Disappointing Experience - Missing Items and Poor Service I spent £75 on an order from Deeside Tandoori and Curry House LTD, and it was a complete letdown. Several items were missing, including 3 portions of rice, which are essential to the meal, and they sent just 1 single poppadom—seriously? To make matters worse, my lamb pasanda had only a few tiny pieces of lamb in it. When I called the restaurant to resolve the issue, they refused to take any responsibility and even had the audacity to ask me to pay again for the missing items. For the price I paid, I expected much better quality and customer service. Save your money and order elsewhere—this place clearly doesn’t value its customers.

Ordered onion bhaji, chicken tikka patia with coconut rice and a mixed kebab and pleased to say that everything tasted great. I requested extra mint sauce which they provided foc! My only negative thing is that the bhaji was undercooked but still tasty. Give this place a try, you won't be disappointed 👏😄

Wow! Ordered from Deeside tandoori last night and it was fantastic. I ordered and chicken tikka korai, which was full of chicken and flavour. My girlfriend ordered a dansak which was equally as good. Food come well before the time stated and was piping hot. Also had poppadoms with the chutney tray. Keema nann and mushroom pilau to share. Tried most Indian takeaways in the area and this is by far the best. Enjoy!

Wow!! Had a sheek kebab starter because I was in wetherspoon over the road. The best in the area by a country mile at the moment Deffo use again. Well done guys👍

It's ok! They were friendly enough. They were open on Sunday evening. They were relatively quick to cook a meal. I ordered a set meal for one. However, here's the bad bit: The poppadoms were soft. They gave me two instead of one - ok. The sauce was ok, not bursting with flavour, but it was ok. For the starter, I had three onion bhajis. The onion bhajis tasted nice but they were half-cooked. They were only cooked on the outside. They were not garnished but that's ok, some places don't. I had a salad, the salad was fairly generous and came with the lemon. It was all fresh. For my main, I had vegetable Bhuna, but sadly, it wasn't a Bhuna. It was a base sauce with what looked like a ladle full of frozen vegetables from a supermarket added in. There were some seeds also thrown in, and the chopped onion was fresh. There was half a potato, but no tomato. There was no broccoli or anything else you'd usually expect to see. There was no coriander or garnish. All in all, it was "ok", but it was underwhelming. The guys there were nice enough, but to the owners, please look at what your competitors are doing. In particular, look at Ambia. Good luck! 🙂

This was our first time ordering from here, and it did not dissapoint. We ordered the set meal for 2 and it was amazing value, the food itself was delicious, arrived hot and within the time stated. We will definitely be ordering again.

Gorgeous food! This place has a open kitchen that allows you to watch your food being prepared. We didn’t expect as haven’t seen it before in any Indian takeout. We ordered over the phone & got a call that it’s ready for collection in 30 minutes! Piping hot & full of fresh ingredients! Going back soon.

The first time I ordered from here I ordered a King Prawn Korma. This Korma gave me food poisoning. Either the prawns weren't stored properly or they weren't cooked properly bit the prawns tasted really fishy and I was ill all night after eating it. I thought I would give this place a second chance and order a different Korma instead. I went with a Lamb Korma and that gave me the same result. Also the Lamb Korma was quite spicy. It burnt the back of my throat. Do not order from here unless you want to be ill

The WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced, do not order takeaway from here. We ordered 2 Baltis, to find that upon delivery one of the paper bags had split open because one of the curry boxes was leaking out into the rest of the food. I immediately called the restaurant and the response was pathetic, I was asked if the food was still edible, an absolute insult. After I was eventually offered the option of a refund or a new dish I opted for a refund, to then be told that they could not process my refund and to log it through just eat instead and the phone was immediately put down. I understand that issues can happen with bags splitting but the appalling customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced

Ordered the plain medium curry (chicken), and it was delightful. Full of flavour which normally isn't the case for other local restaurants. The chicken tikka starter is also wonderful, my son loved it! They also followed the dietary instructions it seems.

Used this restaurant alot and last night will be the last time. Over 2.5 hours for delivery, just eat said between 7.40-8pm It arrived at 9.15. I called a few times and was told "the driver is 4 minutes away" which he clearly was not. Food was not hot when it did finally arrive and 2 tiny vegetable samosas was £4.50! I was then refused any form of refund and offered 20% off my next order, (which if I order through the website, it's 20% off anyway) Been here alot of times so I'm upset to be let down this way and not even offered my money back for waiting so long and being lied to. Shame.

Excellent food with great service.Not like other traditional Indian ,something different for everyone.we got 10% off when order by phone .Thank you Deeside tandoori.

Don't bother... this is the 2nd time we've ordered from here both times have been a long delivery. We called tonight at 5.30 & it wasn't delivered until 7.30! I appreciate its new years eve BUT we called early enough not to expect food 2hrs later. When it eventually did turn up, the food was cold & greasy... we phoned twice asking where it was & we were told it was 10 minutes away. Awful service & bad food. Complete waste of £40!

Ordered from here tonight and the food was absolutely delicious! So fresh and hot on arrival (which was earlier than expected) a lovely delivery driver too! Highly recommend:)

Very nice food and very quick service, staff called when food was ready and good location for picking it up as well. Only issue was the text payment service didn't include the collection discount but was easily solved.

Excellent food ,Great service on delivery.

The online menu had a Phall option, which is unusual! Absolutely superb! Lots of flavour and very hot, but a top Vindaloo hot rather than the ridiculous volcanic Phalls of the 80's. I cannot recommend it enough if you like flavour and heat. Not forgetting the onion Baji's which are also superb!
