Massive wait, poor service, food average

Missed several items from my delivery that was prepaid, called in about this, every time someone different picked up and put the phone down each time.

Highly recommend, fresh food and the best curries 👌

Firstly, I ordered online as there was a 10% discount on any online order over £15. My bill was £23 and the discount was not added. Secondly, it stated my food would arrive in an hour, it took an hour and half to arrive. We ordered a Exotic Balti, with Chicken and Prawns, it came with beef, which my daughter doesn't eat, only had 1 prawn in it, which had elastic string wrapped round it. The food was cold, the chips were soggy, I will not be ordering from her again. The delivery driver was very polite and nice to speak to though.

Ordered a curry , rice , chips , garlic nann & popadoms all was very delicious and good quick delivery, definitely be ordering again

Unfortunately the chicken tikka kebab was very gristly meat . Won’t be ordering again

The food is usually good except the fries which are cold and soggy. Tonight they got almost all of our order wrong. Two kebabs both with the wrong naan, wrong salad and wrong meats. Also fairly cold. Disappointing

I ordered a garlic bread with cheese and a cheese and tomato pizza and they gave me food poisoning never ordering from here again

Ordered from here for the first time tonight! It was amazing. My partner said the only let down were their fries (he had cheesy fries), the rest however was amazing! I had a Chicken Tikka Makhani, which I have only had from one other place, and this one was just as good! My partner had a kebab and said it was one of the best he'd ever had! Also their Peshwari Naan's are to die for! Will definitely be ordering from here again!

I've just ordered a chicken and lamb kebab from here and it is one of the best kebabs I have ever had absolutely gorgeous 10 out of 10 I would 100% recommend this place.

Orderd for delivery chicken tikka and donna shashlik came with two pieces of chicken tikka and a strip of donna meat, gone down hill unfortunately this place owner needs to sort it, use to go here for years

One of the best if not the greatest kebab we've had, deliver quick and overall great value

I bought two kebabs, one chicken tikka & one lamb tikka on nan with salad. The lamb tikka only had four pieces of meat in it while there was around 10 pieces of chicken in the other. A bit of a rip off if they are cutting back on lamb as it costs more than chicken while charging £7 for both. There was alot of watery juice from the sauce that dripped out which i haven't had with others. A service fee of £1.40 is automatically applied along with £2 for delivery. They use their own courier even if you order thru Deliveroo or Just Eat apps. The delivery took 45 minutes from the point of order at 7pm despite living only a mile away. Id give them an average mark overall but its certainly not the best & will likely order from elsewhere given the total cost of £17.40 just for two kebabs.

I've been going here for years and think the staff are great. I do struggle to get the right order though for deliveries and one was an hour and a half late. I'll only use when I can go in and order the food directly and wait

Food ordered .. delivered one item burnt one not cooked and dripping in grease. Phoned to advised. Resent order. One long hair actually cooked in pizza.

Went here because every where I normally go was shut so these close late . I enjoyed it all food cooked fresh so a little wait but food was good reasonably priced and friendly staff would go back

I'm so sorry to rate two stars. I love this take away and I've been going here for years, but lately the food has arrived cold. Don't know if they have changed their delivery driver or they are just mad busy but standards have slipped. The food quality has always been the best, just wish it was a bit hotter when it get to us.

First time i Ordered from here I got a special house kebab on naan, nothing special about it come on what could only be described as a tortilla wrap very thin soggy and far from a traditional naan bread. Told 60 minutes for delivery and waited 95 minutes just for a kebab. Paid 3 pound for delivery which was late, my food was stone cold and just covered in cold grease. My first and last time I order from here. Very disappointed.

Best kebab around, donner, chicken tikka, lamb tikka etc is always cooked to perfection, very generous portions (I've never managed to finish a full kebab) and fair price. Pizzas are also really nice!

Order from here regularly and it's not the first time the salad is off. Gone off completely. Smells bad. Sort it out Denton Kebab House. You need to keep tabs on these things

Order meal from here on Friday night I ordered a chicken pakora starter when it came it was a dried up piece of inedible chicken seems to have been double fried I also ordered the karahi when I tasted it tasted sweet and nothing like a karahi. When I rang them they said they could replace the order, I asked for a refund they said they would call me back but never did it was a total waste of £18

ordered a chicken tikka pitta salad waited an hour rang them to see where my order was they said it was on the way... They never turned up was thinking have they got my address right when I rang .I am new to the area so im not sure where is the best place to order a takeaway from. really bad service!!

Been ordering from there for nearly 20 years. The last four or five times we ordered, there was always something missing in our order. This time not even an apology when we phoned to tell them and the quality of the food has gone down as well. This is the last time I order from there. Pity, it was such a good place to order from.

I have never left a negative review in my life but dear me, I think that you can expect some sort of standard. I ordered 1x House Special Kebab On Naan and 1x Large Donner Kebab. Except the naan bread and salad, the rest of the food wasn't fresh, would be atleast day or two old and rotton. Taste and smell was really bad. Wastage of money, never recommending this to anybody.

Definitely gone down hill. Ordered a curry last week, was cold and didnt even get my order correct, but charged. Time before that again order wrong and food was cold. Used to be a lovely kebab house. But I'm sure its changed ownership.

Ordered a kebab, donner and chicken tikka, on pitta with salad no sauce. What I got was chicken donner with salad no sauce, the chicken was horrible lots of “hard” pieces. Both meals (mine and hubbies) arrived cold we had to warm in micro, not the 1st time order has been wrong! Maybe time for a new kebab house, just too busy to even take your order, it’s yeah yeah yeah then phone down, not good customer service at all!

Visited yesterday and as always the best and biggest kebab in the northwest, I travel from warrington 58 mile round journey for there food. Time you guys opened one in warrington you would make a killing, see you again in a few weeks.

Used to go alot with my mate back in the day. Ordered again today and asked for the Donna meat cooked a little crispy, and they did. Alot of takeouts I ask to do that they just ignore. Besides that it was fast and food was top notch.

Food took hour and 45.. Turns up melted to packaging but cold? The burger said Hawaiian.. two Patty's and a chunk not a slice a chunk of pineapple also no salad or sauce. Donner meat.. dog wouldnt look at. Fuming.

Normally good and quick delivery. Food tonight took over 90 minutes and was cold! Very disapointed and most ended up in the bin. I would order on Just Eat not the direct website so you can complain if needed.

Awful curry, I think they boiled the lamb for a week at least. Never eat here again.

Iv been a customer here for years as its always excellent food. That last time i ordered the food was cold so let them off. But just ordered again and they have forgot part of the order and again it was cold. I will not be ordwring from here again. Very disapointed.

The food is nice think the customer service could be a little bit better the main man at the counter I feel is a bit rude and unwelcoming great menu reasonably priced and is worth a try. The food service is fairly quick and you can order over the phone they also deliver.

I placed an order at 9.00pm and at 10.30 not received my order, i called them at 10.00 and my order was on its way it will be 5 minutes! 5 days later im still waiting for my food!

Ordered 2 kababs the guy on the phone was ok and helpful But took over an hour for delivery and they weren’t great my wife’s was cold and so had to order another so called back an the guy was very apologetic and sent another one out 40 mins later it turned up an the driver was extremely obnoxious and rude to my wife AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID

Not good tonight! Normally 5star but no shish kebab on the kebabs we ordered that should have been on, no sauce we ordered and normally when we ask for some whole chillies we get a little tray but not tonight. 75% of the kebabs gone in the bin and were a heavy tipper!!!! Just not nice!!!!

Kebabs burgers all good no complaints never had a bad meal from there yet.
