Was ok tasted nice but very, very greasy

chips were cold and dry, Normally food is excellent but not tonight sadly

lovely fish supper with perfect mushy peas and stoater pickle, will order again

Always hot and great portion for the grandkid

once again items left off my order and once again the delivery guy leaves the gate wide open after saying he would close and I then have to chase me wee dog down the street to get her back in the garden

I have been ordering from this place for years and I wouldn’t change it

it was probably longer than this but delivery time changed only when I contacted them. food was cold and took so long to come.

Food never cam phone the shop and they said it was on its way but still never came absolutely shocking

only place I know that does onion on their fries pizza, so good. chips could have used a bit of salt but that's out of preference. chips were soft yet still crispy. exactly what I needed after a hard day

Food delicious n hot, would recommend .

Food arrived 20 minutes after scheduled time, which was an hour and 25 minutes after ordered. Phone the shop and told it was on its way then arrived almost 20 minutes later. By the time we got it it was lukewarm at best and small portions too.

I placed an order which was cancelled by the store 2 hours later and it has cost me £6 to make the order which I have now lost

Arrived after 2 hours despite twice being told it was on it's way. To be fair to the owner he promised us a full refund along with the meal for free.

What can I say this place is the quickest, tastiest and quality fantastic! Prices are affordable. This my 3rd order from here and not been let down yet!

Ordered a steak pie supper, lovely but was a bit late with delivery. Ordered a home made steak pie a few days later & didn’t get the peas & gravy, not sure if mistake or they’ve stopped doing it

Absolutely raging. Ordered 2 cheese and chips and fritters and only got 1 chips and cheese instead of 2... very p😡ssed off! Spent over £18 and didn’t even get what i wanted. couldn't even phone them back because it is closed! The receipt said 2 chips and cheese so the chippy had no excuse!! This is happened more than once.. I strongly do not recommend😡😡😡

I always get the smoked sausage supper with batter and coleslaw! everything comes fast warm andd delicious. Best coleslaw I've ever had no joke. it's my absolute favourite thing on your menu

Ordered a large bag of chips which was £4.50 only to find it was a normal size bag and the chips were cold. Totally ruined our meal so we won’t be back. Disgraceful !to say the least.

Returned to Ayr on holiday and went back to Dino's as previous experience was excellent. I'm very disappointed this time around, ordered fish n chips x 3 and the fish was greasey and did not look like fresh haddock as it was really thin, grey in colour and covered in greasey batter. I am not sure if Dino's has changed ownership as I never recognised any of the staff.

We enjoyed our meal very much and I will order again from your shop 👍

Disappointed tonight. Chips & fish were really over cooked (what I called back heat when I worked in the chippy) they were not fresh at all. Positives, they did separate my fish from my chips as I don’t like them touching, just wish they were fresh & crispy. Not like it was last orders, so no reason for it.

Two orders in a row the wrong pizza has been delivered. Chips this time were also black/ burnt. Really disappointing.

Food arrived late and cold. I live a two minute drive away from shop and it took over an hr to arrive I understand they're busy but that's no excuse for cold food and not even giving to delivery driver change for a cash order.

Got a homemade steak pie supper with peas and gravy tonight actually got 2 one for my daughter. Absolutely banging steak melt in your mouth beautiful will definitely be back. Lovely clean shop and quick and efficient staff. Best takeaway I’ve had in years five stars

A gem in a tucked away corner of Ayr. Crispy outside, juicy inside, delicious fish&chips for a bargain price! I’ll certainly be back when I’m anywhere near again.

Stopped in on the way through. Came over from Belfast and fancied some dinner. Glad I did. Was not disappointed. Ordered a munchy box and it was massive. Full pizza box for £7.50. We have nothing like it back home. All of it was perfect and will stop again on the way back to the boat. 👏
