Complete contrary to fast food. Ordered two strip wraps with fries, two people who came in after me were served before me. It seemed like they know each other so I guess 'friends and family' works even in such places. Thankfully I'm not local I was just driving by

the food was surprisingly warm considering the food was 20 minutes late.

as any business could do with working on few certain areas, customer service is nil, you have to force yourself to ask for even a tissue. Order was a cheese burger, not sure which beef they use for patty, but very very dry and crusty edges, slightly burnt, and no cheese slice, I assume they use cheese sauce or something, maybe cheap products,but avoid the burger, you will be dissatisfied. also no salt on chips either. Not a furious rant but owners needs to work on it…could do so much better business wise especially in a busy built up area..

I waited over 25 mins for my food in side the shop a bloke came in 5 mins after me order the same thing chicken strips for him to get his food before me and me then to be told I have to wait 15 minutes for my food and then both staff member staring at me when I asked how long my food was going to be making me feel very uncomfortable and after I asked how long my food was going to be he told me to sit lady like I am come dog never will I walk into that take away again there customer service was awful and I come home to see my food has been chucked in a box and the chicken is not cooked

Food wasn't fresh as usual. Seemed like burger and chicken was in hot holding area for too long. Wings were nice.Sorry Dixy let your self down on this one.

Really great value SFC... more fried than you can eat. My personal favourite 4 strips and fries 🍟 deal which includes a 330ml drink £4.99. Bargain... check out it yourself!

13.30 13/08/24 Just picked up chicken for kids. Completely burnt, it was that bad I thought it was old chicken they had just re-fried. New employee rude, can’t speak English and is put on the front counter. Probably his first job. Instead of saying I will substitute order he stands arguing in front of other customers. He will single handed reduce your customers by 50% in the coming weeks. I’m picking my halal chicken from KFC at least I know it’s not old chicken . Train your new employees before putting them on front desk. As the old saying goes pay peanuts get monkeys. His best comment was leave a negative review i don’t care. Lol

There was supposed to be a bottle of 1.5L bottle Pepsi, did not receive, and I can't request a refund for just that part due to the nature of the order, food is good as always though

The chicken in the burgers was hard and undercooked. They were so difficult to bite into and the chicken was stiff and pink. Really disappointing

Quality Box meal, Consistently good tasting chicken, Fast delivery, Better prices and good amount of food compared to kfc, Dixy on Shardlow Road is great.

Far better service than Uber eats. They take far too long and your food arrives stale and soggy. However with just eats it's turns up fresh and crispy 😋

Food was not as I expected, portion size quite generous but no taste in the food. I usually go to Normanton one but this tastes nothing like that. And sauces differ too. Delivery time was good

Review time: Supreme burger meal was lovely 10/10 fresh and tasted good. Wings were lovely bit dry. The strips burger meal fresh and nice. 1/4 pounder meal was nice too fresh food. Really good place highly recommended. Honest review overall 8.7/10. What let the food down were the wings were dry.

Love this place, always come here with my friends. The spice mayo is elite and always get extra chicken strips. The service is lovley and in general its just a really calm place to go if you want a good quality meal. Love you guys xx

It is much better than the Normanton one The staff need to be a bit more friendly and engage with customers more. Other than that we go here almost every week and the food is decent

Totally useless customer service

Chicken is good but service could be be improved. Usually no smile no care just take your money and not inform how long the wait might be whilst they deal with 10 previous Uber eats delivery orders.

They were later than the original time but they had added and extra wing n mini fillet which was nice 😊

The burger meal, fillet, chips and drink was great but thought saw the lettuce a bit on the brown side, the popcorn chicken was enough for one person but on the small side, [per piece} as probably a little to much batter and not enough chicken, I wouldn't buy again.

Classico pollo fritto alla kfc ..non male, ambiente non consigliato in quanto ritrovo di ragazzi perennemente stazionati lì ..piedi sulle poltrone con occupazione di tutta la sala..quando entra un cliente fanno sempre come se fossero a casa loro, consiglio di ordinare e portar via non da consumare sul posto. Cattiva educazione da parte dei ragazzi.

Let down. I suppose if your use to one standard of food, you will not notice a difference until you visit a different branch. I ordered a Sizzler mean and wings. The sizzler steak burger was burnet, or could be if just looked burnt because they using old oil which clearly needs changing. The was no sizzler favour on it. The burger was small and didn't look great. The wings again were meant to be sizzler which they wouldn't. Wings were a little grease and didn't taste great. This branch really did fall below the typical standard on would expect. And I am comparing to the branch in Nottingham. Where the quality of food rates much high then what I experienced today.
