Dolce Lounge 203 in Birmingham

Very delicious desserts and friendly customer service, one of. The team members allowed my neice to try the flavours of the ice cream.

My visit was fairly late on a week night, allowing for quick service and no problem getting a seat (there’s an upstairs section). I tried a milk cake since I’d never had one before, but…a cold sponge saturated in milk isn’t my idea of a heavenly pudding. Not even the Biscoff sauce/crumbs could save it for my taste buds! The presentation was pleasing, though. There are other desserts on the menu- go for one of those. The server was polite, but unfortunately (more so for my friend) the only toilet was out of order.

Great food, nothing I can complain on. Arrived within a reasonable time was still warm and tasted great. Would definitely purchase again

This place has the potential for 5 stars. It might be a bit small but the food itself is amazing and the coffee is well made. Unfortunately the staff as you enter really let it down.as we walked in, 3 members of staff inored us entirely and continued to have a chat.when two of the walked off, the remaining staff member stood staring at the wall which was awkward. We eventually got his attention and he looked and spoke to us like we were idiots. Luckily the crepes we're amazing, I highly recommend the ferrero richer crepe!

Worst delivery service ever. 2 hours later still hadn’t revived my order so I ended up cancelling it. And this is after me giving them a second chance after nearly a year because they missed out items from my order, said they were going to get back to me and never did.

Always ordering from this place atleast once a week without a fail. Their desserts never fail to impress me and my family. They have so many options to choose from! And their portion sizes are good. Their desserts are always given fresh and on time when ordered on just eat. Make sure you check them out. You’ll thank me later.

Worst place ever. I ordered via their website. I waited for two hours before I called them for them to tell me they didn’t deliver to my address as it was out of the area. The website allowed me to place the order and they didn’t have the decency to tell me I was out of their area. After phoning them several times, they were confused themselves and said they will ask the Birmingham centre store to deliver to us. Then they told me they will deliver it from Sutton. Then eventually Birmingham store delivered it. They offered chocolate fudge cake as compensation and did not include this. They have no clue how to run a business. No apology nothing. Wouldn’t recommend them. Desserts were good though.

Stopped by here as heard they do good milkshakes. There was a good selection of milkshakes and desserts to try. I opted for a small milkshake and the oreo one tasted really good. Expensive for what it was though at £5.95 for a small one.

I decide to order a few things off their menu through their affiliated site Just Eat. I see that the site mentions delivery over £15. I would normally assume that that implies free delivery if I’ve spent over £15. So they give me a time slot that they should be done within 45-60mins, which is an awful long wait even if it is a Friday. But I guess these excuses help them sleep well at night? As the duration progressed I’ve been sent a text saying it’s on it’s way, the hour is almost up and when the time is up, there’s still no delivery. I call the store only to be heralded by a squeaky sounding woman who fails at clarity. I tell ask what is the status of my order and she tells me that the driver just went out five mins ago, so I’m cross because surely that’s a little too late and it should be here by now. I tell her isn’t waiting more than an hour and a bit too extensive. And then she has the gall to snap at me, honestly these so called managers don’t know about proper etiquette between the customer and the sales people. She snaps and says ‘well what do You want me to do? It’s been sent out now!’ I tell her well that’s not really up to me to decide because she seemed unwilling to offer any conciliation. Again poor service at its finest ironically! I’ve told her I’ve ordered prior and it’s never been so late and to think that they charged me an extra pound for delivery. She sprouts off saying that’s an issue with Just Eat however that I should’ve contacted her instead at the flagship store. I told the fool of a woman that they keep saying that this is what they would recommend but I’ve never had the chance to talk to them. Where are her myths coming from? Her behind? The management was a disgrace and I would not order from here again. From the sheer fact alone that they are disrespectful towards their customers and do not want the best for you and it is running slowly on greed alone, as well as rude squeaky managers who seriously need classes on customer service and how to talk like a proper human being.

These waffles are hands down the best in Birmingham. My daughter love it here. Nice, rustic vibe in the setting.
