An absolute gem! If you like delicious food, and I mean delicious! That is presented beautifully, with impeccable service then go here. We have been here twice and will definitely go again. If you like fish then I recommend the Lemon sole outstanding flavour and presentation. I can also recommend the fillet of beef, delicious flavour cooked to perfection. I wish I had belly room for 2.

Last minute booking for Thursday lunch. We both had the rib-eye with dauphinois and roasted vegetables. Devine. The steak was cooked to perfection and was as tender as a fillet. Cannot recommend highly enough.👏👏👏👍

Tired place in need of a revamp in terms of everything. The decor is so dated it's nearly funny. The menu feels like something nearly as dated as the decor. Now for context I've eaten in some good French restaurants and quite a bit in France itself so i was hoping for something good when booking here. The reviews made it look great. Walking in to the pub it feels homely but then you get lead to the restaurant which in all honesty need a complete refit, it feels like a nursing home. Had a look down the menu in hopes that the food would shine and ordered the burrata starter followed by the fillet. The starter was ok, fairly bland but ok. The fillet though was overdone even though it was supposed to be medium-rare, the accoutrement was meagre and over-fussy which i can only assume was to try and make it look a bit more highbrow. In summary if Gordon walked in here he would have a field day.

Perfect for lunch or dinner. An amazing menu, superb wine list and some very fine real ales. Views from the back are exquisite and the owner/chef and his staff are just brilliant. Very highly recommended.

Went today for Sunday lunch absolutely knew it wouldn't disappoint, fabulous perfectly cooked duck in teriyaki sauce, trio of fish with watercress sauce all sublime, then amazing chocolate fondant, perfectly melting in the middle and a lemon and passion fruit tart. Lovely staff and top notch service, then I met Dominique on the way out, which was a bonus 🇨🇵🇨🇵🇨🇵🇨🇵🇨🇵 overall a superb experience

My partner and I decided to come here for our anniversary. When I tell you that this was some of the best food I’ve had in such a long time. The mussels were little purses of flavour. I had barely touched the meat of the lamb shank and it melted off the bone. It was served with a delicious thyme mash that complimented the roasted vegetables beautifully. Finally, the crème brûlée was silky smooth with a snappy sugar caramelisation, everything you would want if you’re after a sweet treat after dinner. Oliver’s service was nothing less than impeccable. He is a true credit to the business and I have half a mind to poach him for my own venue. Thank you for such a special evening. There is no doubt in my mind that we will be back. If you are in the area, or even if you aren’t, make the journey and try out this little hidden gem I can assure you that you will not regret it.

Had not visited Bellman's Cross for some years when friends took us there - Not disappointed at all - still ticks all the boxes - Food choices and quality - Restaurant decor - Staff and Service all at the highest standard - Pricey yes but you get what you pay for - definitely recommend

We have never had a bad meal at the bellman’s. The food is excellent and we are extremely lucky to Have such good food so close to home. We also use their takeaway service on themed nights which is just as good.

We came here for our wedding anniversary. We both had three courses. Every course was delicious. The presentation was outstanding. Ingredients were fresh. Highly recommend if you want fine dining in a quaint restaurant.

Starters were not as good as main course there was a marked difference

We went for the gyros night on a Wednesday, it was so busy, the service was amazing. The food was so tasty, the chicken gyros was amazing and the value for money was unreal, I couldn’t believe it was £10 for a chicken gyros, chips and salad. We all had a pudding too and was so nice. Will definitely be back- we had a great meal with amazing friendly service!

Went yesterday evening for mother in laws 93rd birthday. They provided her with a beautifully served happy birthday dessert (free of charge) when they knew it was her birthday. Lovely surprise for her. She doesn't eat alot and to be honest wherever we go she finds something wrong with the food. Last night she said it was the best duck she had ever had. She didn't order a dessert because she said she was full but she soon devoured the dessert provided. The chef and staff were very friendly. Absolutely outstanding. Cant recommend enough. Thank you for a lovely evening. I've never seen Rosa so chuffed.

Superb dinner here with friends on a Saturday night. Restaurant was busy, food was excellent and all of the waiting staff were very friendly and efficient. Good wine list, reasonably priced. This is a little gem and we will be back.

We had a really nice time here one Sunday afternoon. The food was nice, the waiters were friendly and very accommodating to our big group and after a long walk the warm bread upon arrival was a nice surprise.

I’ve been here twice with friends who live nearby - once for lunch and once for dinner. Both times the food and service were excellent. Great value, quality wine list too.

We were seated in a bar room but we were paying restaurant prices, which by the way, were far over the .top for what appeared to be boil in the bag meals of not very good quality. Only good thing about the night was the wines, they were good value . Also, no offense, but we do not want to see babies at 8pm on a Saturday night.

We went for a lunch first time to this restaurant and we were happy with our choice. Food was very delicious, staff was friendly and polite. Place was cousy. We would strongly recommend this place to everyone who would like to try different food and nice experience.

Good food well presented and tasty I highly recommend this restaurant. I had the duo of lamb which was cooked to perfection and was served with vegetables and dauphinois potatoes. My partner had the fish pie which was so tasty.

Dom is an exceptional chef, really must be one of the best places to dine in the area and Matt, Louisa and the rest of the front of house team are fantastic. Have drove past this place many a times. I decided to book a table and visit after seeing them pop up on social media. All I can say is that I'm gutted I hadn't been sooner! Service was brilliant, customer service was top notch! Food was just amazing. Fresh, tasty and well presented. We had a table of 6 people, and staff knew who had ordered which dish....we were not rushed, and were given adequate time to socialise and eat. After we had settled the bill we went into the bar for some drinks. Again, we given plenty of time and not rushed out the door. Would I visit again....ABSOLUTELY! Thank you for a wonderful visit. We will definitely see you again soon 🙂

Fabulous old English pub, service was impeccable the waitresses were superb, the food was outstanding, I have to also say if your a lover of traditional ale the one thing that topped it for me was they serve both Enville and Bathams what a perfect evening, not to be missed

Excellent chef - best meal we have had this year

A beautiful meal of scallops, risotto, lemon sole and monkfish. I nearly had the pan fried beef fillet but was easily swayed when I was told that the fish is delivered daily from Cornwall. It was amazing. And the service was so warm and friendly but very knowledgeable too.

An incredible restaurant, serving the most delicious food. My partner is a meat eater and I’m vegetarian and both options are catered for so well. The service is excellent, with friendly staff that can’t do enough for you. And of course the food by Dominique is top notch. A wonderful gem of a restaurant nestled in the Worcestershire countryside.

This is a fabulous place to eat and is one of the best restaurants in the area but is also a pub! More formal food available in the restaurant and perhaps simpler fare in the bar. But great food accompanied by good wine and beer. During the COVID lock down they took the opportunity to relocate so looks good. It is very busy so if you want to go booking is recommended strongly.

Christmas day once again spent at the wonderful Dominiques at Bellmans Cross. My husband absolutely loved the Venison and I had the Monkfish. The food and service were as ever exceptional. This truly is a gem in the culinary world.

Great food and friendly staff. We we're recommend this restaurant by friends and it didn't disappoint. They even served a half portion (at half cost) to our 7 year old on request. The wine list is great and the food is cooked by decent chef who obviously knows what they are doing. The portion sizes were ample and the ingredients used were quality. The mussels were great but then again so was the venison and everything else I tried. Best meal we have had in the UK for a long time.

A lovely warm welcome. Table ready and well set out. Guided to our group straight away. Hot rolls delicious, starters all came out at same time, a good variety of choices. Mains all arrived at once ( party of 21) and were pipng hot. Food presentation excellent. I had the cod option - delicious. Everyone enjoyed their choice. Puddings looked lovely too ( I didn't have one - too full) . The staff were extremely polite and very efficient. Couldn't fault the evening. We had a wonderful time! Well done Bellman's Cross.

Visited twice recently; a meal out with the husband and a birthday meal for my father. On both occasions the food was excellent, great choice of drinks, friendly and attentive staff. Can't rate highly enough.

The Bellmans Cross, popped in here last week , absolutely amazing food and good choice of ales. Very friendly staff with nothing been too much trouble , lovely atmosphere and I highly recommended this restaurant for any occasion , will be returning thanks Dom and team.

Cannot speak highly enough of the Bellmans Cross Inn. We were greeted at the door by a cheerful and super helpful gentleman who seated us in the lovely little back garden. Theres a good range of drinks and the food was amazing and generously portioned, just disappointed we couldn't fit a dessert in after our main courses. There was a stead stream of customers collecting their sunday roasts which were delivered to the customers cars.. Absolylutly brilliant place and very much worth a visit

A fabulous little gem a stones throw away from Bewdley and Kidderminster. Staff were very friendly and helpful as well as informative to the drinks and food menu. Even helping a table nearby pick the wine they had the week before. The food to put it simply was perfect! Proper hearty full of flavour dishes. You can tell there's a Frenchman at the helm in the kitchen which is a joy to see. The attention to flavours and detail are second to none. The John Dory and the duo of duck are a must. Dominique should be given the Chevalier de l'Ordre du Mérite Agricoleto for his work at the Bellmans Cross Inn! We will be back for more soon!
