The staff were lovely and the breakfasts and evening meal were great. The hotel has seen better days, but we had a large room with a great view, and the gardens were impressive and well kept.

Very nice coffee near a lovely terrace over looking the sea. Shame it's being redeveloped into a Homeless Families Hostel

An absolutely lovely hotel! Staff were kind, helpful, friendly and professional. All facilities were clean. Breakfast was great, plenty to choose from. I thought I'd booked a budget room but was put in an apartment with view from my balcony over the croquet lawn, gardens and the sea. I had a couple of swims in the gorgeous outdoor pool, but unfortunately I didn't get to find or try out all the other facilities. Will definitely be returning.

Well mine and my partners experience at the Devon Court Resort has been nothing shy of perfect, staff so polite and friendly, couldn’t have asked anyone better. When we first arrived we were greeted by Jamie and Emily at reception who out of nowhere upon arrival upgraded our room massively. Jamie whenever we saw him was helpful and checking if there was anything he could help with but wasn’t always in your face. With how perfect our two days were going we were in a state of shock in a good way, and poor Emily had to keep dealing with us coming to reception and asking questions, it’s fantastic how we can still use all facilities up until 8pm on the day of check out, we went down for breakfast and was greeted by the lovely Angela, who made our breakfast experience excellent and welcome, breakfast portions were spot on and so was the food, with food sourced from all over the globe, excellent work from the kitchen team. And then there was Maya, who bless her heart, kept our bags in reception all day as we ventured back to town before we departed home, also kept two bags of winkles in the fridge/freezer as we were stupid enough to buy them early in the day, will definitely be coming back, pricing is so reasonable for all you get! Easy 5* experience

Awesome hotel at a great price. I had a nice suite over looking the beach and sea. Gym, tennis courts, heated outdoor and indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, snooker room, mini golf. Loved it.

Absolutely amazing. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Catered brilliantly for my mobility issues, to the point that they changed our allocated room for an upgraded one so that I had no steps to tackle, without being asked to. Service from staff was fantastic, price was brilliant, hotel lovely. Fascilities brilliant. Amazing attention to detail. I would highly recommend

Fantastic views out to the Exe estuary. I was here for a post-funeral purvey, very pleasant atmosphere, which enhanced the celebration of the life of our dearly departed friend.

Sadly I was at the Devoncourt for a dear friend's wake, however, the food was excellent and atmosphere and views are stunning. Great location to stay in. I live 5 miles away but have been to the Xmas light switch on.

A great extended country pub with accommodation. The room I had although clean was too small for 2 people and a dog. It was also above the entrance and had no double glazing. All rooms are dog friendly according to sign outside. I did see larger rooms and one with a 4 poster bed. Maybe it was the only room left. Staff were very friendly and lots of customers as the only pub in the locality. Tended to go quiet around 10pm. Breakfast was continental. Cooked breakfast was very expensive at £10.50 pp extra. Food was good, though service was a little slow. The car park though busy, I always found a space. The summer may be different. Very little parking on street. Lots of lovely walks nearby and Otterton Mill 2 minutes walk down road. A relaxing break before the bank holiday crowds.

Another relaxed meal at this branch of Rockfish. We were a group of 9 and our group did not arrive altogether, but this was not a problem for the server of kitchen. There was also an issue with one of our dishes, but this was rectified immediately and without any quibble. Nice and buzzy atmosphere, with amazing views.

What a lovely weekend we had celebrating the BIG birthday of one of our young friends! We were blessed with the weather which added to the beauty of the building. This is my favourite Pig so far - there are plenty of different places to congregate on comfy seats around the fire. The staff without exception were friendly welcoming and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable and the shower is to die for - the best ever for power and heat. Like every Pig it is expensive but very worth while for a luxury treat.
