Ordered couple times from here now and food is ok, service isn't the best and the waiting time for any meal is around 15 minutes which isn't the best when you're working. But I've had worse before so if you don't mind waiting it should be ok

I ordered a 3 piece chicken meal ...and was sent 3 pieces of chicken ...when it states that all meals come with fries and drink (did not get drink either ) but was still charged £5.69 the price of a full 3 piece meal..... Also the baked beans were super spicy hot ... Don't think baked beans are meant to be no where near that spicy (what is in them to make simple baked beans burn your throat 🥵

It was a good order just except from thee burger that was crushed a bit and the sauces but orther than that the food was amazing and me and my friends really enjoyed it

We went here for a quick bite food was average,service was ok, decor was nice now it's been updated, the place was clean. I was disappointed with the service as I ordered a fish wrap but was given a chicken wrap due to time being limited I ate the chicken wrap and thought to mention to lady on the way out that my order was wrong but she just rudely said I orderd a chicken wrap I said I didn't and the order was wrong. I got no apology of any sort she just carried on serving other customers.

Fish burger was burnt and so was the burger bun the fish wrap was tasteless and the panini had no extras that I asked for.

This used to be my fav restaurant but when I last went the food was lacking and they did not get the order right for my mum. When she went at the end to complain as she didn’t want to wait for them to make another wrap, she told them kindly but the lady responded with sass and rudeness. She insisted my mom ordered a chicken wrap though she ordered a fish one even though me and my dad where there when she ordered it. Not very good service. Atmosphere was quite nice and they updated it so it’s really nice!!

Chicken very dry. A few pieces smelled off so did not eat them. Tried to eat most of it, because I was on the go from one place to another. Had upset stomach for two days. This was my first time purchasing in Dudley. Wish I had checked the hygiene rating first. Never again. Don't risk it.

I ordered a boneless chicken box as I don’t like chicken on the bone and they sent me spicy box of chicken on the bone. As I don’t eat this I hadeto order from somewhere else as i couldn't eat what they sent me

I don’t normally eat fast food but when I was in Dudley and tried the Dixy Chicken in Dudley town, I was pleasantly surprised. Their chips and chicken were really tasty and crispy. The crunchiness is what we are addicted to when it comes to food like this so I make sure eating these foods doesn’t become a habit. I ordered to go so no pictures lol

Food was ice cold like the cab was not even edible

Arrived late. Bad telephone service. If you’re starving and expecting food at the allocated time you will be disappointed and angry. It took strength not to kick off at the staff on the phone.

absolutely dog 💩. food tasted like it was recooked fries were dryer than a nuns🐱. chicken started squealing when bitten into was also over an hour late, I’m guessing that’s because the chicken put up a fight an survived, shocking

Food come cold also missing a milkshake and beans but instead of them items coming they sent 6 big tubs of coleslaw and if that wasn’t bad enough MY BURGER WAS PINK don’t eat from this place terrible food and terrible staff. You try to ring the restaurant and it say line busy but when someone finally picks up the phone and after telling them what was wrong they just replied “what do you want us to do” NO MONEY BACK OR NO REPLACEMENT OF FOOD because the restaurant is busy “” No wonder they have 1 star

Ordered food, given incomplete order, contacted restaurant and asked for the remaining items they put the phone down. Tried calling them few times they asked me to come and collect the remaining food. The staff talking over the phone very rude and temperamental. I went to collect my remaining food the same person on the phone attend me and denied giving incomplete order, later agreed he forgot to give all item. we are regular customer this is not the first time serving less food, incomplete order. Very unprofessional behaviour and attitude.thinking not to order anymore. There are lots of good shop in town with good foods. Very disappointed with staff behaviour and attitude

Handed the bag of food and bag of drinks.. and that’s what it was.. a bag of drink as all of the cups were broken and all of the drink was in the bottom of the bag.. leaking out! Food was okay, chips were warm-ish. Not very impressed!

Food was more than an hour late. Only some items came. Veg burger and 2 cokes did not come. I rang dixy and the staff said the burgers have finished and told me to ask for a refund from here. Please refund for the 2 cokes and the veg burger which didn’t turn up.

Asked for no mayo on my burger and found out when I got back he had put it on and then changed the bun of the burger to make it look like he hadn’t

My order was delayed by more than 28 minutes. It was unacceptable and very unprofessional . Nobody advised me of the delay and this is not the 1st time

So had it came and then when I took a bite out of it I noticed the chicken was pink on both of the burgers I rang them up and while I was on the phone to them he gave me his WhatsApp to send the photos like he didn’t believe me he saw the photos and said that it’s ok to eat it like that I told them I haven’t just spent £15 on food for it not to be cooked properly

Absolutely ridiculous delivery time, rather waiting over an hour you can cook meal for kids than make them wait

Staff shocking service . Vaping while taking orders , and i confronted them by self about the situation as I was in there with my children, he stated it was fine because was breathing it out facing ceiling !! Disgusting !! And to top it off one of the workers pass another worker a joint/ spliff / cannabis what ever you wanna call it and they go on car park in car smoking away !! Workers fully need customer service training , unless they just cant be bothered with there job role, or because young and cant be bothered !! And most of all a designated smoking area for staff out of customers view designated for staff and not in my children's lungs !!

I dont like leaving bad reviews & before tonight's delivery I enjoyed the food from here its tasty & never had a issue. Tonight I ordered a supreme chicken burger meal for my partner, he took one bite out of it & had a mouth full of bones ON A CHICKEN BURGER!! When taking the burger apart you could clearly tell it wasnt a breast of chicken. It took me nearly 70 calls to get in contact with the restaurant, when they did answer they replaced the burger. To which my partner refused to eat, to say its put us off is an understatement. Won't be ordering again.

Late by 40 min past the late time given. Had a text message 1 hour earlier saying it was on its way. Arrived warm but like it had been under a heat lamp for an hour. Food all dry. I don’t think it was the restaurant fault but maybe drivers. Ended up taking a few bites and wasting the rest. Very disappointing.

Delivery driver dropped off wrong food I wasn’t aware until I took a bite and noticed it was wrong and items missing. Dropped off correct order almost second time but I ended up with someone else’s cheese dippers instead of beans. Food was abysmal overcooked and left to sit far too long in bags. Definitely won’t be ordering again

Food was extremely poor quality The burger was very dry and no taste The drink served with the burger meal was like a kids drink. It was so embarrassing I couldn't believe it. The portion was so small. The sauce was so runny like water it was unbelievable. There was no taste what so ever The seating was rubbish I had to sit on on end of the table whilst my friend had to sit on the other end of the table we couldn't even enjoy the food together It was overall a very bad experience I would recommend no one to visit this branch

Ordered two supreme chicken and hash brown burgers and they sent them and they didn't put hash browns on them and then I phoned them up and they tolde.we ain't delivering after 10 o'clock disgraceful
