Bought fish and chips and a smokey ,haggis and chips from here last night Charged £21.10 Wish we had just thrown the money out of the car window Fish was tiny and tasteless ,batter and chips greasy and unedable Haggis was stale to the point of mush and chips again greasy Even our Labrador refused to eat the bit we offered him And he eats ANYTHING Sorry Dhillans but we won't be back

Best fish and chips , we had as well as pizza and kebab. Would definitely come back again.

Never had a bad takeaway from here. Reasonably priced, good selection to choose from, and fantastic banter with the staff.

Used to be good but just had some fish and chips picked up and threw away the old burnt chips. Just like I had to do a month ago. Did not eat one! Seems like they were getting rid of their old rubbish to me! House still stinking of the burn and old fat. I will not be back. Shame, I used to love it there. Staff were always great but I cannot recommend the food now. Always had the best food in Prudhoe but now........ I am so disappointed.

I had the sheer pleasure of visiting this shop recently and it was an experience worth raving about! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm ambiance and friendly staff who made me feel right at home The staff were incredibly knowledgeable, providing excellent recommendations based on our preferences. The chips were just as delightful, each one was a perfect balance of fluffy and crisp, lightly salted to perfection, and served piping hot The portion sizes were generous and satisfying making it excellent value for money. Overall 5 out of 5 in my experience

Always a pleasure ordering from here service is great and friendly, food is always perfect and good portions. Only bad thing is I work around the corner and it's just too tempting all the time LOL.

Do lots of traditional chip shop food as well as pizzas and kebabs. Chips are tasty, crispy and brown like they should be. Always enjoy the food I get from here. Prices are similar to other chippys but they do lunchtime specials and have other deals on food.

Food poor. Hygiene amongst staff certainly not a priority. One of the staff that was serving had nicotine on her fingers. Avoid.

Paid £7 for chip butty with gravy and a jumbo sausage at tea time but it's £4.60 at dinner time. Wont be getting that again.

Decent chippy, if they reduced the size of the portions maybe they could reduce the cost. Fish and chips could be better described as whale and overkill.

Called into Dhillons tonight for a kebab wrap I only managed to eat half it was absolutely gorgeous they do great portions and all the staff are lovely make you feel welcome the young girl who served me she was so happy at her job it has to be Dhillons in Prudhoe best chippy around will be back soon

Had hot shot pizza.. I have the same pizza every week and never disappointed. I have the free garlic bread to go with it.. My partner had chicken kebab with salad both sauce.. it was beautiful. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back every for our treat night.

Ordered hot shot pizza all I can say is NOT fit for human consumption looked more like spam and mushrooms took the pizza back As thought the had mixed up the orders and was told no that was a hot shot ask for a refund and was refused and told they would cook a fresh pizza in the end just told them to keep it and walked out will never go back again shocking customer service

Food nice, never ever seem to be able to get the orders right, check every item before you leave because I guarantee you'll have something wrong, missing and you have to do without or go back, crazy

Always good fish etc. Just need to be sure chips only recently out of pan especially if they are not busy when can be simply not hot enough - otherwise very good.

Ordered large donner kebab and chicken kebab never again more like a small donner and the chicken passed through on the other one was not like this last time portions have halved

Great service, food was ready when I arrived. However pizza base was certainly under cooked and vey little sauce on the pizza. Havent had a pizza from dhillons for a long time. Can't say I would rush back for a pizza. Disappointed. However the fish bap and cheesy chips were good. But pizza was below average and couldn't eat the base had to pick the toppings off which I don't think there was a lot of. Its great that you responder to this review however I have contacted you through a direct message on social media which you haven't responded to. You say in your response you appreciate feedback so that you can rectify it. But you haven't actually responded to my feedback. Very poor customer service, we were regular customers but wont be back. I have now tried contacting the shop on a couple occasions to discuss the above issues with yourselves and as of yet I have had no response. I rang the shop and spoke to a lady who said someone would be in touch. No one has been. Awful customer service. We wont be be returning.

Just bought fish chips sausage chips chicken kebab and a kebab order came to £35.00 food freezing chips raw and when I phoned up man in shop said what do you want me to do about it absolutely appalling service wouldn't not recommend eating here as the food was already sitting on the counter disgusting in my eyes !

Placed a order online last Friday but when I got there it didn’t go through but the money was took from my bank I spoke to them about it the same day was told I’d get a phone call and a refund. I’m still awaiting on the phone call and the refund.

Ordered on Saturday night through the website, must say amazing service was ready for the time we ordered even though they were very busy. Fish bap and cheesy chips were good.However the pizza was very poor, first time I've ordered a pizza from dhillons for a while and to be honest not sure if we will be back. Pizza base was very undercooked, almost raw in my opinion, barely any sauce, so we could only eat the toppings and cheese, and there was very minimal toppings considering it was meant to be 3 meats.We were going to bring it back however it was a Saturday night and the hassle of coming back to the shop once we were home was a bit much for us. Such a shame as we used to use Dhillona regularly but on past couple of occasions it has been really disappointing and well below others we've tried in the area over past few months.

I pre ordered a fish and chips. To give them a chance to get it ready and make sure it was fresh. Was told fifteen minutes. So I collected after fifteen minutes. I have to say that I only live two minutes away and it was not very hot at all. I don’t really expect to have to microwave my own takeout just as I get it. I was also disappointed I got no scraps. Even after the person on the phone said yes. I’ve always had decent food. Just disappointed tonight. Was my first takeaway this year as a treat to myself.

got a kebab pizza and was unreal, staff are all so nice aswell. The service is very quick aswell. definitely recommend everyone to go to here for a takeaway
