Fuimos a Dejavooo para tomar una copa en nuestro camino a The Philharmonic Dining Rooms ya que estaba azotando con lluvia y tuvimos una agradable visita.Este lugar se ve genial, tiene un gran interior con una decoración y muebles magníficos que incluyen un bar de aspecto atractivo y un montón de opciones de asientos repartidas por todo el lugar, tanto dentro como fuera, con vistas a la concurrida y bulliciosa calle en la que se encuentra este bar.Estuvimos aquí un sábado por la tarde, recibimos una cálida bienvenida por parte de un miembro del personal muy agradable, nos tomamos una cerveza cada uno, que se sirvieron en las mejores condiciones, ya que estaban frías y relucientes, y nos relajamos y tomamos el estupendo bar en el que estábamos en.Este es un lugar realmente agradable, mientras que disfrutar de nuestras cervezas este lugar realmente comenzó a llenarse con un ambiente animado.Realmente disfrutamos de nuestras cervezas aquí y aunque solo nos quedamos por una cerveza antes de continuar como en cualquier otra visita hasta aquí, pasamos un tiempo muy agradable.Dejavooo es fácil de localizar en Myrtle Street.Un gran restaurante y bar, bien vale la pena echarle un vistazo si estás en la zona.

Definitely my favourite spot, great shisha, lots of flavours and the team are always on point. A great atmosphere,the lady (Naz)is so nice .She always check up on the customers to make sure they all are ok and she is very helpful, providing us with a great experience... I would definitely recommend it

No vale la pena en absoluto. En primer lugar, te hacen pagar por adelantado antes de que sirvan tu pedido. Entonces nos dimos cuenta por qué. . . La shisha y las bebidas eran basura. Shisha no tenía mucho sabor y el té de menta fresca no era fresco. Era solo una bolsita de té que contenía cafeína con unas cuantas hojas de menta. Imagino que te hacen pagar primero, así que es más difícil recuperar tu dinero y quejarte. No ordenó ninguna comida, así que no puedo comentar sobre eso. El lugar estaba frío también. Estaba usando la tetera de menta para mantenerme caliente, así que supongo que obtuve algo del valor de mi dinero. Yo no regresaría.

Por dónde empezar con esta reseña, recientemente ingresó con algunos amigos y el lugar estaba vacío que había en el buen sabores cachimbas la que yo pedí sabía a plástico.El bar estaba medio vacío con bebidas que faltaba, la comida no estaba preparada para el público hasta las 16:00, así que no podía pedir cualquier hamburguesas o pizzas, sólo comida china.Yo no recomendaría este lugar a cualquiera que tiene mucho potencial, pero como carece de la calidad de personal y stock es sólo una gran decepción.

New staff where rude and obnoxious food was awful paid for shisha asked to change coals and waited 25 minutes so ended up leaving absolutely terrible place won’t be going back used to be amazing

My friends and I always visit this Shisha bar in a party of three however last night my cousin came along with us as we were out to watch the Liverpool match. Only 2 of us wanted a Shisha as the others were going to have food and drink here. When we got to the desk the girl already disappointed us with the news that half of the flavours of shisha were unavailable tonight and when asked for a recommendation she noted that all her favourite flavours had gone!When we said only 2 of us wanted to use the shisha as the others were eating and drinking instead she pointed out a notice and said 'Shisha must be purchased per every 2 people' This notice has never been pointed out in the past, obviously just a money making scheme as it was busy due to the match being on. I asked if it was okay that only 2 of the party purchased 1 shisha as the others were eating and drinking still spending money, plus one of my friends is asthmatic and does not go on the shisha at all. We were shocked that they would not let us sit and have 1 shisha as 2 of us were only eating and drinking when there was still a lot of space available in that part of the building. We have been here so many times but never again will we visit this Shisha bar!!!!

The atmosphere is very pleasing. There is a wide range of food selection, so there’ something for everybody. I visited along with a few of my friends and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The shisha’s are of high quality and I will definitely be coming again as it is a staple.

Was recommended by a friend, so thought we would pay a visit! And boy was I pleased! Amazing service, friendly staff! The food was value for the money, Highly recommended and will definitely be returning!!!

This place is absolutely awful, the service is horrendous. Staff just chatting away, food taking ages to arrive and disgusting. It's such a shame as it has so much potential.

Was shocked at how big this place is. Great place and we did come twice in 2 nights.

We went there yesterday.no one come to talk our order ,we waited more than 15 minutes to get our order ,staff was not ok .bald old man was arrogant who showed in up him self ,i don’t want to say racist but he was ,he gave us bad place and let us changed our table with excuse reserved but it is not , it was quiet,really it is shame ,

I'd never been before and it was recommended by a friend. It was easy and welcoming. There was a lady on the reception I think her name was Naz, she was lovely and helped us decide which flavours to have in the shisha. Then she took us to our table where we could choose. She was really really sweet, an asset to your team.

The place it's amazing and the food great. My favourite food lambchops taste so great, good and amazing food. Chips as well taste so good. Great quality. The service it's great. The staff are nice. The waiters are nice, polite and beautiful Naz

I often go to de ja voo it is a lovely place to be at and a warm atmosphere. All staff have always been friendly with me and have always been attentive when needed. Before I first attended I did view reviews and they weren’t really good but I still went, however, the reviews do not match what you get at de ja voo atall. quality off shisha desert and food are up to standards and I do recommend this place to everyone. This place is now my regular with friends and every time I go with a new friend they also compliment how good the place is and we love it.

I don't usually place the effort to write a review but after seeing those horrible reviews I have to say that's a massive lie! I come to dejavoo on a regular basis with friends and family. The atmosphere is great to relax and enjoy your mouth watering desserts. There is a wide range to choose from such as ice cream , waffles or creations where you don't usually get that much of a choice in a shisha launge which I personally think is great with Fantastic cocktails, or moctails if your driving! The staff are always friendly and professional even though they are always under a lot of pressure.

The women Naz in gelato is so nice an is lovely person I would love to come back again soon an the shisha is very nice in here an the staff

The service was very slow, we ordered coffees and crepes which took 40 minutes to arrive, even though there were hardly any other customers there. When the food finally arrived it was cold and brought over by an unfriendly waitress. The drinks then arrived after we had finished our food. The building was very cold and the staff were not at all attentive. When we were ready to pay we could not find any of the staff for several minutes. Would not recommend this place

I very rarely go to the effort of writing reviews. However, on this occasion, I must make an exception. I have visited this place at least 5 times in the last 12 months, mostly due to the insistence of friends.

Came here with hubby to enjoy the shisha n deserts. It was COLD - actually freezing with little to no heating. Most heaters did not work ... !! The shisha was awful , we ordered irn bru which was incredibly low in quality and just charcoal in taste. Having asked for it to be corrected tike n time again we gave up and ordered another for £20 !! .. same issues with that one too.... quality of shisha and service .. BAD.

We went there Monday evening place were empty and the staff were standing aside speaking and eating no one asked us where to sit or if we want any thing. We ordered our meals which was not bad then we ordered one ice cream for my son then at the middle of no where the waitress came and asked us to pay the bill. We were shocked and I asked her why we are still eating and we are going to order more drinks ?? She did not give me an answer. Its a nice place shame to do such bad service.

I went to the shisha bar with friends and i was very dissappointed, the old chef has left and the new chef has issues cooking the food requested he got all the orders wrong and seemed to cook what he wanted and totally ignored our order. There is also a new male bar staff who was very arrogant and rude, i requested some cocktails and had to return them all as they did not taste nice and the male bar staff was very rude and seemed more offended i didnt like his effort of cocktails but thankfully there is a female bar staff who knows how to make cocktails that taste how they should. I later observed the male bar staff making cocktails in batches and later serving them to customers even thought they were not freshly made!! Totally disgusting who wants a drink that has been left on the side for god knows how long! They need to get rid of him as he brings the service down

Went for a quick bite to eat tonight, customer service is absolutely appalling, staff on counter got my order wrong, asked for chips got rice and chips, staff too busy talking amongst themselves, drinks brought over glasses had a straw each In one straw fell on the floor, staff member didn't pick it up or bring another just completely ignored it..when asked for ice cream girl too busy flicking her hair into ice cream, not very hygienic to be leaning over into ice cream flicking hair

The shisha was absolutely amazing, the staff were well mannered and provided amazing service, all the staff deserve a pay rise for their outstanding service! Food was amazing and the two staff that stood out the most with excellent service were maedeh and khalil (the short curly hair one).

Went on a business meeting late afternoon. Nice and elegant venue. The food was Value For £. Big portions and the drinks were good. But as we weren't smoking Shisha we has to absorb the smokey fragrances. Overall nice place to go👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿

We stumbled on this place totally by an accident on one off my mates birthday and decided to give it a go .When we walked in (a group off 6) we been nicely greeted by one off the staff and seated immediately (even with no booking made).We ordered several lovely cocktails which all came in reasonable time .Food was lovely and waitress was really kind by dealing with all our demands .After food we decided to try the shisha which was recommended by lady at the desk and it was really lovely.Cookie dough was amazing in this place and we even got a birthday decorations for our cake and birthday song to accompany it.We had amazing evening and definitely coming back soon!

We just came here a few days ago for Shisha and food and due to us walking a long distance I was very thirsty so asked for a diet coke after 15 minutes my drink came which was flat with a long black hair inside anyway, I sent it back and she did not even apologies for that and took her half an hour to bring another coke which was flat again.( even the whole place was empty about 9 pm ) I asked for manager she said manager is busy now.

The mains come before the starters. The starters didn't come out at all until I asked again. Non of the sauces came with the meals the were noted on the menu. It's was like kebab house food. But some times I enjoy a kebab house. I couldn't even cut through the meat with this meal. Desserts are nice. And a good shish. But if your expecting a drink, expect a good long wait. They ran out of red wine an it wasn't until I went the bar half an hour later to see we're it got to, that they said 'oh we've ran out' I thought what crap service. The music can be a repetitive to.

Went 2 days ago with my friends for some shisha. We ended up ordering some dessert. Which came after 30 min. We had to walk out of the shisha place and ask about it because no one payed attention to us when we tried to ask the waitress walking around. When we finally got our waffles one by one, which should've actually arrived all together, there were strawberries instead of bananas on top of mine. I told the waitress that had brought it out straight away and she took another good 10 minutes to fix the problem. In the meanwhile we saw the table infront of us complaining about waiting too long for their food, which meant that we weren't the only ones getting quite bad service. I don't like writing bad reviews at all but I think they should really do something about the service. The lady who took our orders at the beginning didn't seem very nice either as she looked like she wanted us gone asap. We wanted to pay at the end, but they kept coming back three times with the bill, eventhough we hadn't even recieved everything we had ordered. I personally liked the place itself and would go again if it wasn't for the service provided.

I went for Shisha this evening and the quality of the Shisha was so bad I felt like walking out, I've never had a problem until now, I was left with no coal, a Shisha head that looks like it's going to fall off. If you intent to go for Shisha I recommend travelling somewhere else. Waste of £30!

The best place to chill and smoke Shisha, the service is good, the people are amazing and the food is out of this world.

I went this place in May and had a nice meal some drinks and a shisha with some friends.

Came to this place for some milkshakes, despite us being the only people in the entire place it took over half an hour to make 2 milkshakes!!! The staff here are slow and I'm honestly so surprised at how some of them got hired. If you want a milkshake best to go to yogi opposite as it's not worth the wait, takes the P!!

Wouldn't come back in hurry slow service. Poor food quality had to wait for 25min for my dessert the whole place was empty

I went there with friends, the staff is very friendly and the place is nice. Unfortunately, the shishas are not very good and pretty tasteless, and the service is slow (very slow, we waited more than 20 minutes for 6 beers, knowing that the place was empty).

We visited this wonderful bar as we were on a real ale and craft beer bar tour of Liverpool city centre.

Upon entry for a best friend's 20th birthday, we ordered drinks which were delivered satisfactory. When we went to order the shisha pipe, my friend (who's birthday it was) was ridiculed for his age - the owner mocked him being 15 - which I, and the rest of my party found very disrespectful and offensive. Once we had entered the smoking area, we were given our shisha pipes which we gladly accepted. However, we were very disapointed that the TV had streamed the Germany Vs England game (No TV authentication was present - pub sign- ), which was interrupted every 30 seconds and was deemed unsatisfactory. Along with this, the music that was playing was due to free spotify - meaning there were adverts every song which ruined our experience of a tranquil atmosphere for our friends birthday. In all honestly they were muting the music every time there was a advert on spotify - which we found quite pathetic. Upon all of this, the owner rejected one of our meals for which it was out of stock, however still charged us for the full amount and did not inform us of this. Overall, for a first time shisha smoker (party of 12), we found this visit very disappointing and the customer service was unsatisfactory and we will not return again. We felt that as we spent the best part of £140 we would have a nice experience, but the staff which were present (21:00 - 23:30 - 22/03/17) were prohibiting our enjoyment of our visit. We hope this review can aid the improvement of this shisha bar.

Arrived after hearing good reviews and also looking at the menu online which offers both curries and grilled food. Initially told to order food and desert before even being seated, but told the waitress we want to review the menu first before we order.

Food was horrendous, came for a curry (as advertised on the menu) Turns out they no longer serve any 'indian' food.

This place has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The food was ok but they brought the wrong order twice. They tried to overcharge us ford the food and also tried to charge for drinks that we did order but they never brought to the table. Also have to mention the rude bar staff and their terrible cocktails. Never again.

After planning a week away in Liverpool for a small getaway we stumbled across dejavooo.

Went for a friends birthday, the food was lovely but the shisha was better. Although our food didn't come at the same time as everyone else's the night was still a success. We had our food inside the restaurant but also booked a table outside for shisha. The staff were lovely and very helpful and all in all it was a good night.

Been 3 times now.. First time was good but I wanted coca cola isn't of Pepsi I was told they only sold coca cola in the bar area not the shisha bit.. I didn't see why they could just bring me a coke from

From the word go the staff here were so happy to help. There was nothing too much trouble. We booked a table of 10 for a 21st birthday. We were made 4 different shisha and 3 chocolate fondue, a bottle of Prosecco and a birthday cake for a set price.

This review won't be mainly about food - unlike most of my reviews so far, as Dejavooo is just different. When we got invited to our friends birthday party and were told we are going for a shish we were expecting something along shish kebab. How wrong were we! Our reservation for 10 people turned out to be a table outside the restaurant in a little beer garden within glassed conservatory attached to the main restaurant building. The place was heated by a massive oriental looking gas burner and surprisingly well ventilated. Our table for 10 was a bit of a squeeze and we required additional chairs. Due to the nature of the set up- little booths it was not possible to squeeze any more than 8 people comfortably at the table, so the 10 of us felt very snuggly. The main attraction was a shish, which turned out to be an eastern water pipe, with very fragrant incense "tobacco" thingy. We had 4 of those amongst the 10 of us, which was plenty. The ventilation was dealing very well with the abundance of fumes. That is until electricity went out. Then it became very stuffy, very quickly. One member of our party had to go outside as they were feeling dizzy inside. We left soon after. the only food we consumed was chocolate fondue which was very nice. There was food available to order we just decided to go somewhere else. Drink wise the bar staff was very friendly and very experienced, offering us a wide selection of drinks. I would definitely come back again, perhaps as a smaller party though.

Visited here with my kids, food is amazing....Icestone Gelato desserts I just want to eat all time, such a lovely place and lovely staff. Will be back soon

Amazing place loved the sheesha section something different must have cost quite a bit. I orderd the lamb chops they were delicious, my wife also enjoyed her meal which was the egg burger quite a nice mixture of a gourmet burger . To finish it off their gelato bar hmmm absolute yummy different range of ice creams and desserts , chocolate chip cookie dough to finish off my evening . Will be back i highly recommend this place , frozen apple and rasberry see you sooon :)

My first time and i loved it. The food, sheesha and deserts are probably the best I've ever had for a long while. Staff are really friendly and the decors amazing. Will definitely be returning soon. Thumbs up, its been a recommendation to a few friends. Keep up the good atmosphere

Wow!! What an amazing place this is. Superb sheesha, excellent food and the service was absolutely spot on. The food was amazing, but do leave room for deserts. Had the most amazing Gelato experience from their extensive range of icecreams, served with waffles or cookie dough.

What a shambles. The outside and entrance look fantastic. The ice cream parlour looks amazing. .. then you sit down.

Me and my wife visited tonight for a few beers, and decided we would eat in Dejavoo, we travel all over the country obviously eating wherever but tonight's food chicken shashlik, mixed grill, was all round the best we have ever eaten in the uk FACT, and yes the place was busy, the staff liked stressed, but we came away knowing that last nights meal in Birmingham's Ladypool road was nothing compared ot tonight and for sure we will be eating here again, when I first went to DeJaVOOO I thought ice cream and beer wouldn't mix but after witnessing the que for gelato tonight it clearly does, and what a mix f customers !! As Arnie would say ILL BE BACK,

I went after a meal with the Mrs at a different restaurant and the waiter recommended this place for its deserts and shisha which we love! This place is really nice and BIG.Its great for big groups of friends to just hang out and chill. The different flavours of ice cream that they have is amazing. Normally shisha places are loud or place loud music but this place had a very chilled and friendly vibe to it! must visit if you're local with a group of friends. Next time i'm gonna take all my friends with me...

I was in Liverpool with my partner and visited Copacabana restaurant and was recommended by them to visit Dejavoo so we did exactly that straight after our meal.

I have been there a couple of times already and I feel I need to share the experience. I found it excellent for a lunch or a relaxing evening with friends. The burgers are really tasty and at a low price for students like me. I also had a mixed grill starter, which is a massive dish in itself. It was really tasty as well. The desert section is fabulous with ice cream, shakes and cakes.

A fantastic all round experience at DejaVooo. The place itself looks amazing, rustic urban feel with great ambience. Food was on point, had the cheeseburger which was cooked to perfection. The sheesha lounge is rite up there with the best I've been to in the UK and by far the best in Liverpool. 9.5/10

A group of us popped in for afternoon ice cream. Despite most of us only ordering ice cream scoops we were waiting for around 40 minutes before we all had our food. Everyone's ice cream came individually so they had generally finished before the next of us got theirs. We were the only people in that part of the restaurant and 2 staff for the ice cream section were visibly standing around doing nothing rather than preparing our desserts. Unsure how they would ever cope if they became semi busy. I wanted to like de javooo, the combination of gelateria,restaurant and rum/cocktail bar is a good idea, but they don't seem to have much of a clue how to run any of these, which is a real shame.

How does it ever take 35 minutes to put four scoops of ice cream in a bowl??? The place is empty! What the heck are the staff here doing? Also the post mix pepsi is vile.

Went here to meet up with friends already inside, only to be told we couldnt join them in the 'shisha area' without buying a shisha as its only 2 people per shisha. despite telling them we werent staying long it was to only have a few drinks they hassled us until we refused and said we were leaving, only then were we allowed to go to the ;shisha area' (a shed at the side of the pub which was a smoking area in the unuccessful previous bar that was housed here).

This restaurant has been open three weeks so we decided to try it, from the moment we walked through the door it went downhill. My husband ordered chicken wings for a starter and I ordered small lamb chops, mine was very nice but the chicken wings were undercooked showing blood. We told the waitress and she took them back to kitchen, came back out and told us the chef would cook new ones. There were two steak dishes on the menu so I ordered the dearer one only to be told they did not have the ingredients so I chose the cheaper one and I asked for it to be cooked medium rare with no salad. The main course came to us my husband had a Dejavoo burgher with chips and my steak came well done with salad on the plate. I then asked for the peppercorn sauce which was part of my meal and she went to ask the chef came back and said we don't have any, I pointed out that it was part of my meal and she informed us that they had only been open three weeks and were changing the menu. My husband was in the middle of his meal when the waitress came out with the chicken legs we told her to take them back as we did not want them. We ordered ice cream and they tried to fob us off with extra and told us it was free because of what happened which did not work. As we were leaving the manager who was aware of the ordeal we had just stood there and never apologised unbelievable. I kept expecting John Cleese and Manuel to come out of the kitchen. Well we won't be going back it was so disorganised we were shocked.
