Charged me 8 quid for one milkshake only just realised

Do not order from here. Ordered of their website which has food hub on it. Waited 45 mins then spent another 45 mins trying to get through. Member of staff on her own saying food was not in system and they don't use food hub even though when you order on their site that's who it's through. Demand a refund said she could not do it till driver returned then phones a guy who then speakers to me to say food would be out for delivery followed by we don't use food hub AGAIN, ask for refund he then HANGS UP PHONE. Go back to my confirmation email to try connect to live chat as they where trying to also deal with issue. My order was only confirmed in tracking then to suddenly be cooking!!! Nearly 3 hours later and they are expe ting me to still take the treat for my kids who are now in bed! Look on Facebook reviews and you will see same. Absolutely shocking so will be chasing my money because they have basically STOLEN from me

Ice cream was very small portion for the price, awful taste, made me very nauseous. Annoying you can only pick one flavor for the 5 scoop one. Milkshake was good, but way too sweet. Slush was decent, ran out of juice very quickly though. Spelling mistakes all over the menu (deliveroo). Didn't regret trying it once, but wouldn't get it again for the prices and quality.

While waiting for the food, we were not impressed by the hygiene standards. The employee making the waffles was not wearing a mask or gloves, did not seem to be cleaning anything, and she would go from touching the food to touching her phone and back without concern for cleanliness. There was also no plastic screen or barrier between us and the employee. Furthermore, the food took a very long time... and for what it was, the prices were high.

Food was nearly an hour late, crepes and biscoff were so chewy I'd find it less stressful to eat my car tire, at least my care tire is right there and I wouldn't need to wait 2 hours for delivery. The biscoff literally starts crunchy, like how do you even manage to make that chewy. At least in prison the food is edible, free and has speedy delivery.

Tiny portions of ice cream. Milk shakes are rubbish. Not getting from here again. They are charging extortionate prices for tiny portions. Also to the guy that answered the phone to my partner, you lot need to learn about portions. If I could share photos of our tiny tubs of ice cream that we paid (£5.50 for a FOUR scoop tub of ice cream & £6.50 for a FIVE scoop tub of ice cream that should have had the toffee fudge topping for 30p that I requested as an extra on it, but DIDN'T) then I would. My partner's ice cream isn't even vanilla like he asked for & mine doesn't taste like cookies, it tastes like fruit. First & last time we eat with you. Have a nice life

Went and ordered from here some time last week almost £40 worth missing stuff from every single time I ordered try to get in touch to get a refund left my name and number twice now and still not heard back from them don't recommend this place I'd rather keep my money then getting scammed

Great variety of sweets and friendly staff, would definitely go again

10/10 service they Have a very good range off American products for a sweet tooth roly poly milkshake was out of this world all the best guys highly recommend
