Pizza's were nice chips were better than most takeaways will definitely visit again. Fab and fresh July 2023. This has become too local in 2024 but service and food quality brilliant

Donner meat was old and dry, probably from yesterday, portion size was pathetic for price.

All though we we a good distance away, food was delivered on time and warm. Loverly food, highly recommend.

What a place we had burgers and chips and pizza we would highly recommend this place our new go to place thanks guy.

Staying at Willow Pastures holiday park. Ordered large Donner and BBQ Boston 14” pizza. Ordered and paid online at 21:30. Gave lodge number. Was quoted delivery in an hour. Arrived in half an hour. Food was gorgeous. Still warm for a delivery. Lots of toppings on the pizza. Kebab portion was huge and all came separately to create your own Donner. Nice touch. Asked for extra garlic sauce in comments and got it. Very impressed with the food and service. We’ll use delivery again on our next visit.

Missing items from our order, order was made for collection which was cold when I got there.

Ordered two pizzas over the week excellent service delivery and tasty . Ordered kebab Saturday came with no chilli sauce had to order garlic sauce meat was very very dry salad made night before very limp . O and meat was cold. I can't understand why the pizzas are first class and the kebabs look and taste like they have come from a completely different takeaway 🤔

If you would like a normal and honest review here it is! We’re staying at willow pastures country park and the team here recommended diamond pizza. They found our lodge no problem. We ordered online and the pizza came in 20 minutes. Pizza’s were good, we enjoyed them both. Plenty of toppings and cheesy bites are definitely worth it. Would we order again, yes but did we expect a la carte dining - no. I’d say they are on par with dominoes.

I got a wrap from here and it was outstanding, probably one of the best ones I've had. Great staff and Great Service!

Driven past his Takeaway you must times never thought of trying it on the way home tonight decided to stop hoping to grab a quick pizza as the place was closing thought they had shut but was just cleaning . Staff are very friendly and the place was immaculately clean order two pizzas 🍕 which was cooked really quick and fresh will be going back best Pizza I’ve had in a long time.

Just got a doner kebab it was the worst kebab ever it was cold and like rubber the salad was poor disgusting its in the bin never again

Would absolutely not order from here again, I had a leaflet through my door and thought I’d give it ago! Pizza was so dry looked like the tomato sauce was spreader with a baby spoon they was hardly none. Kebab was dry and taste like rubber just by looking at it was enough to put anyone off! It all went in the bin wasted £30 it was that bad I wouldn’t give it to my dog. DO NOT ORDER HERE MASSIVE DISAPPOINTMENT! First and last time won’t be coming back

This has to be the worst takeaway I have ever received. Doner was very old and dry, salad was wilted brown lettuce and loads of onions. Pizzas was terrible. Got our order delivered and delivery guy turned up with no change at all. Just expected me to give him £30 for a £26 order terrible service AVOID! The food all went in the bin wouldn't feed it to my dog. Loads of far better takeaways in the area

Ordered for the first time after a recommendation and after hours 2.45 the food had still not been delivered, kept ringing and got told the same story very time (The driver is about 5 minutes away) so cancelled the food. Will not be trying them again.

Extremely disappointed and won’t be using again. I ordered for the first time following a recommendation and was still waiting for my order over 2.5hrs later! Ended up having to cancel and asking for a refund as the children needed to go to bed!!

Saw some mixed reviews and was hesitant about ordering pizzas for my son's 20th birthday party. Very glad I did, absolutely amazing pizzas & chips, fully loaded pizzas, great tasting chips with chip spice. Delivered with the hour stated & piping hot. Highly recommended.

Burgers are to die for delicious everytime great customer service

The food was really bad. The kebab had no real taste it was like a microwave meal. Salad was one slice of cucumber and one slice of tomato. The service was ok they seemed nice.

Had a doner kebab delivered last night, worst kebab I have ever had, cold, texture of cardboard, couldn't eat it. They won't be getting my custom again.

Very poor Doner kebab, the meat was dryer than sand! It was delivered with no salad and when it did turn up it was anaemic iceberg lettuce, one bit of tomato 1 slice of cucumber and 1 whole onion sliced up. The only shining light of the order was the lad who took the order, very polite and helpful

The driest and generally the worst donner kebab I have ever had.

Ordered last night after receiving a menu through the door and deciding to try and support a local business. From ordering, a clear language barrier made telephone ordering a little frustrating…. The food was awful, chips were undercooked and the doner meat was rubbery and over cooked in places. The pizza wasn’t much better! Most of it went in the bin. 100% won’t be using or recommending to anyone.

First time ordering from here and have to say the food was out of this world, great service a bit early but glad it was absolutely fantastic, will be changing my takeaway from now on, thanks guys.

First time of trying this place, and will say without a doubt will never use it again. I ordered scampi, chips & salad. Scampi was so over cooked on the outside but mush on the inside, the chips were like over done oven chips and I didn't receive my salad. My sons shish kofta was a ripped pitta bread and about 4 pieces of meat. I phoned the shop to let them know about my scampi & missing salad, they apologised and said they would send another one straight out.. That was at 8.46pm... I'm writing this at 11.26 am the next day and still waiting for them to turn up. Very very disappointed 😠.

Second time here,both lots of food delicious and hot,will carry using this place when we are at our caravan

Chicken not cooked long enough, donner meat was grainy and chips seemed old. It just smelt horrible too. Rank 🤮 nearly all went in bin apart from free cheese garlic bread

If i could i would give it no stars! If you like fast warm food I suggest u don't order from here. We only live on longhill and the first order took 1hr 30 mins to arrive and our second order took 2hrs 30 mins!! Missing free garlic bread and cold food!

Just used Diamond Puzza en route to Burton Constable caravan site, was 10 mins early but the owner opened up for us. Really polite man, quality pizza and garlic bread. Would recommend and will use again

Asked for a veggie pizza and got it with salty ham ,quick delivery but maybe that's because there not busy

1st time trying as a change from our normal go to for pizza and so glad we did. Arrived early on a Friday during peak hours and tasted better while not being greasy at all. Will definitely be going again

Express delivery service what a joke 2hrs to deliver is not good enough and to top it off toom there phone off the hook so can't ring to chase up . Stick to my usual place in the future.

1st time trying this takeaway it was beautiful we had 6 separate meals and every one was spot on it was value for money the staff were very friendly and didn't take too long we will be going here from now on

We were staying at Westfield Country Park and placed a £70 order at this chippy around 6.30 on a Saturday Night. Food arrived around 45-50 minutes later cooked to perfection bearing in mind 8 x different meals - they deserve credit and the driver was a really nice chatty guy 10/10

Hey we’ve just had our first chicken kebab from here and omg best kebab I’ve ever had salad very fresh chicken cooked to perfection And the garlic mushroom bread was to die for thumbs up to the chefs

After a busy week I didnt want to cook on a fri night. Driving through the area i spotted that there was customer parking i pulled over. 2 x Chip Butties. 6 min wait for fresh, hot, crispy chips. They were delicious..sat outside on the table's..would definitely recommend 👌

Have it two stars for service and cost but nothing for the fish and chips which smelt awful. Got home and the smell was still there something which you don't get with fresh fish . Batter was rubbish and the fish I presume had been frozen and defrosted before frying . First visit and won't go again

Visited for the first time, always wary of those multi point outlets that offer pizza, kebabs and fish and chips. My trepedation paid off when it comes to eating the fish. The chips, I have to say , were excellent. But the fish, not 100% fresh (it was dry and very fishy smelling, as we know fresh fish doesn't smell). The batter was way too thick, which meant by the time the fish has cooked the batter was still raw inside. Not great, would go back for the chips though!!!!!

Tried Bilton Fisheries for the first time today and was not disappointed. A little more expensive than Papa's down the road but my goodness, 100% better. Cook to order, tasty and the manager very friendly. Around a 10 minute wait for our order but so worth it. Definitely will be returning!

OMFG! New favourite chippy alert! I live in Hedon so Bilton is a bit of a trek for chippy but after being let down by child sized portions or inconsistent quality from my local chippies I thought I would try Bilton because it looks really smart and clean. Really glad I did! Fish and chips were freshly cooked (rather than some shops locally who have them sat keeping warm and drying out in the rack) by someone that knows what they're doing too 😁 Really polite and friendly people and the shop is immaculate - not an exaggeration. Pub style benches outside are a nice touch I would have used had the heavens not opened as I was leaving the shop. Parking directly outside too 👍 Fish was absolutely delicious... My mouth is watering now as I type 😋 Good quality big thick juicy fish in a crisp, tasty batter. Perfect. Chips were plentiful and gorgeous... Perfect balance of crisp and fluffiness. Will definitely be going back... Streets ahead of the Hedon chippies and worth the 5 minutes journey. Added bonus is they do pizza, kebabs and burgers and stuff too. So if you live in a house full of girls like me where nobody can agree which takeaway to have, give Bilton Fisheries a try. They deliver too 👍

Worth the 10 mins wait whilst the fish and chips cooked. Lovely white fresh fish and chips cooked properly. Got the large portion but I think the smaller portion would have done.

Ordered and collected on behalf of family so didnt eat, mother in law enjoyed her fish though. Friendly service , looks all clean and new . Does kebabs and pizzas too, parking available , order in advance and collect.

Tasteless fish tasted of old oil, chips were burnt with hard skin, batter was sloppy inside, regular fish was small but batter made it look larger, shall not be going back

Ordered fish chips Pattie curry sauce and peas asked for well done fish. This was by far the best fish and chips we’ve had in years. Fish so white tasty and fresh. Would definitely recommend 👍

it was the most disgusting fishn chips we have ever had, 3 large fish n chips and two tiny pots of sauce which were bloody awful and tasted like water and the fish was hard batter on the outside and soggie inside about half an inch thick! 👄 it Is a miracle that this PLACE Is still open. 💋 Try them if you are brave enough.

I love the fish and chip shop and use it on a regular basis. They have just started doing kebabs and pizzas which are up to their usual high standard. My only disappointment is they have just started doing deliveries and despite living less than 15 mins drive away I am out of their range. If this was expanded I'd probably use it more often.

Thought id try again instead of Papas. Chips ok if a bit warmed up. Patty worth one bite, Fish had a strange taste as did the dark very very greasy batter. Ate half, threw rest in bin. Back to Papas.
