It's an amazing place for those who loves dessert on daily basis.....full of taste nd quality as well.... Impressive presentation....!!

2 hrs 30 mins for delivery terrible

Avoid at all costs, my delivery came 40 mins late (which is fine things happens) only to receive my waffle severely undercooked and flung in a box to small for it, immediately upon opening it it stunk of sour dough and when I looked it was soggy and undercooked, waste of time and money won’t be back and I would highly advise everyone else who wants a decent desert to avoid. (Have pics of proof of the undercooked parts too where dough basically uncooked) if it’s too close to closing time just reject my order or else cook it properly.

This place is not good. I’ve tried phoning them over 200 times as I ordered a red velvet cake from this place and it came rock solid to the point I couldn’t get a fork or nothing through it. I’m very disappointed with this and the fact I’ve phone over 200 times with no response

Order really regularly but just got 2 large sundaes and nothing in them....somethings changed...won't order again

Terrible service! Took 2 hours to arrive then discovered there was no Kinder Bueno sauce in it at all. Never again, complete waste of money.

Rubbish, Took over 2 hours to arrive, kinder beuno dessert was effectively just chocolate and vanilla ice cream, and chocolate sauce, no bueno sauce or bueno bar through it, order from elsewhere!

haven’t received my order… surely can’t be that hard to answer a phone? ordered over 2 hours ago and i’ve been ignored. absolutely disgraceful avoid if you can.

terrible service bad attitude. if you go in for a collection. and if you want delivery be waiting an hour and 45 mins still nothing and when phoned to ask how long he said he will be there shortly and when i said that i have been waiting that long. he says to me order from elsewhere if you can't wait that long. strongly advise not to order from this place as they will not even refund if they take long. wish can give a 0 start or even worse.

They provide absolutely fantastic service and the food always so tasty. Icecreams nd milkshake it's just awesome. Always be on time. Welcoming customers with a good manner.

Ferro Rocher Waffle was amazing quick delivery friendly staff

Farce of a place, Order was placed at 20.40 original eta was 21.50, we called shop 22.20 and was told 22.50, the status of eta changed to 22.40. We then called at 23.10 and shop said it was on the way. 23.50 shop called to say driver was at my door when he clearly wasn't. I told him just to cancel, whilst on phone the status of the order changed to delivered. Driver arrives at my door at 00.01. Totally unacceptable.
