was good but was missing coleslaw and mayo on 1 of the kebabs but no biggy

was so good 1 of the best kebabs we've had well done 👏

Food was cold didn’t tell you that it comes with coleslaw my partner nearly had a allergic reaction if he didn’t see the coleslaw

Hardly any chili sauce and no picked chilis as requested. 15 mins after the latest delivery time too. Will still visit again as you can’t beat the quality here.

my order was not quite what I ordered ii ordered cheesy chips and and got plain chips

the price has increased but you get less. there is no longer any salad no coleslaw not even any sauce for the kebab meat

I'm not happy with the quality of the food the chicken tasted old and re heated and everything was cold on arrival plus the oil was leaking through the bag. Disappointing as previous order was delicious.

they got my order completely wrong... instead of burger and chips and burger... they gave very mediocre chicken wings and that's all... I don't understand how they can an order so wrong.

The person was Rude on the phone told me I shouldn't of order so late as it was closing time. first I was told me order was on its way . then I called again and was told half hour more. food was cold and over a hour late time it arrived. never will order here again. poor customer service and horrible Food.

The service was excellent, the food was top notch I recommend spicy spuds and kebab meat. The portion sizes are amazing for the price and the employee was being really friendly and giving me good recommendations. The chilli sauce is home made and tastes amazing.

All i have to say is after eating the chicken wrap I felt ill and for some reason there was some kind of smelling excrement in my chips I just had to chuck away. Bloody rip

I ordered a kebab but wasn’t sure what sauce to get so they let me try a variety of there sauces before choosing and there homemade garlic mayo and hot sauce was the perfect combo for the kebab. By far the best i’ve had and will be coming back here for every kebab I get from now on.

never eaten here before and won't be again. We can both take heat in out food. Asked for chilli sauce on kebabs which they smothered in the stuff. The sauce was so hot made food inedible.What a waste of £20.!

Must have ordered a fair few times to get enough stamp cards to earn a discount which you can never use because the restaurant cancels your order every time you try to but as soon as you order without the use of the stamp card discount they delivery. Shocking customer service to go with that 🙂

Pizza was disgusting and dripping with oil, so much so the box was wet, hot wings were average. Chips were nice. I’m still waiting for my cheesecake to defrost (yes it was frozen) definitely will never order again. Avoid this dump

The kebab meat was ropey and hard, over cooked. I would not recommend. There is a lot better place's these days just up the road. I was very very disappointed indeed. Nothing like it used to be back in the good old days.

2 hours late stone cold missing salad on kebabs and sauce.

A good kebab shop, friendly staff, very quick with preparing my order, and their chicken kebab is very different to the rest of the kebab shops. It's marinaded in some sort of red sauce before they cook it, making the chicken taste alot better compared to the other kebab shops.

Fantastic takeaway. Times are hard and these guys deserve all the credit.

This was a good friendly takeaway that we used very regularly, unfortunately on the last 4 occasions, the food has been absolutely disgusting, we tried to give it a chance, but it has got even worse. All 4 of us have been ill, although having totally different dishes. We have now actually had to inform Public Health regarding our concerns regarding this takeaway. Such a shame, was so good during COVID, but now disgusting.

Food was under and over cooked asked for salad but got next to nothing, did not enjoy the food at all.

Unfortunately whilst passing I developed a very dry tickly cough so pulled in with my mask on and asked politely for a small drink of tap water whilst red faced and struggling to not cough was told no only if I buy something. Certainly never going here again

Absolutely disgusting pizza looked like it was smashed against the floor the kebab had barely no meat and look like it was thrown around the kitchen yes I ate some pizza coz I was hungry but that was no margarita pizza tasted tank never and would avoid anyone ordering here ever again totally disgusting I normally go into shop and order and normally good but for order and delivery is absolutely rank

Good food arrived early and still hot. Hubby was very impressed with his kebab meat & chips. My chicken was delicious and not at all greasy. Chips are amazing as are the chilli bites! Probably one of if not THE best takeaway we've had! Will definitely order again.

One of if not the best kebab takeaway on Union Street. Excellent prices, delicious piping hot food and super quick delivery. 5 stars is not enough for such an awesome eatery.

Got order tottaly wrong, tried to argue i didnt order what i said i ordered, less than impressed with the attitude, i know exactly what i ordered and it wasnt what i got, will now go elswhere.

Amazing food, the best take away in the city

I've been using this place for over 12 years. My family also insist on going here whenever they come up to visit me. The food is really good, pizza toppings are really generous and taste amazing. All food is of good fresh quality standard. Good value for money too. Staff are always very friendly and attentive. Delivery is very reliable and food arrives hot from a very friendly driver. At busy times you may have to wait a bit longer but the staff are honest in telling you approximately how long. It's worth waiting for. Food and service are awesome. I highly recommend this place.

Definitely the best 🥙 kebab in Plymouth

Completely unsatisfied with this takeaway this evening. After being told it would be 45 minutes it was 40 minutes longer than that. The driver came to the door with half our order and on inspection was not happy with the portion of chips that was supposed to be a large but came wrapped in paper! No way was it a large especially paying £3.50. No apologies and food was not good. Will not be going here again.

Kebab was cooked well altough pita needs to go outside of the box not underneath the food, overall was okay

In my opinion best kebab takeaway in Plymouth when I went to get it with my partner she don't like kebabs said it looked amazing all plated up I normally get dillan special for 11 pounds and freeze some for different day in wraps or whatever and there home made chilli sauce is legit the bomb if you not been there and like kebabs go there and try it I am a regular now not good for the waist but so good

I ordered food online from the just eat website. My kebab meat was ice cold and I found a piece of metal in my wrap and my fiancées spicy spud and chicken was cold and my brothers burger was cold. I am not ordering from here again.

Been ordering here for 10 years since moving to Plymouth and have always had great food fast and with great customer service. The guys at dillans are fantastic

Came here last saturday night with my partner. The staff were so friendly and helpful making sure they put everything we wanted in our order. Food was delicious and really generous portions. Will definitely be coming here again!!!

Tonight the 25/11/2017 I experienced very very poor service, took over hour for my food to arrive to only realise my pizza and can of drink hadn’t been brought called them to tell them then it takes them another half hour was waiting over 2 hours got abuse down phone to my knowledge this was there fault and food was cold so I’d recommend not to ever order any food with Dillans don’t use take money else where to better kebabs shop that treats there customers with respect

Staff are always pleasant and helpful and will get to know you if you are regular. Never had a wrong order, they always take the time to ask if you want salad for example. Quick too, lovely place
