Dessertz in Hammersmith and Fulham

El espacio no es hermoso, pero el gofre estaba fresca y enorme. También el helado era buena. Es una buena opción si quieres comer un paso barato gofres!

Pedí un waffle de nutella con fresas y una bola de frambuesa ripple mientras mi acompañante pidió un crepe de plátano y fresa con salsa de chocolate y una cucharada de frambuesa ripple. Todo llegó a un poco menos de £10. Algunas cosas me di cuenta enseguida: había un cartel que decía una sola cucharada de crema de hielo cuesta 1. 95 (ten en cuenta que parece que se obtuvo utilizando una cuchara de bebé), había un montón de frambuesa ripple izquierda, y había unos cinco personas detrás del mostrador, dos de los cuales eran de pie allí, aparentemente sin hacer nada. Se sentó a esperar nuestro pedido. El menú y la mesa era tan pegajoso y húmedo, utilizamos cuatro servilletas de limpieza que nosotros mismos. Había madera contrachapada contra la pared a mi derecha; supongo que estaba cubriendo algo. Espere al menos 20 minutos para nuestros pedidos a venir. Durante todo ese tiempo, casi todo el mundo en el lugar tenía su orden entregado (incluyendo personas que llevábamos andando después nos sentamos a la mesa) y no una de varias personas detrás de la barra, incluso parecía nuestro camino. En un punto, consideramos justo nuestro dinero y salir, que en retrospectiva es lo que deberíamos haber hecho. Por fin conseguimos captar la atención de uno de los camareros, decirle cuánto tiempo habíamos estado esperando y nos nuestro pedido de nuevo. Él volvió y dio a mi compañero de frío de fresa y plátano sodden crepes con salsa de chocolate y coronado con crema de vainilla mientras dandome una rara en seco, tibio waffle nutella, también coronado con crema de vainilla. Aparentemente, se les había acabado de frambuesa ripple (estaba tan harto, no te molestes, aunque dudo que este era verdad). Me hizo que yo comer por la sosa helado de vainilla (no me gusta dejar que la comida vaya a residuos, no importa cómo horrible) mientras mi compañero desistimos después de un par de bocados. Nos fuimos con una sensación engañado, irritada y un poco enfermizo. Nunca regresaré.

Visitamos al haber estado en Londres todo el día hasta tarde en la noche. El servicio era amable, rápido y servicial. Cogimos nuestros gofres para ir (que eran gigantes por cierto) y el helado envasados cobrarán por separado, así que no se deshacen. Muy buen precio también.

Hacen los mejores batidos de leche! Utilizan el helado sabor en vez de potenciadores para dar una profundidad mayor de sabor a la batidos. Gruesas y cremosa!!! También tienen una gran variedad de helados. Justo lo que vamos a casa después de un largo día de turismo.

After reading the reviews on here my husband and I stopped here Saturday evening. It was about 9 o'clock at night and I can only assume it was a bad time to go. My husband had create your own waffles and I had a couple of scoops of ice cream. Mine first, I had Ferrero and Pistashio, usually two of my favourites, they were ok but VERY small scoops. My husband's waffle was nice but nothing special and again toppings were very minimal. Service was good, the guy in there was very friendly, but all of the tables were dirty. Sadly for me I wouldn't be recommending this place based on my experience there. Maybe it was an off day but with Westfield and it's many chain food places a stones throw away it'd have to do better draw me back again.

It was the first time I had been in here and at first i was put off as the shop seemed abit unclean and needed decorating. I had a waffle with chocolate and strawberrys and shared half with a friend and that was nice and tasted fresh. I have not tasted anything else so cannot comment. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

Dessertz Ice Cream Parlour on Shepherds Bush Green, Has a crazy list of ice cream flavours never before seen... Try their waffles topped with srawberries and cream, It's Reem... It's extreme, It's way better than any hot dream! Why not have a pancake, Wash it down with a shake. It's an delicious treat, To share with someone sweet!

Hi guys. I was there this holidays. My friends took the crêpes and I took waffle. It was really good and tasteful meal. I was surprised that they put so many toppings for this money. I don't really remember know how much I spent but approximately 5 £. Moreover... prices for coffees are ridiculously low in comparison to rest of London. I would like to send my greetings to one barist named Nawaz. He added my girl additional ice cream scoop just because. If you read this mate wish you all the best from Poland!

We were in the hotel next door and dropped in a few times. Loved both the desserts and ice cream. Restaurant was a bit messy though.

Appalling service! Waited so long for order ended up having to order somewhere else! Then the delivery came the driver was so rude and didn't even apologise. Couldn't even get through to the place to ask about our order. Not happy

Food arrived on time and was packaged well. No spillage. All icecream was still frozen. With waffles still warm. Very tasty. And would definitely order again!

Waffle arrived hot and maintained the correct texture. Ice cream, Milkshake and everything else was extremely well packed. Best dessert I've had in ages! Arrived quickly too. Highly recommend this joint! Alot of cool options for you to customise your desserts just the way you fancy!

Love this place amazing great when you feel for something sweet

First time ordering from here we ordered at 10:20 and we got our order by 10:40 which was fantastic! The waffles were delicious although I wish they had a little bit more sauce on my waffle. The Ferraro Roche milk shake was great. The packaging was great. So glad they put the ice cream separate to the waffle. Would definitely order from here again. Thank you :)

These desserts are to die for, absolutely gorgeous, fast delivery and well packaged.

I wish to commend the staff of Dessertz, Shepherd’s Bush for their honesty. My husband forgot his wallet containing all his cards and some cash on their counter for over 2 hours. When we discovered his wallet was missing, we called the shop and were immediately told it had been found. Everything was intact when we picked up the wallet. I’m terribly impressed and my faith in humanity is being restored – there are still honest people in the world. By the way, the waffles were amazing!

Dessertz is easy to miss, especially with Westfields so near but it is definitely worth a visit. Me and my partner shared a waffle (they're massive!). it came with geltao, syrup, and several other toppings of our choosing so it was amazingly indulgent! We also tried the gelato in cones and highly recommend the vanilla and mint chocolate flavors!

I've ordered delivery from Dessertz a few times now. Overall they deliver a good experience in giving the customer a dessert bar experience at home. Their food is packaged carefully to ensure there are no problems when it gets to your door. The coffee had tape attached to numerous parts so leaks were minimal at most. Once they didn't give me straws and it was a bit of a cumbersome task getting the drinks in a drinkable format. Their food is well portioned and you get some great value for your money (at least in contrast to the other extremely overpriced places on just-eat). PSA: The waffles are big. Sometimes they are hot, but other times it's luke warm. Either way it tastes great. Only complaint is they are very frugal on toppings. Crepes are very expensive in my opinion. They are almost 5 quid and you don't really get much as they are very thin. However they lather it in sauce to make up for this. The smoothies are very sweet, and you can taste the fruits very well. They are large, thick and cold. Some are sweet like raspberry, others are mild like mango tango. Milkshakes are what you expect. Milk flavour along with your choice of biscuit flavour. They are large and strong and well worth the money. Coffee is so-so. I'm Australian so I'm spoiled for gourmet coffee and Dessertz deliver a good Cappuccino. However the Mocha is very syrupy and I would not recommend it. Haven't had the sundae as they are quite pricey, but their ice cream that comes with the crepe is extremely good. It's like McDonald's sundae ice cream but thicker. Haven't had the tea yet but honestly if you're ordering tea from here and not making it yourself you have a problem. I'll keep ordering from Dessertz when I'm feeling gluttonous are they provide great value. Highly recommended when you get the munchies ;)

I have wanted a dessert takeaway place for ages! Had this for first time last night and yummy! The pancakes were tasty, the ice cream milkshake was one of the best I have had! Customer service was good and delivery came in good time! Will be back to try more of the menu for sure!

Very very naughty but delicious!!! I had the Oreo sundae which was incredible! Certainly 1 of the nicer places I've been to. Could do with more seating inside. There was no where to sit except outside which was freezing!
