Bacon Brioch bun. Extremely salty bacon, far saltier than I've ever tasted before anywhere else. Nice Latte.

Great location with views over the marina, but the coffee is just too weak tasting. I've tried it a few times and always been disappointed. Cookies are good though.

Open early in the morning when everywhere else was closed. Fast friendly service, clean and comfortable with a fantastic view of the marina. All very good.

Food quality improved significantly 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 Vs when it’s just opened Nice brand new cafe or coffee lounge for you to hang around for hours and hours Excellent atmosphere for you to chill relax and do nothing Spacious roomy plenty of air space high ceiling can be outdoor for you to breath Food can be nice especially when it’s freshly baked Beverages have some room for improvement especially on the presentation aspect Service is fabulous friendly cosy warm welcoming Just need a bit more time to work out what they are selling on the computer or system Consider its only open for a couple of days it’s a great start and can only get better Keep the hard work going

Very nice place to spend some time in a relaxing atmosphera with super views to the docks. Good treat to clients and nice choices for food, the portions are big and yummy.

Wonderful place, beautiful atmosphere. However, WIFI is for members only, which I think it is very unacceptable.

A little quiet on day we visited, but great coffee to wash down enormous danish pastries. Nice relaxed vibe. Would visit again

The variety of the food is a little limited, especially the savoury options, but I have been noticing gradual improvement. Love their cookies!

Lovely space, excellent views, nice friendly service and a very decent sausage roll! However, wi-fi is for members only. I understand there is a business model in play, but if there were a chain coffee store nearby this wouldn’t stand up; a cafe without free Wi-Fi in 2023 was unexpected. Would visit again just for a cuppa, but not if I needed to handle some emails or make a quick zoom call while I did so.

Friendly service and super atmosphere

Lovely bright cafe with views of Ocean Village marina. Reasonably priced good coffee which makes a nice change from other places in town that are expensive! Chocolate cake was perfect 😍 and the toasted sandwiches are also very tasty. EDIT: The coffee price has jumped up quite a bit since our first visit but still great coffee I assume it’s because of the upmarket location - being in Ocean Village.

Used for a function business meeting and booked for a future date that says it all

Lovely cafe, friendly staff and a good selection of food and drinks. Food is of high quality with local ingredients and bakery items taste homemade! Would love to see their drinks selection grow (iced tea, matcha etc please) but I imagine this will happen once they’ve been open for a bit longer. Looking forward to coming back!

Great atmosphere with lovely view and clean. Very comfortable place to sit and enjoy time. Staff was friendly and coffee taste was good. The only issue was the limited options of cake and toast. It’s good to have more options to choose.

Lovely place, only opened a week or so but just so well done. Heard great things about this place and everything delivered to such a high standard. Portions, food and coffee were amazing. Loved it. The cinnamon buns wow what a size. So light sweet and nothing disappointed. Had a veggie sausage roll too before this and loved that how well it was made and filled with veggies and just seemed like a higher class sausage roll. Thank you, will be back for sure

Great spot on the water front. Staff are super friendly, and coffee was great. Nice food options and cakes. Nice spot to work from for a few hours or read a book. The interior is great and plenty of space. I would recommend and I would definitely visit again.

Best Black Forest cake I’ve ever had, and the children’s area to entertain my son was a real bonus while enjoying my drink. Beautiful spot to have a coffee.

Wonderful space down on ocean village waterfront. Great ranges of food and drink, coffee was excellent. The team were friendly, and happy to show us around the space. Dog friendly too!

Just what Ocean Village needs! Beautiful decor, Delicious hot drinks, Tasty pastries, Friendly staff that couldn’t do more for you, Speedy service, Unbeatable prices, Innovative children’s area, Spacious environment, Choice of inside & outside seating, Dogs welcome, Clean & modern bathrooms with luxurious products, Breathtaking views….the list goes on & on! I spent three hours at my first visit & enjoyed every minute. You really could spend all day just watching the world go by … Dockhouse is one of the most inviting venues in Southampton & I can’t wait to come back again soon…. Can I move in?! 😍
