As far as takeaways go, I'd have to say that this one seems to deliver what it promises reasonably well. Myself and my friends ordered a selection of items and specified which drinks we would like to come with them, and within twenty minutes or meals arrived, all correct and accounted for with the drinks we asked for. While not perhaps as appealling as some other places I have been to, I can safely state this is a notably high average in my books.

Absolutely lovely service with a smile guaranteed NOT

Got given wrong order, took it back to the guy and he refused to refund money or give me my meal I originally ordered. He proceeded to raise his voice, call me a lier and antagonise me.

Supreme Sizzler (chicken) Burger(s) were excellent. I was cautious with the reviews I read but I have to admit as far as Fried Chicken Places go this place has some potential. Don't be put off by the other reviews and give this place a try for a simple fried chicken tea ;) I took 7 burgers and had no complaints, even the hash brown's on the burgers were cooked through. Nice :)

Very rude staff! Totally unacceptable behaviour! He came outside the shop and was yelling at me because I told him I wasn't happy with the service. I went to Dexter's Chicken for the first time today. Ordered a chicken wrap without meal deal as I didn't want to pay twice as much for fries and drink. I paid and was waiting for my order. I then noticed there was a lunchtime deal where you can get the fries and drink for the same price as without them. When I asked about it, first the guy said you don't get a big wrap with that deal. Then when I asked again, he said ' You have eyes! You should have asked for that deal when ordering!'. Started saying things like its not his job to tell customers about any deals. The customers should learn to read the board before ordering.' I told him I don't want to argue about it, I just want my chicken wrap and leave. But he didn't stop arguing. I told him I am never going to come back here again because of how rude he was being simply because I asked about the lunchtime deal. As I stepped out, he followed me outside and started yelling at me. I just walked away!

Had the spicy chicken wings meal from them and fell ill - possibly because the fries were barely cooked. Best avoided.

Myself and my boyfriend have been regular customers for a while now, but not anymore. We decided to order yet another takeaway for our night in, 20:30pm the order was placed, arrival time was set out to be 40 minutes, we were concerned when it just hit an hour without hearing anything that we decided to ring up the place to have them tell us that they're having car troubles with a flat tyre. That's understandable, on top of the hour- just over 40 minutes passed- 1hr 40 minutes in total it had taken our food to arrive from which it had been ordered. We didn't receive any apology from the driver, he was quick to leave and was rather rude, the pizza was cold and the chips were soggy. I am highly dissatisfied.

I must congratulate you on providing one of the worst takeaway experiences I have ever faced. I don't ask much, post pub; just some vaguely edible items, generally in line with what we ordered. But you failed to meet even these basic expectations. There were three of us, we ordered 2 x 3pc boxes of chicken, which consist of 3 pieces of chicken, chips, 3 wings and a beverage. We received no wings. The third of us ordered a burger and 4 wings, she received a burger. No salad, just two dry slices of bun and some chicken. No wings. I take it wings were not available this evening, and yet we were charged. Also, the chicken we did receive was pale, wet, and unlike any fried chicken I have ever experienced. It was barely even brown. It was like the chicken had been dipped in beige porridge and exposed to a sunbed for thirty seconds. The chips were wet and barely cooked. In your defence, the cans of Pepsi and 7up appeared to be in date and entirely consumable. But they were the only things that were. Seriously, I don't know what the hell that was supposed to be, but a satisfying meal it wasn't. Well done, you seem to have gone out of your way to lower my expectations and have achieved a previously unknown level of awfulness. Respect at least for that.

2 hours delivery!!cold when came..stuff missing off order..rectified with a free garlic bread with cheese..we should of had that anyway after spending over £20....complete waste of time and utter rubbishn service...never eating here again
