Delhi spice in Hinckley and Bosworth

Great meals eaten here, really lovely. Couldn't fault them, full of flavour. Would definitely recommend this restaurant for a curry.

Only just started ordering here but the food (Biriyani's specifically) have been so nice I'm having to make multiple orders a week! Delivery drivers (the gent and woman) arrive with piping hot food so quick and are so polite. Massive thank you to everyone at Delhi Spice and looking forward to my next one!

used multiple times in the paste with no issue. however waited an hour and 40 for food this time and it didn't arrive. Restaurant ignored request for an update through just eat. called twice and still couldn't get any idea on when food might arrive so have cancelled order. food has always been good previously but would now be very much out of from having to do this again.

Have ordered previously and thought the food was good. Ordered tonight and waited over an hour and 40 minutes with no update. Called the restaurant and they blamed traffic (there is absolutely no traffic) and still couldn't give us a time. Unfortunately would now be put off trying to order there again due to the poor service.

Food was great as usual. Only ordered through just eat because they gave me £10 voucher. back to ordering directly next week.

Absolutely gorgeous korma is so creamy and coconutty

We've tried a lot of takeaway curry establishments (too many if you ask me) within the South Leicestershire/Hinckley area(s) and this one tops the list. The food has lots of flavour and has been perfectly hot each time. Delivers too Stoney Stanton 😊

I had the butter chicken which I used to love, it used to be tomatoey and tasty. However it’s now too creamy and the chicken is chargrilled, which it never used to be. That charred flavour comes through too strongly and spoils it. A real shame, it used to be my favourite. Everything else we ordered was good though.

sensational! Since moving to Hinckley from Birmingham I've struggled to find an Indian as good as what I could get in Birmingham. but I've found it!!! Chicken Saag was out of this world!!!!

First time, and we had a dine in for 11 people. Food was great! My lamb Sagg was full of flavour with plenty of tender ( no fatty) Meat. All others really enjoyed also with good prices and good lager on tap well priced again. I will start using as my local takeaway ( used to use Rhians Barwell). But happy to use Delhi as closer and best Sagg for years.

A very good restaurant to visit. The staff are first class very polite and always checking that all is in order. The food is excellent, in taste and presentation and it is always hot when served. The menu is very varied and has something for everyone. Highly recommended.

Tried Delhi Spice around 6 weeks ago. My friend and I play snooker once a week in Earl Shilton and always grab something to take home as a weekly treat. Based on their reviews I recommended to him trying here and we were not disappointed! The lady at the desk was friendly, smiley and very attentive. The food was cooked quickly and perfectly. Portions were very generous compared to other local takeaways! I've recommended them to friends and family members who have also converted to Delhi Spice after having similar experiences. I'd highly suggest to going in yourself, ordering, and having a freshly pulled pint of cobra while you wait or sitting in within their restaurant! delivery is also an option. Highly recommend!

Always incredible! Front of house staff are awesome always cater for food intolerance positively, good value for money - while a takeaway is always a treat for us, it really doesn’t break the bank!

Really nice food, we just left it to the chef to do some Nepalese dishes and they were fantastic. Great service from the waitress. I think dining in here and asking for Nepalese food is the way forward to fully experience the quality and taste.

Didnt receive curry sauce and rice but was charged for it

For the amount of food we ordered complimentary poppadoms and dips wouldn’t have gone a miss as what other Indian takeaways do. Other than that, the food was very tasty and will be ordering again.

Chicken Tikka Masala sauce tasted like a pound of sugar had been added. Cucumber Raita tasted like the cucumber was off.

First time we ordered a takeaway last night after seeing reviews. We had ordered a few dishes being our first oder. Everything was delicious. Best place around will be our go to moving forward. The person behind the counter very welcoming.

We ordered a chicken tikka masala, the sauce was extremely minty. Chicken was nice just off put by the sauce, garlic nann was lovely, chips wasn’t the best.

Always receive the food piping hot, delicious and early; will continue to order from here in the future.

Not been here in a long time, what a fabulous place the staff were polite and not pushy like some other places are, the food was epic the fish starter was so tender, and my main spicy lamb, was one of the best curry’s I’ve had in long time, It was about as spicy as a madras is but full of flavours, Nan breads cooked perfect and so are the popperdoms not greasy and nice and thin/crispy, also the cocktails are very nice to, We will be visiting here again soon.🍻👍

We always come to this restaurant and never had a bad meal....Great food, excellent service, chloe is a great host and take the family is always fun...my family always enjoy it and recommend this place to anyone. Always good price and we're good friends with the owner.....and guess what- were going there tonight!!!

The food is always delivered early and piping hot, I'm a returning customer who's not had a bad experience yet and will order again.

Both meals were exceptional. Top marks. We keep trying other places since Delhi Spice stopped doing Cheeky Tuesday. However we keep coming back, every couple of weeks. I guess that speaks volumes.

Only ordered on line for delivery but its best i have ever had, great service from phoneing up to on table and prices are very good. Food yum yum yum.

Put the food out and we were enjoying our meal and I commented to my wife that the Lamb Bhuna was very similar in flavour to the Madras I have had several times and really enjoyed. When I had finished and was cleaning up I noticed the cardboard lid had Madras written on it. So it looks like I did get the wrong dish. I don't mind because it was yummy, but somebody else might have got the wrong dish? Lovely meal again and delivered by a very friendly smiley lady. We are becoming very regular.

First time we used this restaurant. It won’t be the last. Superb food which for some reason We didn’t expect. Meat was plentiful, lean and cooked to perfection. Sauces were spot on. Warm attitude of counter staff and delivery person. Wow! In Earl Shilton!

Food great as usual. We ordered two different dishes this week Lamb Rogan Josh was good. On the spicy side, which I like. Goan Fish Curry for the wife. Mild and coconutty. She said it was great and would have it again. So two thumbs up!

Where do I start! Delivery on time and guy was very polite no issues. I never leave a poor review so called to tell them that the sheek kebabs didn't look cooked, the keema in the naan wasn't cooked, the saag didn't look like saag. I was told the spinach is blended and it was the right dish and a sorry the lamb wasn't cooked. Then I got to the chicken jalfrezi, to be fair the sauce was good but the chicken not edible, dry , tough and the same with the apparent saag. Game over, the lot went in the bin!

I have probably just had the best Lamb Madras I have ever eaten. Everything arrived on time, hot and exactly as we ordered. The Lamb Madras had a good amount of the tenderest Lamb in it and the flavours were amazing. I know what I will be ordering next week.

Can't fault the amount of meat and quality in the food. Only criticism would be it could have been a bit warmer. Wouldn't stop me ordering again though. Overall really lovely.

Delivery was super fast! Nan and garlic nan were good. Food was delivered hot! Poppadoms and sauces were a nice surprise! The nihari for me did not taste authentic. Watered down in flavour, and the lamb was not tender, as it should be in nihari. A little disappointed, as nihari is one of my favorite dishes, and was really looking forward to this.

We treated our son to well done meal. The food was Great and freshly cooked. The head waitress was very tentative and professional.

Fast delivery and delicious food!

Food disgusting naan not cooked tasted like dough, just awful, the entire meal has gone in the bin. Called the restaurant within 5 mins of order being delivered to be told all staff gone home nothing they could do. Won’t be ordering again and wouldn’t be surprised if get unwell from the food as it was that bad. Don’t waste your money ordering from these.

Hadn't ordered or been in since it was Goa. Decided to enjoy an evening out and eat in the restaurant, which was very nice inside. Ordered lamb tikka masala and it was amazing! Best masala sauce for a long while. Ended up boxing it up and taking it home to finish! Can't wait to have this again. Definitely worth eating in or taking out. Best Indian restaurant and takeaway in the area

First time ordering from here, so took the plunge. Ordered a balti and butter chicken. All I can say is that both were fantastic curries, full of flavour, hot, fresh and plenty of chicken. Will definitely be ordering again!

Lovely friendly Friday walk in takeaway.. only got a tikka masala sauce (vegan - so without the cream) and chips but it's honestly one of the nicest masala sauces I have had and the chips are spot on 🤩 amazing portions, great value and friendly smiley service ☺️ highly recommended and we will be back!!
