I like their Wings and strips. Their Panini was also Nice. I've also tried their Zinger burger, which was tasty. Recommend this place. 👍

Wasn’t sure if my just eat app was playing up so called the restaurant to be told it will be with us in 10 minutes & we are still waiting requested an update on the app to hopefully get a text about our order & no response. Tell me on the app it’s been delivered checked my front door to see if it was left outside nothing so my boyfriend is calling them again to see where our food is.

Mom suggested a KFC for a treat when I remembered my friend said how good Dixy Chicken is, so I gave it a try. 🤔 WOW, I'm impressed! 🙃 I ordered an eight piece boneless box, which came with a box of Popcorn Chicken, 2 sides (chose Coleslaw), 4 fries and a 1ltr bottle of pop (chose Pepsi). 👍🏻 The eight pieces of Chicken were deeelish! Well cooked but moist with a tasty Southern Fried batter that wasn't as hard or oily as KFC. 😋 I'll be going there again soon. 😉

Meal means it should have fries with panini right, but I haven't received fries. please clarify

This used to be one of my favourite takeaways. It’s gone right downhill. My order was late, cold, AND wrong. The peri burger also tasted totally different, and the sauce tasted like it had gone off. Such a shame as used to be great.

Horrendous experience, multiple complaints to just eat got me nowhere but my order had missing items and what did arrive arrived 20 minutes late and was cold, don't know if restaurant was busy as hadn't had issues before but terrible this time and just eat are horrendous in dealing with issues

I ordered Masala Fish and chips the man over phone confirms its Cod dodgy back home trick when food arrives I call back his all oplgitic saying his not aware that what fish it was and asks to confrim with colleague that its pangus and missed my drink over charged by £1 today I try and order his story changes and been rude. Over couple of pounds lost a customer. Not good at business i guess so.

food was delivered, over half the order was missing. No sides No chips, no drinks, no wings/strips or chicken bites from the party bucket. The 12 pieces of chicken were the only thing that arrived. the chicken was cold dry and 9/12 pieces were smaller than an average wing. called to complain and they brought the chips and drink but would not replace the chicken, this took half an hour. still missing the sides and chicken extras that should have come with the meal. waste of time and money.

I felt I was eating junk food, just a bit too greasy especially the chicken and overall had tha t sweaty hot food thing going on. When hot food is placed in a a bag lined with foil then into several carrier bags too!!! Average but very good pricing

Had a leaflet put through door. Thought I’d give it a try. Offered 15% off first order. Got encouraged to download app, to then realise discount only applied through website. Tried numerous times to no avail. Phoned the shop to be greeted by a very abrupt ‘hello’. Asked to speak to manager and was informed that is who I was speaking to. Don’t put leaflets through my door if that is the service you offer. Leaflet in bin, and will continue to use KFC. Shocking customer service.

This place is gonna be the best in redditch full stop Caspian special pizza stone baked on a different level from any thing you have ever tasted cooked to absolute perfection and the toppings are so thick cheesy and value for money is on ten years ago money 11 quid for a 16 in ch deep pan fully loaded with meat cheese veg spices and the base is so delicious expert cooking and value for money is unreal my favourite place cannot wait for their curries and naans and starter and house chilli sauces satisfied ain’t the word

Ordered 2 loaded box meals. The sizzler box meal didn't come with the 3 hot wings. Called the restaurant and they said that the order came through as a burger meal not a loaded meal, when we clearly paid for a loaded box meal. Called again to say we definitely paid for the meal with the wings and they said go through just eat they can't do anything. Checked today and they've credited 95p. Does 3 hot wings cost 95p? Won't be ordering again seems dodgy.

I don’t know what’s happened over the last couple of months - but our last 3 orders have been wrong. Stuff not delivered correctly and / or missing. They seem to be cutting costs with stuff too - cheesy fries and no greaseproof paper, ended up with gobfulls of polystyrene. Never mind - Dixy was our go to - no more.

The food is always delicious, delivered hot and the prices are great. The pizza and fries are really tasty, always lots of cheese on the pizza. My favourite pizza place in Redditch!

Waste of time and money!! Ordered four burgers and two drinks and they couldn't even get that right. One burger was missing, called the shop to complain so they said they'd send me one out but never bothered, shut the shop and went home.

Not from the area so today was just a random pick from a delivery app. Very hungry and just to be safe and eat at least one good meal, I ordered 2. Oh boy! Well done guys! BEST CHICKEN MEALS I'VE EVER HAD IN UK! Expected a bigger wrap (Supreme Wrap Meal) but it turns out it was the perfect size! The other one, panini meal, as good as the wrap! Again, 10 stars in my book!

Would not eat from here again, chicken coating and meat was bland, watery dip and hardly any of it, fries over cooked and worse of all none of the staff preparing the food were not wearing any type of uniform they were dressed as though they were at home, not one memer of staff wore caps or beard nets, to prevent hair from going in people's food. Seemed more like a social gathering amongst friends then people hard at work. Worst dixy chicken I have ever eaten I honestly would not even feed it to a rodant let alone a dog. very disappointed, definalty gives the franchise a bad representation. A far cry from the delicious food I have eaten in Birmingham City center dixy takeaways. Sort it out this is a business not a social club. Too busy thinking about the money and too little time thinking about delivering great food and customer service.

Very cold Wings £13.50 gone into bin Looks like cooked last night and warmed up in microwave and delivered today. By far the hardest most dry chicken burger known to man also ordered beans, chilli sauce and cheese on burgers none arrived and when I phoned up the reply I got was we run out but I can't Do anything about it now if you knew before you sent it why not send me back the money with the driver and don't get me started on your cardboard chips do yourselves a favour and avoid this place your stomach and taste will thank you for it

Just ordered a pizza from Dixy’s chicken / pizza The dough is all blue/ black underneath makes me feel sick 🤢 either gone off dough or used a dirty old pan to cook pizza The tandoori was heavily spiced and over powering … this is just a typical back street corner shop 0 rating pizza shop … It’s a 0 from me 🤮

Not evan worth the one star Ordered family bucket 12 piece chicken n chips one and also ordered 2 piece chicken n chips meal aswell so for the bucket chicken pieces we got chicken strips instead of chicken pieces and with the bucket there was supposed to be four fries which we got but i ordered 2 piece chicken n chips meal and didnt get any fries with it when i rang back all i got was a sorry not once they said we will send an other bucket or not once they asked what can they do to make it up great customer service lads keep it up!!!!!! Poor service i was hoping to have a great meal but thats gone down the drain i tried to keep my self calm over the phone call to them but as you can imagine when you expect something and dont get it its not a nice feeling but it was turned up side down by their own staff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! hopefully the owner reads this and address his staff worst experience ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!spent £24 but the food wasent evan worth that disgusting service dont know how they run thier service the guy over the phone just said sorry and i would like to see how they feel if they ordered from somewhere and got the same service they provide to me i am sure they would have used wrong language over the fone but i didnt!!!!!!!!

Average at best.....1 hour delivery, food was was lukewarm. Haven't used for a while, when tbf it was very nice compared to Redditch KFC, but it will be a while before I use again based on this experience. Pretty much typical Redditch fodder.

I was a loyal customer that use them regularly but i wouldn't even give them a star after the customer service I've just received. After an hour and 20minutes of waiting for our order, it finally arrives only to missing most of it, after several attempts of trying to contact them, Im eventually told I'd have to wait another half hour for the rest of my order. 40 minutes past, no one answer the phone, eventually 2 hours after the original order was placed i finally speak with someone who then tell me I would have to wait another 40 minutes to cook bloody rice. This is disgusting customer service and I will not be ordering with them again!!

Whenever having a takeaway always choose dixy first.. but yesterday I had a worst experience from them . Ordered a meal at 07.53 pm by phone and I said I will collect from the restaurant at 8.30pm. They said that's fine . Food will be ready at 8.30. Ma husband went to restaurant at 8.30 and food wasn't ready , he asked how much time it will take and they said about 10 mints. So then he waited for 10 mints and around 8.50 food wasn't ready ,by the time they were delivering to other people and online takeaways . When hubby asked why the delay for us , one of them came and said they will give fresh chicken for him 🙄🙄🙄. He got angry and said he said to cancel the order and then they were like they will give free chips and later on like they gonna give the whole order free for us . My husband got really angry and he cancelled the order . So dixy people we don't want your free chiken and chips. Show some respect to the customers. We are not there to buy your free things . Don't ever do this to anyone. This was one of my favourite spot of takeaway. But from now onwards am not gonna buy from you.
