Upper deck is the best place for eating out, what an exhilarating experience we had with my Wife Tumi. Brother Putu(our waiter) took care of us and gave an excellent service, a very, very friendly young Man, very patient helpful,.and always willing to serve us with a big smile. Went to upper deck at grovesnor casino past night, really quiet but the food was outstanding the service was second to none. The manager even brought us some samples of new cocktails which made us feel even more special. Cannot hear the noise from the casino which is also a plus. Will definitely be coming back!

Excellent food, and Natalie was our host excellent service,everyone helped. A good team who actually work as a team. The restaurant manager David sets a good example being hands on while he is going about his duties downstairs.

I cannot give enough praise. The restaurant is very classy and sophisticated. The food was amazing and the staff were fantastic. Jack and team, your food is delicious .. we had the pork nibbles, monkfish and trout starters , lamb and halibut mains about time we had a restaurant of Michelin star quality in Blackpool.. Outstanding food. We had a roast beef Sunday lunch . Everything cooked to perfection. Even the horseradish sauce was homemade The tart tatin was one of the nicest desserts ever. Service was brilliant our waitress was just lovely. The setting is beautiful too will definitely be returning

Booked in to the restaurant after reading good reviews - we were not disappointed. From the moment our waitress Chloe greeted and seated us, we felt welcome and extremely well looked after. We had stated on our booking that it was our wedding anniversary and were surprised and delighted to find our table had been prepared with heart shaped balloons and 'love' sequin sprinkles. We followed the chef's recommendations for our steaks and thoroughly enjoyed them - and the 'chips' were simply something else. Can also recommend the carrot side dish. Too full for a dessert, we were again surprised with a decorated plate of chocolate and fruit wishing us a happy anniversary beautifully written in chocolate. We could not have hoped for a better evening and want to thank Chloe for her knowledgeable waiting on and also her fabulous sense of humour - she's a gem!

I can honestly say, I’ve never had food like this before…I can only describe it as “out of this world” Every course was cooked to perfection, and the staff were welcoming, attentive and friendly. it’s the first time I have been to the Upper Deck, but it most certainly won’t be my last…truly amazing.

Our party of 4 visited the Upper Deck Friday night and what an absolutely fabulous night we had. The restaurant (located inside Grosvenor Casino) is modern and elegant with luxurious seating and and tasteful décor. All the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and we were made to feel very welcome. We all started with the Monkfish starter which replaced the unavailable Scallops – light and flavoursome with a winning miso yuzu glaze – an awesome starter! Mains were Hake (heavenly with an unexpected treasure –potted shrimp crumpet), Venison (melt in the mouth with exceptional jus) and the exquisite Dukesmoor 16oz T-Bone steak. I have honestly never tasted steak like this – cooked to perfection with a depth of flavour never before experienced. The attention to detail on all the accompaniments was outstanding. The hidden gem of parmesan custard in the hispi cabbage was a taste of pure brilliance and drew gasps from the diners! To finish, a variety of desserts were tried - all were superb: Chocolate Tart, Gingerbread Parfait and my own favourite the Cheeseboard – the miniature Eccles Cakes were a gift from God! Drinks - There is a wide selection of reasonably priced beers, cocktails, spirits and wines on offer – I can recommend the Riesling which was perfection - joy in a glass! We have eaten at several Michelin restaurants and can truly say that The Upper Deck is up there with them. If you are looking for a night out in a stunning restaurant with exceptional food, then look no further and get a table booked! You will not be disappointed. We will definitely be returning. Lastly, a huge shout out to our host Jo who was very attentive and went the extra mile to make the evening one that we will remember for a long time. Bravo!

Food was as expected. The experience was made whole by the attentive service of Rebecca, our waitress. The overall ambiance was very good. The space is comfortable and the eating area is spacious and roomy, never feeling crowded. Background music was a little quiet, but enough. The booth we occupied would benefit from some soft cussions for comfort. Drinks are well priced, as was the food.
