my expected collection time - no thanks!!). Not an experience I plan to EVER repeat.

We order takeaway pizzas regularly and this is the first time we have been disappointed. My pizza was cold, congealed and unappetising. There was way too much salt on it too.My son and husband also had pizza but they said theirs was "OK".However, next day we were all ill and the day after that all 3 of us still having tummy aches.

As at 13th July - no online ordering - welcome to the dark ages. When I tried to ring the service from the receptionist was appalling. There was so much noise in the store and her equipment so poor that I was unable to place an order despite practically shouting at her from my end. Will not use again and wouldn't recommend either

We love our Dominoes piza... We always go large half and half option.This branch has forgotten our extra toppings on more than one occasion but when we ring to complain they come around with a replacement piza or give us a free piza next time.There are usually offers avalable to bring the price down...

Dominos up and down the country will always give good value through their different deals and will never let you down for pizza or exert!!

Excellent food and service would definitely recommend a visit here! Had a lovely family meal here and it was very child friendly we will be back again soon

Today I ordered a couple of pizza's and drink which with the side orders came to £30+. I have used Dominos for many years and unfortunately this is not the first time I have had this trouble. I was watching the computer as it showed them preparing the meal, then got a telephone call from the pizza shop telling me that they had NO FOOD AT ALL and could not do my order. As I had already paid in full via a debit card and the money had been taken I asked for it to be immediately credited to my card. I was told very firmly that it would take up to 5 working days to get the money re credited as they had to go through Head Office. This is not acceptable and I fail to see how they can run our of food at 8:30pm on a Bank Holiday Monday. I have had cold deliveries in the past and incorerdct orders too which I let go ,but this is too much now and is the second time they have done this. My advice to you. GO TO PIZZA HUT instead. !!!

Ordered a pizza online and had it accepted and then paid for it . Watching the progress on line then got a phone call from the shop saying that they had NO FOOD AT AT ALL and could not complete my order. The time was 8:30pm on a Bank Holiday monday. I asked for the money to be re credited to my bank and was told in no unceretain terms that it would take 5 working days and they could not do it as it had to go through head office. They take the money immediately but cannot give it back. Not Acceptable and Im not at all happy as it is not the first time this has happened. I have also let them get away with food arriving cold and even the wrong orders in the past . No more. I will never use them again now. PIZZA HUT is much better.

Located on Springfield road it is a typical multiple outlet for pizzas there is variety of choice but the pizzas are quite expensive unless you have one of their deals. The pizzas are good but not particularly remarkable. You can see your order being made up from scratch which is a way of passing the time so they are fresh. The company is internationally acclaimed so needs to maintain its standard. Saves cooking and they will deliver

I suppose we deserve it, but with a multi hopping pizza at 2 for £5 at the Co-op, why do we pay £10 for the same thing delivered....

As we now have a Dominoes and Pizza Hut delivery, it is always a toss up which one we choose. In the past there has not been much in it, both tasty, delivered hot and on time. However, Dominoes seems to have upped its game and the latest pizza I had delivered was delicious!My only gripe is that I can't order coleslaw as a side, but other than that Dominoes will get my next order over Pizza Hut!
