Dessert Haven Long Eaton in Erewash

Regarding the quality of the dessert, it was in fact a better quality than any other dessert I have tried. I shall definitely be ordering from here again, well worth the price and delivery was on time. 10/10 👌🏼

crepe was a thick dry pancake, and the kinder cheesecake had no kinder on and wet base. and the can of Rio was infact a orange tango. not worth the money.

Food was cold the chocolate sauce was not Nutella it tasted like cheap chocolate. Strawberry milkshake does not taste like it has fresh strawberries in it

cookie dough was very burnt, couldn’t eat most of it :( waffle was nice

the box has less content than before. white chocolate sauce tasted off. not worth the money at all

One dish wasn’t available and substituted. No mention of it. No call to apologise. My wife’s Birthday treat, spoilt.

Vile pancake broke my tooth everything was hard and inedible

App glitched ordered to the wrong address we didn’t realise until 3 missed calls and 45 minutes later as I was busy driving home from work. Once I got home I called back straight away and nobody answered after 4 calls I gave up. Is there a possibility to be reimbursed or have this order on a different date? As we never received our order which had put a huge downer on the night for us both

Arrived early. Great portions, wasn't expecting the sundaes to be as big as they were. Quality

Almost 50 minutes later than stated delivery time, then found three hairs in waffle and a dark hair in the ice cream :( gutted, as the rest was lovely however won't be ordering again

Very nice desserts definitely worth the price

First time ordering from this place, worst experience I’ve had part of the order was wrong, most the milkshakes was in the bag and not the cup, not saying it’s their fault for the milkshakes. Icecream had no flavour, waffles were stale and the cookie dough was like a microwaved store bought one. I give 2 stars because the food/dessert wasn’t good enough again it could’ve been the driver that made the mistake with the milkshake by driving too fast or turning too sharp.

Amazing food but dint have bananas as stated but lovely other wise

Crepe was rubbery, bananas were missing and I paid for whipped cream that was never delivered. Quite disappointed as used this place a few times and has always been good in the past, the service seems to have slipped recently which is a shame.

Forgot one person's dessert out of our order so can't comment if the Churros are any good. Pancake was OK but was American Pancakes not English ones. Plus the order took 2.5 hours so we had manky disclosured banana on it when it arrived. Gelato in the Creme Egg was a bit tasteless. Their Jam Roly Poly is not Jam Roly Poly at all...it's just jam swiss roll, which is a totally different dessert. Roly poly is made with suet not sponge. Expensive waste of money.

Food was shocking, we ordered 2 Nutella crapes which should have Nutella, nuts and fruit on it and our came with chocolate on it, both of them and the crape was rubbery, won’t be ordering from there again!

When your paying 17 quid for 2 sundaes and 2 cans you expect the chocolate sundaes to have buttons in as advertised. Also the ice-cream is very watered down its not great at all. Half melted when it got here, if you used better ice cream it would hold. If you want a watery bland tasting sundae made with the cheapest ice cream they can get hold of and be ripped off for it then go ahead. If not there is some other places to grab one from which this place should take note from. Not great at all.

Great desserts and customer service!

Really disappointing, just a waste of money. Ice cream had an unpleasant weird texture and the cookie dough was like microwaved shop bought cookies, as well as being sent with the wrong toppings.

Can't get the oder right I asked for cheese to be taken of one item on this order but you ended up taking all the cheese off every think witch then made my food bland and tastelist, Definitely not worth the price there asking for, I all so had the honey glazed halloumi frys witch was cold and chewing on a old tire and had no flavour apart from brunt rubber

Staff are rude and obnoxious on the phone and lie to you about your order and where is it

my order was cold and i ordered extras and they wasn’t there and i also ordered a crepe and it came without the right toppings and refused to bring a new one and said that is what the toppings are however the website says there was the right ones on. we rang the people and they said the menu was wrong online and is different in the shop however we are unable to go in. this is was from the long eaton dessert heaven.

Was told order would be 20 minutes , came an hour later . Order was wrong and my little boy was really upset as they had forgotten his waffle . Then when complained they tried to say it was our ordering that was wrong . It was not as ordered correctly online .

Service is awful. Unprofessional and the staff LIE to their customers about delivery details. Never update deliveroo, and I would NEVER recommend to anyone. The manager is the worst of it. Rude and dishonest.

Open until 2am and is literally to die for desserts. More variety like pancakes brownies crepes would be great but the Ferrero rocher sundae cookie and cheesecake are immense. The kinder beuno is lovely honestly can't wait to make my way through the menu

First time ordering of many more to come. Ferror rocher are my favourite and i had to try one of everything. Let me tell you the cookie ice cream and cheesecake are to die for

We took my daughter and eight of her friends for a birthday treat. They all loved it, great food, great service and very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend and will definitely go back.
