Still haven’t received my order

Pathetic service. Food was ordered over 1 hour ago. Delivery was 45 minutes late

food was full with chip pan oil and chicken full of fat

Food quality is really bad cheese was burnt on pizza fries was not fresh

Never turned up after waiting over an hour what a joke

And am still not getting compensation or apology for this…I think it high time I stop using this app

chips were hard and apple pie was soggy (not usually soggy) also NOT impressed that the delivery driver just dumped my food on the doorstep and left.. not impressed at all!

The pizza base and crust was not like it normally is and didn’t taste nice.

they didn't read the notes and when I contacted them they said it was there fault but they can't do anything about it

ordered food to my friends house. her address is hard to find so rang the restaurant to give them an updated number. couldn't get through and tried a few times. food arrived and delivery driver was apologetic due to finding it hard to find and being late. reheated the food and was great. thanks you. will order again

had to go in shop to pikup order was told they dont deliver was told to go to the other branch in brierfield. and then was told go back to the nelson branch Driver finally cane and deliverd after ringing the manager the driver is using a bike on delevry but does not ride a bike u can tell from his age he cane in a car reg is gm14eep

Food was freezing and they have sent a basic chicken burger for the xl fire burger on my last two orders. Not even cheap anymore either

The food was soo good I love it it’s so delicious and yummy but the chicken burger was a little dry (according to my mother and brother) but overall, I LOVED ITTTT the bbq wings were so juicy,soft and tender

Never had to wait 3 and a half hours for my food to come. Since I’ve been pregnant I’ve been going to dixys for 4 months and have never been so upset about my food. I waited an hour and half for my order got 2 burgers wrong so had to wait 2 hours on top of that for my fresh burgers. One of the men I spoke to was rude and was rushing me of the phone.

they missed two portions of chips, they still haven't sent them when I rang them

The chips were really cold and when i placed the order it said 35-50 mins for delivery but once the order went through it mentioned a longer time. the rolo wrap was also slightly cold. I paid a lot for this order

The order was got was HORRIBLE. The delivery driver was 10 minutes late and we ordered at 10:15pm and the order arrived at 11:40pm. that’s over a hour wait, coming from brier to Burnley. that should be at least 10 minutes. When the order arrived, the chips was soggy the burgers was dry and COLD. the meat on the burgers didn’t taste nor feel like chicken meat. absolutely horrendous. I do not recommend this restaurant.

I walked in and ameer greeted me with a warm smile and he handed me over the menu. He let me take my time to choose my order ,which I really appreciate. Right after this ,my order was served to me by 1 of the best workers I've seen ,Ameer. The chicken was so tender and juicy that as soon as I put it in my mouth, I shed tears of joy. I went over and gave ameer a warm hug to show my appreciation to his service towards me and the taste .Overall Ameer is such an excellent worker and I'll recommend dixys chicken to everyone. Remember if your in your car and the radio is on pendle radio and awaz 103.1fm comes on,take your time to listen to the dixy fried chicken anthem.

Nipped in the other day for a quick meal before going home to chill out, one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. The staff are awesome, especially this one lad called Ameer, he greeted me as soon as I walked through the door and made my food straight away, and was ready very quickly too. Ameer was a really nice guy and deserves all the best. Highly recommend this place to anyone and make sure to ask for Ameer if he’s around. Really nice guy. The food was perfect too purely because he made it.
