Dirty Panda Bubble Tea and Vietnamese Food in Hillingdon

Kids always loved Bubble Tea so consistently ordered it online from here. Was a good thing that the kids forgot to have them one one occasion. Opened the seal from both plastic containers to empty them out (needed to recycle). One was completely fine but the other had a maggot inside with the bubbles. Paranoid now if the kids had actually swallowed any maggots whenever we ordered from there.

Food was amazing until i found a pubic hair in my chicken katzu teriyaki bowl. It made me feel sick i had to throw away the food couldn’t finish it

If I could give - stars I would! Ordered through Just Eat, given a long delivery time of 1 hour, no sign of order complain contacted by restaurant to be told our order will be another 40mins making excuses based on drivers and our location... 4.0km from the restaurant , after another hour still no order and the restaurant is completely uncontactable due to “incorrect” out of service numbers listed online. Our saving grace was Just Eat customer service refunded our money and cancelled the order. Do not order from here unless you want to lose money might as well set fire to it. Food never received will never order from here ever again!

If you’re seeing this, you have done what I should have done before placing a just eat order. 2 and a half hours later still no food and no ability to contact the establishment. Never in my life have I come across a worse service than this. Do not turnover your hard earned money to this place, anywhere but here.

Charged me , food never arrived waited an hour and half then told order is complete fortunately just eat issued a refund these lot kept saying its coming then nothing arrived they didnt even gove a refund just eat did theives!!!

Lovely fresh pho bowl and love there bubble tea, can't wait to try more things on the menu, hided gem :)

I ordere Beef Pho and a Mik tea with Tapioca, I have to say the Pho was out of this world and the tea was by far the best I have ever tasted! I will definitely be make my way through the menu.

We ordered takeaway from here on Deliveroo. It came quick but the food really wasn’t good. We thought we ordered the coconut chicken curry with rice but it came with noodles but we couldn’t get through to speak to the restaurant to confirm. The noodles were overcooked and sloppy and parts of the chicken was solid as if it has been reheated. The pork dumplings also didn’t taste very nice. Such a shame as we were hoping to find a new gem.

Don't be fooled. These people are not genuine at all. they buy their bread from dodgy bakery and try to make profit from nasty produce. I'm and American Vietnamese man And I can tell bad service when i taste it. stay away

This place is amazing. We found by chance (In the Arcade) and were blown away by the food and vietnamese coffee's. They have just updated the menu and I would highly recommend the chicken wings and Pho. Once more people find out about this place it will get very busy and they deserve every part of their success.

This was my third visit and I anticipate many more to come - The summer rolls are awesome (like a jumbo sized Vietnamese spring roll). Banh Mi baguette, superb and the Pho is amazing - I read somebody complaining it was too spicy - I like spicy and I thought it could have used plenty more heat, but conveniently we had some chilli paste on the table which had been served with the Veggie Dumplings (The cook seemed adamant that they were dumplings and should not be confused with the Mo Mos on the menu). Only two criticisms - Eating Pho with any dignity is difficult enough at the best of times - using plastic cutlery just doesnt work! I had to employ a mixture of a spoon, fork and chopsticks in order to get the food into my mouth and prevent my wife from stealing it all! Also, preparing the food is slow. Really slow - I have been the only customer on each visit and waiting 10 minutes is easy. Given that the ingredients seem to be out and ready to be combined I can`t see what takes the time… That said, prices are competitive with a major chain which shall remain nameless, but the taste is miles better and while `prepared in store today` is good, `prepared right now in front of your eyes` wins every time. You would be forgiven for missing this place - The Arcade is like the shopping centre that time forgot  and I have certainly spent years wandering past it without thinking to look inside. Only a random Google search for Bubble Tea (which I still haven`t tried) revealed Dirty Panda
