We had a brilliant time at Dirty Martini, I can’t wait to come back again. Our waiter was extremely attentive, we were never left without a drink. The food was fab, and the drinks were better. Thanks to our waiter Ash for making our experience fantastic! We will be back.

I went out with my friends to this bar, and the atmosphere was absolutely incredible! We got the best service from our server Filipa. She took the time to understand what we want before suggesting the most amazing drinks. Every cocktail she recommended was amazing!!! Can’t wait to go back! Highly recommend this place.

Nice venue, went there with some friends, music was good the drinks were ok but the service was amazing. The waitress Filipa took good care of us always happy and full of energy. Always making sure we have everything or if we want more drinks. Happy did helped a lot with that hahahaah

My friends and I had an amazing time at Dirty Martini! The atmosphere was fantastic, and our waitress, Filipa, went above and beyond to make our experience even better. Her service was outstanding!

Loved it!! Filipa was excellent. Service was fast, it was a great atmosphere. Me and my friends all enjoyed something from the food selection and overall we had a great time.

Lovely venue we booked for my daughter & future son-in-law’s engagement party 1 problem we had I spent £2000 on a drinks voucher system & when I had 30 vouchers left over the next day they were nonrefundable and I couldn’t use them at any other time of the year. 2nd problem, we had that the draft beer that we arranged to have on had a problem so we could only have spirits or bottled beer with the vouchers which caused a problem for a few of our guests because they don’t drink spirits and they always drink beer by the pint.

Me and my mum had our first ever bottomless brunch here. We picked it because it seemed different compared to other places. The cocktails were good, tasted really nice and the service was good. The food was okay and could be better but we also knew the kind of food to expect so couldn't really complain. We were served by Ewan (not sure on the spelling) but he was lovely and made us feel really welcome, made sure we always had drinks. I think the atmosphere could have been better but we got there as soon as it opened so I think if you're going to go bottomless during the week you should book the 6pm slot.

Food was cold we had to ask for it to be done again then a fight kicked off assistant manager dealt with it appalling glass on floor assistant manger told us we cud have no more drinks and to leave i was only complaining about the distribution of the fight and glass off floor i had to tell bar tender to gt it cleaned up he was not a very nice assistant manager and I wud no recommend this place and I certainly will not b going there again

We had a wonderful time at the Dirty Martini in Birmingham. We are a large group and they looked after us well. In a busy and pressure environment Grace was wonderful and attentive couldn't have done more for us.

My wife had gone to a lot of trouble planning a night out for her cousins birthday, which included reserving an area in Dirty Martini. However, when we arrived, i was told by the doorman that i wasnt allowed in as i was 'too drunk'. This was clearly not the case and i had a perfectly reasonable conversation with a manager lady, who can obviously see that i was fine, however she , understandably, couldnt overrule her doorman. It was ridiculous, and we took our group of 20 people somewhere else to spend our money!!

Angie and Addy were fantastic they made the brunch a 10/10 experience We will BE COMING BACK AGAIN!! Xx

Do not come here for Thursday events. The point of it is talk to people, but they blast the music so loud I couldn't hear anyone. Complained to 3 different bartenders, no-one's done anything.

Angie and Obehi have been excellent hosts tonight. They have been very attentive in regards to the bottomless brunch, giving recommendations on the best drinks, and also being prompt when ordering and bringing drinks over. The food was delicious, especially the pulled beef sliders. I recommend getting the bbq sauce and the hot buffalo sauce. Overall a 5* experience, and made my birthday memorable

Unfortunately had a terrible experience. After coming in 2022 and enjoying it - I returned with some friends to celebrate a birthday. The server was rude to us, making comments about the mood we looked in. Possibly meant to be perceived as a joke but as customers we did not find them funny. It kept seeming that we were being an inconvenience for her despite being customers. The food was stale and wooden cutlery (that we had to ask for) really ruins the vibe they’ve tried to create in the place. The redeeming factor is the cocktails and the reason for my two starts is that they were nice, but overall the experience was bad. Finally, to make matters worse we were told it was £7 cocktails for happy hour - but upon looking back at the bill I noticed we had been charged full price for every drink we had!!! I have tried to contact the venue but got no response!!

Booked bottomless brunch 21 December. We were a little late - table ready. Server very friendly and drinks flowing. Seemed to forget food but once reminded came out quickly and was hot and tasty. Would recommend.

We visited dirty martini in Birmingham and Angie looked after us the entire time. She was so warming and lovely and absolutely made my friends birthday:) I will definitely recommend this to all my friends and cannot thank Angie enough for her wonderful service and dedication to making this day as wonderful as possible for us all! I love the atmosphere, I’m definitely coming back

There were plusses and minuses to our evening out last night. There were 20+ in our group and this place simply did not accommodate us with the space we needed. We were cramped and squeezed in which was quite uncomfortable, especially when you literally had to have people stand up and move to allow someone to go to the toilets. However, the compassion and attention the staff gave to someone in our group who became ill was really above and beyond, over the top professional. They moved into action without judgement. I had asked to speak to the manager regarding the space issue, but I didn't see him until our friend became ill. Ash, the manager, was so impressive with his professionalism, compassion, and courtesy, he saved the night. I would go back without a large group and try it again. The food was delicious as were the drinks.

Terrible customer service. Table booked for a party of 10. Family booking of 5 females and 5 males. They let 9 people of the party in apparently thought one member of the party was too intoxicated when clearly this wasn't the case as we only had two drinks with a meal before coming here. Disgusting customer service by the manager and door staff who dint even have the decency to dicuss matters. As someone who works in the security industry I understand how the industry works and appreciate the suitation around allowing intoxicated members of the public into the venue however this was utter total disgrace. Not a problem next door Cosy Club let us in without a problem and the doormen was very friendly and professional. If your looking for a good family night out with a good atmosphere and a professional service I would suggest try somewhere else.

Visited Saturday evening for a few drinks, was really busy but still got served quickly. All the staff were friendly and really accommodating, great atmosphere and the food looked good - we didn’t eat though. Would definitely recommend this place for a lovely night out

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the treatment we received as paying customers during our recent visit to the Dirty Martini Bar in Birmingham. After being seated at a table for over 1.5hrs, we were abruptly asked to vacate our table without prior notice and told that it was booked or reserved. When we inquired if the table had indeed been reserved as there was no sign, the waitress responded rudely, stating, “It has now.” When we asked for clarification about notice or how long it would take for the other guests to arrive, she ignored us and demanded we move immediately in an abrupt manner. She offered no time for us to gather our things or discuss a flexible approach to the situation. What happened next was even more excessive. The waitress unnecessarily called over three bouncers to handle the situation. The bouncers, to their credit, were respectful and professional, agreeing with us that the issue could have easily been resolved with a simple “reserved” sign on the table and they could see we were happy to move and that we were just frustrated due to the waitress approach to the situation. To add to our frustration, the table remained vacant for over half an hour, clearly indicating that there was no urgency, and we could have been given sufficient time to finish our drinks without this unnecessary confrontation. Later, my friend briefly sat on an edge seat of an unoccupied table and was once again asked to move, which we did. At no point resisting direction from the bouncers. We then continued dancing. Shortly after, one of the bouncers approached us again to inform us that the manager had instructed that we finish our drinks and leave the premises. This level of hostility toward paying customers was both unwarranted and disrespectful. The bouncers left us, know that we were causing no issues or a threat to anyone, allowing us to finish our drinks. On leaving, we attempted to speak to the manager to explain how the situation could have been resolved with prior communication or even basic courtesy. However, the manager rudely dismissed our concerns, stating they didn’t need to inform us about the table reservation and should have moved straight away, showing a complete lack of respect for us as customers. Understandably, this caused us to feel even more frustrated and unwelcome. We were beyond understanding at this point. The disrespect and lack of basic hospitality shown to us by the manager were entirely unacceptable. What should have been a straightforward situation was blown out of proportion by untrained, inexperienced staff who clearly have no understanding of how to manage people in a busy bar environment. The entire situation stemmed from poor communication and unprofessionalism on the part of management. What I will say is that the bouncers were respectful and demonstrated a willingness to listen to and understand our frustrations, which we appreciated. This incident highlights a serious lack of management experience and fairness in handling customer interactions. This experience left us furious and disheartened. It is deeply disappointing that a venue we have previously enjoyed has stooped to such unprofessional and disrespectful practices. Effective communication and common courtesy could have prevented all of this, but instead, we were met with hostility. We will not be returning to Martini Bar, and we will not recommend it to others. I urge you to review your management practices, train your management properly in people management and ensure that your customers are treated with the respect they deserve.

Really friendly staff, great music and nice safe vibe. I’d say it’s expensive however the venue and taste of drinks makes it worth it. Wouldn’t recommend if you are looking for something on a bit of a budget but as said it’s worth it.

Recently organised a big charity event through the dirty martini. Sandy was amazing at supporting me through the entire process of booking it. She was always happy to have a phone call to talk through the night. On the night of the event, all of the staff were super helpful and willing to make any changes within the venue to ensure that the night ran smoothly. The bar staff were really friendly and Ash the general manager was a great host who made sure that everyone was having the best night. Beautiful venue, great drinks and amazing staff

Had a really good night with some friends from work, proper chilled out atmosphere with some great tunes. Couldn’t get enough of the duck loaded fries especially after a few of the whiskey ginger sours, definitely felt the last one the next morning! 😂 Also can’t thank the staff enough for having all 13 of us come in on a whim and being so accommodating, will definitely be coming back again!

Bottomless brunch was not a good experience here, the only drink we all liked was the bottles of Prosecco the cocktails themselves were not very nice. Our food didn’t arrive until 10 minutes before having to leave, when it did arrive we weren’t told which one was gluten free which when you have allergies is scary. The food was stale and couldn’t even work out what half of it was, do not recommend if you are gluten free.

Bottomless brunch was ok. Drinks were great, the bar tenders kept them coming. Food wasnt the best. They should be labeled also, as it wasn't obvious what each dish was.
