Got a free sample at the freshers fair; the taste of the waffle was not very pleasant. Also they’re semi-buying Google reviews with free samples and (technically not but essentially) encouraging people to leave a review before trying the waffles. View all reviews left today with skepticism

I recently visited Creams and tried their delicious desserts along with the Chicken Fiesta, which was surprisingly tasty! The desserts, especially the waffles and ice creams, were rich and full of flavor. The Chicken Fiesta was well-seasoned and a great savory addition to the meal. Hussnain, our server, was exceptional—polite, attentive, and ensured we had a great experience. His outstanding service really enhanced our visit. Definitely recommend for anyone craving both savory and sweet treats!

It was my daughters 3rd birthday and the staff brought her a little sundae with a candle and sang happy birthday to her, a very sweet touch

Waitress was extremely attentive and smiley. nothing was too much of an ask. we were greeted as soon as we entered, shown to a booth straight away. Waitress named Grace-Maria - couldn’t fault the service. Thankyou. Food was great but service made the overall experience.

Amazing Flavours and good service

The people are really attentive and the food was delicious! (I recommend the Flat White + Lotus Donut)

Took the kids in for a treat. Kids loved there choices, fudge cake - “enjoyed very spongy” chocolate cookie dough and ice cream - “nice but too sweet for me” I ordered vegan versions - cookie dough with banana and biscoff sauce was good had a side of raspberry sorbet. Helpful staff but I was disappointed in the lack of vegan ice cream choices, it’s just sorbets to choose from.

My chocolate dough and everything we ordered was just perfect and so was the service. One of the best places where I enjoy having my waffle. I highly recommend it.

We turned up late for a collection and the staff were extremely friendly and thoughtful. They offered to re-heat our food and looked after us very well! I would definitely recommend!

Great ice cream and even better service

Wanted to try a creams location for ages and finally did; definitely the best decision I've ever made. I feel sick and bloated but it was absolutely delicious. I got the creams-a-tella cookie dough with ice cream and it was honestly the best cookie dough I've ever tried. 5 stars isn't enough. 10 would be better.

A great place to have delicious treats. The lady serving us was very friendly and delightful. What a pleasure to support this place. I will definately bring my family here again. There are ten pin bowling one floor down and several places to eat around here. Perfect to spend the day with friends and family. But I must say it again, excellent service and great food.

It was our anniversary today, Khan and Shaz made it a rock scene for us 🤘🥰. The service was spot on, ambience of the restaurant was out of this world; the red velvet cake was awesome, and the Super Special Sundaes (Hot 'n' Cold Chocolate Fudge Cake Volcano) was a delight on our taste buds. I'll always visit whenever I'm around town.

What a great place with delicious treats! Friendly, professional staff. We had wonderful served strawberry waffle, ice cream and frappe (that was absolutely great taste). Portions are really nice with a very good quality. Excellent, welcoming customer service is the icing on the cake:)! Highly recommended.

Grace and Praveena are absolutely fantastic hosts. They welcomed me with lovely smiles and served me really nicely. When I’ve needed help they’ve always accommodated me really well. I come to Creams often as there is always a warm atmosphere here and it is a great place to meet with friends, share a sweet snack and chat until it’s late opening time! It’s the best motive after a night out, or a good place to catch up that doesn’t break the bank. A great Cambridge spot!

We have been here twice this week, once as a recce for my daughter’s birthday, and then on her birthday after clip’n’climb. The first thing to say is that the service is excellent, and I am very critical of service! The ice cream is really good, as are the waffles. I think they could offer a better quality tea than tetley for £2.25 a cup. We had one person who’s coeliac, one with cows milk protein allergy and one who is both gluten and milk intolerant. There are plenty of dairy free options but the only thing on the menu (including ice creams and sorbets) that could be guaranteed as being completely gluten free was the vegan cookie dough with vegan chocolate sauce. It is a great place for a tween or teen birthday treat.

Creams is a must-visit for anyone with a sweet tooth. I tried their Berry slice , it was a perfect balance of flavour and presentation. But what really stood out was the exceptional service. Everyone was attentive, and made the experience even more enjoyable with their warm personality. Mr.Dev and Praveena was friendly and very kind! Highly recommended!!
