Cold late and large kebab less in it than a regular don’t get ripped off like we did ☹️☹️

Over an hour and a half I've been waiting for food...can't contact them as they've turned their phone off

Ordered a chicken burger tonight. 1st one came and it was pink I rang and they sent another within 10 minutes I cut the 2nd burger up and again still pink! I rang to complain and ask for them to take it back they ended up putting phone down on me and my partner. I then rang again and asked them to come pick the burger up and do something about it as I am 16 weeks pregnant. They didn't care and said they'd get a manager to ring back I've just rang off my phone my partners and my mothers and the phone got put down on us every time we asked to speak to manager. DO NOT EAT HERE ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! I WILL be going to trading standers about it.

Told them not to put mayo in the chicken burger as my daughter is allergic...got delivered a burger with mayo..called them and said what has happened they said they would send another burger, waited and got nothing!!! Don't lie to your customers!!! Definitely has lost a regular customer!!!

States open until 12 on google - just turned up and it's shut after 11. Change your opening times online if you aren't going to serve food.

Terrible service, spent £17 on chicken and chips and it all came cold and not edible, called them up and they apologised and said that they would be sending some fresh chicken out and we waited for half an hour and nothing arrived, then I called them and he said that he can't send nothing iut as they forgot about it and they are busy and closing up soon and we can order again and it will be on the house! I won't be ordering again and DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

I enjoy Dixy Chicken, but lately their standards have dropped. I paid extra for combo box, but only got the budget box. Has happend a few times now. They sometimes forget to include the drink.

Boyfriend wanted SFC and this was only place we could find locally. He said it was average. My naan kebab wasnt great either, not very warm and not much chilli sauce. Wont be rushing back

Order was accepted via their website, my card was charged, but no food was prepared or delivered. Tried to call and they had closed over an hour earlier than stated. Very disappointing, avoid.

My chicken was alive in the burger. The wings were flying not into my mouth but into the sky. The chips were purple. Bossman slapped me as well. Would not recommend.

Ordered chicken fillet burger first time the batter was nice but the chicken was raw and gave me a bad stomach. The chicken wings however were really nice. Second time ordering the wings and they were raw and pink from inside. Bdw they wernt even wings they were big niblets that I couldn’t finish off and had to go in the bin. Will not be ordering again !!

Without wanting to seem too millennial, OMG!!!! Picture this, a 42 year old man,having had 6 pints, wondering down Horsforth Town Street, PRAYING Dixie's will be open after the footy and, HALLELUJAH, it is. He's 'Just closing up'. I get a fillet burger and when I ask, "can u just chuck a couple of those extra bits on" he only does! This is where my journey began. It was a slightly rainy night but not too bad, but as I ate that first chicken strip (given to me for free) the rain stopped, metaphorically, if not physically. Coronel Sanders has absolutely nothing on the 'Willy wonker and the chicken factory' that exists on Horsforth Town Street. I immediately ate the free chicken leg I also possessed as if I was Henry the 8th and then unwrapped my burger like Charlie unwrapped his golden ticket. As I felt that first bite in my mouth my heart skipped a beat not disimmilarly to the first time I saw my beautiful wife of 17 year's smile for the first time. This chicken is not to be underestimated. It is perfect. I felt a joy, walking down the hill to my house that I haven't felt since my last child was born, and, if I'm honest, seldom since. I actually started to giggle involuntarily a few times before I'd finished it. Rarely have I felt so satisfied, unless I've just made love, and often not even then! God bless Dixy's chicken, Horsforth. And I'm a staunch athiest! Thank you God, Allah, Buddah, Vishnu and Stephen Hawkins, for making the universe produce chicken this way. Or the Deity that owns and operates the best chicken shop in the land, if not the universe.

Pay for delivery yet Cold food delivered . Really disappointed . My polystyrene box Had melted and the food looked like a dog's dinner ordered coleslaw £1 for around 30g in a tiny pot .the chilli sauce wasn't chilli... absolute sham .no care and attention given to what they are sending out .

Cut out the middle man and roll your pennies straight down the drain. Burnt chicken wrap, pepperoni pizza inedible due to the most bizarre tasting meat. Spent £16 to feel as sick as Boris after a Downing Street session on the tequilas. No thanks.

Very polite staff and got food delivered hot as well. Chicken had plenty of flavour too, kids loved it.

Solid 4 out of 5. Pizzas were excellent with loads of toppings. The calzone was well full with plenty inside too. As for the rest...it's difficult to mess up chicken and chips

The google maps location is wrong and the establishment is defined incorrectly. The chicken here is simply so divine I think it should fall under the category of Religious place of worship not just a simple food store. Excellent flavour and lovely smell sniff sniff

Orderd through just eat ,order was 25 minutes late got message was with driver arrived minutes later ,was cold .won't be ordering again. AVOID

We ordered in tonight from UberEats. Overall it was kind of a meh experience. We enjoyed our food but it was missing several items and 30 mins late. We called to request our missing items and were told we read the UberEats menu incorrectly. We were provided with the remaining items another 30 minutes later but overall it was stressful. Likely wouldn't order again which is a shame because the food was good.

I was literally ill for two days with what I presume is food poisoning. From the moment I ate the meal I didn't stop throwing up for at least 36 hours. I'm being very careful of what I publicly post but I would love to add a lot more to my discomfort. Think twice of what you order...

Always been fine but food came very soggy tonight! Also not impressed with the driver, he knocked once, got up went straight to the door to find him half way down my path walking away.. until I open the door quickly and he came back!!!!

I've used this place for the last two years and had no probs. Always order 3 piece Combo Box and exchange the drink for a large fries. I think that's about another 20 chips against a can of coke. New owner says NO.. DOH.. Back to Kentucky then..LOL

Dixy Chicken is incredibly tasty, and a lot cheaper than KFC. It came in good time too. HOWEVER, Google says Fridays and Saturdays, Dixy Chicken in Horsforth is closed. Well I just ordered from them TODAY, which is a SATURDAY, and they answered and said my food will be here in about 45 minutes. To anyone who feels like using this takeaway, don't trust google. It probably is actually open. GOOGLE, GET YOUR INFORMATION RIGHT! Dixy Chicken gets 5 stars. Google gets 1 star.
