Dessertz in Hammersmith and Fulham

The space is not beautiful but the waffle was fresh and huge.. also the ice cream was good. It's a good choice if you want to eat a freash cheap waffle!

I ordered a Nutella waffle with strawberries and a scoop of raspberry ripple while my companion ordered a strawberry and banana crepe with chocolate sauce and a scoop of raspberry ripple. All of it came to a little under £10. A few things I noticed straight away: there was a sign that said a single ice cream scoop cost £1.95 (bear in mind they look like they are scooped using a baby spoon), there was plenty of raspberry ripple left, and there were about five people behind the counter, two of whom were just standing there, seemingly doing nothing. Sat down to wait for our order. The menu and table were so sticky and wet, we used up four napkins cleaning it up ourselves. There was plywood against the wall to my right; I'm guessing it was covering something up. Waited at least 20 minutes for our orders to come. Throughout that time, nearly everyone else in the place had their order delivered (including people who had walked in after we had sat down) and not one of the several people behind the counter even looked our way. At one point, we considered just getting our money back and leaving, which in hindsight is what we should have done. We finally managed to catch the attention of one of the servers, tell him how long we had been waiting and gave our order again. He came back and gave my companion some cold strawberry and banana crepes sodden with chocolate sauce and topped with vanilla ice cream while giving me an oddly dry, lukewarm Nutella waffle, also topped with vanilla ice cream. Apparently, they had run out of raspberry ripple (I was so fed up, I didn't bother to check, though I doubt this was true). I made myself eat around the bland vanilla ice cream (I don't like to let food go to waste, no matter how awful) while my companion gave up after a few bites. We left feeling cheated, irritated and a little sickly. Never going back.

We visited late at night having been out in London all day. Service was friendly, quick and helpful. We took our waffles to go (which were giant by the way) and they packaged the ice cream seprately so it didn't melt. Really good price too.

They make the best milk shakes! They use the flavoured ice cream instead of flavouring to give an increased depth of flavour to the shakes. Thick and creamy!!!Also they have a great choice of ice creams. Just the thing to have going home after a long day of sight seeing.

After reading the reviews on here my husband and I stopped here Saturday evening. It was about 9 o'clock at night and I can only assume it was a bad time to go. My husband had create your own waffles and I had a couple of scoops of ice cream. Mine first, I had Ferrero and Pistashio, usually two of my favourites, they were ok but VERY small scoops. My husband's waffle was nice but nothing special and again toppings were very minimal. Service was good, the guy in there was very friendly, but all of the tables were dirty. Sadly for me I wouldn't be recommending this place based on my experience there. Maybe it was an off day but with Westfield and it's many chain food places a stones throw away it'd have to do better draw me back again.

Waffles are amazing and so is the ice cream, so many flavours you don't know which to try! Definitely going back again

It was the first time I had been in here and at first i was put off as the shop seemed abit unclean and needed decorating. I had a waffle with chocolate and strawberrys and shared half with a friend and that was nice and tasted fresh. I have not tasted anything else so cannot comment. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

Hi guys. I was there this holidays. My friends took the crêpes and I took waffle. It was really good and tasteful meal. I was surprised that they put so many toppings for this money. I don't really remember know how much I spent but approximately 5 £. Moreover... prices for coffees are ridiculously low in comparison to rest of London. I would like to send my greetings to one barist named Nawaz. He added my girl additional ice cream scoop just because. If you read this mate wish you all the best from Poland!

We were in the hotel next door and dropped in a few times. Loved both the desserts and ice cream. Restaurant was a bit messy though.

very happy with the customer service, order was a few minutes late but we were called and were given a free scoop of ice cream and the staff was very helpful and considerate. The waffles and milkshakes were the best i have had so far.....

Appalling service! Waited so long for order ended up having to order somewhere else! Then the delivery came the driver was so rude and didn't even apologise. Couldn't even get through to the place to ask about our order. Not happy

Waffle arrived hot and maintained the correct texture. Ice cream, Milkshake and everything else was extremely well packed. Best dessert I've had in ages! Arrived quickly too. Highly recommend this joint! Alot of cool options for you to customise your desserts just the way you fancy!

Love this place amazing great when you feel for something sweet

First time ordering from here we ordered at 10:20 and we got our order by 10:40 which was fantastic! The waffles were delicious although I wish they had a little bit more sauce on my waffle. The Ferraro Roche milk shake was great. The packaging was great. So glad they put the ice cream separate to the waffle. Would definitely order from here again. Thank you :)

I wish to commend the staff of Dessertz, Shepherd’s Bush for their honesty. My husband forgot his wallet containing all his cards and some cash on their counter for over 2 hours. When we discovered his wallet was missing, we called the shop and were immediately told it had been found. Everything was intact when we picked up the wallet. I’m terribly impressed and my faith in humanity is being restored – there are still honest people in the world. By the way, the waffles were amazing!

Dessertz is easy to miss, especially with Westfields so near but it is definitely worth a visit. Me and my partner shared a waffle (they're massive!). it came with geltao, syrup, and several other toppings of our choosing so it was amazingly indulgent! We also tried the gelato in cones and highly recommend the vanilla and mint chocolate flavors!

I've ordered delivery from Dessertz a few times now. Overall they deliver a good experience in giving the customer a dessert bar experience at home. Their food is packaged carefully to ensure there are no problems when it gets to your door. The coffee had tape attached to numerous parts so leaks were minimal at most. Once they didn't give me straws and it was a bit of a cumbersome task getting the drinks in a drinkable format. Their food is well portioned and you get some great value for your money (at least in contrast to the other extremely overpriced places on just-eat). PSA: The waffles are big. Sometimes they are hot, but other times it's luke warm. Either way it tastes great. Only complaint is they are very frugal on toppings. Crepes are very expensive in my opinion. They are almost 5 quid and you don't really get much as they are very thin. However they lather it in sauce to make up for this. The smoothies are very sweet, and you can taste the fruits very well. They are large, thick and cold. Some are sweet like raspberry, others are mild like mango tango. Milkshakes are what you expect. Milk flavour along with your choice of biscuit flavour. They are large and strong and well worth the money. Coffee is so-so. I'm Australian so I'm spoiled for gourmet coffee and Dessertz deliver a good Cappuccino. However the Mocha is very syrupy and I would not recommend it. Haven't had the sundae as they are quite pricey, but their ice cream that comes with the crepe is extremely good. It's like McDonald's sundae ice cream but thicker. Haven't had the tea yet but honestly if you're ordering tea from here and not making it yourself you have a problem. I'll keep ordering from Dessertz when I'm feeling gluttonous are they provide great value. Highly recommended when you get the munchies ;)

I have wanted a dessert takeaway place for ages! Had this for first time last night and yummy! The pancakes were tasty, the ice cream milkshake was one of the best I have had! Customer service was good and delivery came in good time! Will be back to try more of the menu for sure!
