Dixy Fried Chicken in Pendle

Pizzas are nice but order took 1 hour and 40 minutes to get here, even though I’m not too far away from the pizzeria

You guess literally kept me awake all night If you were closed and don’t want to take an order then why accept and make a person wait

said my order came and it didn't

The food was soo good I love it it’s so delicious and yummy but the chicken burger was a little dry (according to my mother and brother) but overall, I LOVED ITTTT the bbq wings were so juicy,soft and tender

didn't receive order. no notification to say the order was cancelled. had to call after order was 15 minutes late to be told they had no delivery drivers. at the same time my app tells me to enjoy my food as its delivered

The Margherita pizza was delicious, doughy and very cheesy. It tasted a bit too cheesy but it’s good for the value. I would buy again

Never had to wait 3 and a half hours for my food to come. Since I’ve been pregnant I’ve been going to dixys for 4 months and have never been so upset about my food. I waited an hour and half for my order got 2 burgers wrong so had to wait 2 hours on top of that for my fresh burgers. One of the men I spoke to was rude and was rushing me of the phone.

The chips were really cold and when i placed the order it said 35-50 mins for delivery but once the order went through it mentioned a longer time. the rolo wrap was also slightly cold. I paid a lot for this order

The delivery driver was 10 minutes late and we ordered at 10:15pm and the order arrived at 11:40pm. that’s over a hour wait, coming from brier to Burnley. that should be at least 10 minutes. When the order arrived, the chips was soggy the burgers was dry and COLD. the meat on the burgers didn’t taste nor feel like chicken meat. absolutely horrendous. I do not recommend this restaurant.

I can say with full honesty that the food is not what makes this place such a good takeaway. Although the food is great and honestly competes with other chicken shops very well I have to say that the person who served me my food was kind, genuine and showed a passionate love for his craft and that man's name is ameer. Every time I walk into this establishment I sense a wave of passion from the one and only ameer. Even if the food was the worst thing I've ever eaten I would still happily eat here because of this absolutely astonishing gentleman called ameer.

Nipped in the other day for a quick meal before going home to chill out, one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. The staff are awesome, especially this one lad called Ameer, he greeted me as soon as I walked through the door and made my food straight away, and was ready very quickly too. Ameer was a really nice guy and deserves all the best. Highly recommend this place to anyone and make sure to ask for Ameer if he’s around. Really nice guy. I walked in and ameer greeted me with a warm smile and he handed me over the menu. He let me take my time to choose my order ,which I really appreciate. Right after this ,my order was served to me by 1 of the best workers I've seen ,Ameer. The chicken was so tender and juicy that as soon as I put it in my mouth, I shed tears of joy. I went over and gave ameer a warm hug to show my appreciation to his service towards me and the taste .Overall Ameer is such an excellent worker and I'll recommend dixys chicken to everyone. I received my order over an hour late and when I opened it it was stone cold, this has happened on numerous occasions.

I went to dixys to get a 7 inch pizza but this time it was SENSATIONAL because of the lad working there Ameer as he made one of the BEST pizzas I have ever ate in my life. He told me he only started for the free food but his food that he made was top notch quality. I will make sure to come here regularly just for him! Give him a pay rise 😄

This is just culinary delectable. The food was beyond words can describe, each chicken strip getting better. To top it off, customer service was absolutely beyond polite, this man called Ameer was quick to serve me my food and was a very polite young man. He then further asked me how my day is going and offered to clean my table right away. This man deserves a promotion. Great restaurant .

Absolutely horrendous place, avoid at all costs unless less you want to be left disappointed and want to waste your hard earned money. This place is full of a bunch of no good cowboys who simply can't follow any Instructions, constantly making the same mistakes consistently is unreal and unacceptable and that too with raw chicken. AVOID!!!!

If I could score this a zero then I’d have chosen that, even a 1 star rating is too much for these donkeys. The food was cold and all portions were child portions at best. Not worth the money and definitely not worth the food either. Cold greasy and oily. I will not be back in a hurry. I strongly advise anyone reading to AVOID at all costs!!!
