The food was good, the staff is nice and lots of menu options. I am usually quite picky about my food but here its good. Also soze portions are good

Big fan. The potions are big and everything is lovely. Sundaes are great and my friend is OBSSESSED with the cookie dough. Will not shut up about it. I bring them here just to shut them up for 5 minutes. Also the guy working gave up student discount cards. Big fan

Terrible, ordered a waffle and arrived so cold. Told one of the servers and they ask me “ what do you want me to do about it? “ I just got up and left. Find it strange too I had to pay before receiving my order later found out this doesn’t happen ? Won’t be returning extremely rude staff needs training more.

Shocking service waited 20 minutes to order they took payment at the table then took a 40 mins for one of the two orders to come out then when we had to leave when the second came to get to the cinema on time they only brought half portion

Terrible experience...Took ages for the food to arrive, we waited about 45 minutes. My tiramisu hot pocket was really dry and didn't have any of the coffee custard inside, we had to ask for my partners because they had forgotten his order. I mentioned that there was no custard in mine and instead of getting me a fresh one they brought back the already cold one with a bit poured on. If it wasn't for who I assume was the owner who offered to do that, one of the waiters was pretty much disputing that it was dry even though you could see it was. Very chavvy clientele in there too. The marketing definitely makes this place look better than it is. Would avoid, if you want a nice experience go elsewhere!

The ice cookie dough and the ice creams were the best. It was a really good portion for not an expensive price. The 3 guys on shift were very welcoming and the service was amazing.

I recently visited Creams and tried their delicious desserts along with the Chicken Fiesta, which was surprisingly tasty! The desserts, especially the waffles and ice creams, were rich and full of flavor. The Chicken Fiesta was well-seasoned and a great savory addition to the meal. Hussnain, our server, was exceptional—polite, attentive, and ensured we had a great experience. His outstanding service really enhanced our visit. Definitely recommend for anyone craving both savory and sweet treats!

Took the kids in for a treat. Kids loved there choices, fudge cake - “enjoyed very spongy” chocolate cookie dough and ice cream - “nice but too sweet for me” I ordered vegan versions - cookie dough with banana and biscoff sauce was good had a side of raspberry sorbet. Helpful staff but I was disappointed in the lack of vegan ice cream choices, it’s just sorbets to choose from.

My chocolate dough and everything we ordered was just perfect and so was the service. One of the best places where I enjoy having my waffle. I highly recommend it.

There are ten pin bowling one floor down and several places to eat around here. Perfect to spend the day with friends and family. But I must say it again, excellent service and great food.

Wanted to try a creams location for ages and finally did; definitely the best decision I've ever made. I feel sick and bloated but it was absolutely delicious. I got the creams-a-tella cookie dough with ice cream and it was honestly the best cookie dough I've ever tried. 5 stars isn't enough. 10 would be better.
