There was no salad on the Panini when it clearly states on the menu that salad would be added. Upon arrival no salad juat chicken only.

I ordered a baguette I got something else

Food was good, however the beef steak was too tangy I think accidently too much lemon juice went on. The fish burger was very plain. I requested no mayo on this burger but i didnt know you'll also not add a slice of cheese or some salad. The mixed steak was good thank you. expected delivery was 0945 - 1005( i think) but considering we don't live far from the the takeaway I think delivery took longer than it needed to have been .

Delivery drivers were extremely rude over the phone and refused to deliver the food because he could not find address

I am a regular customer at deli passion I buy jacket patatoes for my daughter mashallah she absolutely loves them always freshly made and very friendly customer service 5stars.

I am a regular customer here normally get jacket potato cheese and beans 3.50 everyone who works and serves gives it 3.50 went in got charged 4.20 even tho 3 fillings tuna cheese and beans has always costed me 4.20 brought it up with a guy who's worked their for time he decided to change his mind from charging 3.50 to 4.20 also specifically asked for no black pepper as it is strong for my niece the donut who made it decided to dump it with black pepper horrible service

I have never experienced this and I have ordered from deli passion for years. But, today they have truly disappointed me. Food was meant to be delivered 5.10pm the latest. When it didn’t arrive, i called the takeaway to only be fobbed off saying ‘it should be there any minute’. Asked the advisor to call driver and was told ‘no, food should be there any minute’ 5 mins past and that minute never came, then 10 mins and still no sign. Called again asking where the food is and he responds ‘let me call driver and call u back’ at which at that point I got a knock on door with the food. Food is mediocre, not hot but barely warm. Chips are soggy and my panini isnt crunchy. Does not taste fresh at all

Ordered close to closing time on Uber Eats. One item wasn't available so they changed for a chicken steak burger after phone call agreeing to this change. Very happy with the service and happy with the food given. Will definitely re order in the future. Thanks

Do not order from here, VERY low quality food. Chicken tandoori is like an extremely thin pulled chicken. Sauces splattered on without asking me, and i waited an hour for delivery even though the place is like 5mins drive from me. Delivery driver didn't apologise for the wait. Unprofessional these people don't know what they're doing in life. Never ordering from here again

I have always had nice food from here but iam so disappointed today ordered a cheese tomato n onion panini,so I get it home unwrap it and I got a slice of processed cheese (Not even covering panini just slapped on side of in ,more onion than anything else .will not eat it and will never use this shop again.i paid 5pounds to get a slice of plastic cheese just slapped on

DISGUSTING FOOD - DO NOT WAST YOUR MONEY! Ordered 4 items, one of which was a coconut sponge with custard…They ran out & no one bothered to call me to let me know, instead they substituted with a stale, tasteless corn flake tart! Both the panini & toastie rated old and stale - They went over board with the synthetic cheese! Honestly the worst food I have ever had 🤢

Driver was rude. We ordered food and aren't allowed to use our phones constantly at work but I tried chasing the order up and they said another 10 mins. It was longer than 10mins late. He apparently tried to call when he was outside but obviously we can't be on our phones all the time and when he came into the workplace he was rude about it. The milkshakes weren't blended properly and all I could taste was nuts, it wasn't a smooth Ferrero rocher milkshake. And the food was okay but with it being late it was a long wait and most of the staff were fed up.
