Order didn't get delivered, even when it said it would get delivered

Missing items and quality of food was not good, loads of bone in curry chicken, sent rice and peas instead of hard food, just poor

2 hours for my food to be delivered and it was cold. Plantain was hard and steamed veg was a container of cabbage. Will never order again

If I order a large portion of Ox tale, I expect there to be a decent amount of meat and gravy rather than most of it filled with rice. Please consider this and you will have happier customers.

The restaurant did not answer the phone when l phoned to ask where my order was. On app it said they were on their way at least 30 mins before order arrived!

We're not used to eating Caribbean food but since we tried this place it's now a regular treat. Cooked with love, eaten with happiness 😍

Honestly was so annoyed tbh was waiting for my food and it went over the order time and I started calling the restaurant too ask about my food and where it was , the call was being cut off and not ringing and when I eventually did get my food that I was waiting for was all cold was just a joke too be honest

Delivery was between 6:40-7pm although I ordered at 5:39pm. 7:13pm and order still hasn’t arrived. Called restaurant 3 times before I got through to be told all Just Eat orders are on the way but they couldn’t say how long it would be although on the app it said enjoy your food. Tried contacting Just Eat also as bad as the restaurant. Very bad customer service from both. Will not be ordering from either Dees bakery or Just Eat. Doesn’t even let you cancel the order which is ridiculous.

hey my food was never arrived? ???

We did not recieve our food - i called the restaurant, a man picked up the phone firstly said they would be max 20mins (after waiting an hour) 20mins go by and they are now ignoring our phone calls. Says they have delivered our food but have not! Scamming people - do not buy food from here!!

Food hasn’t turned up called the shop multiple times to be told 10 minutes it’s been 2 hours!!!

Placed an order at 18:33 order didn’t arrive until 20:54 and a huge part of my order was missing. Tried calling the restaurant yet as they closed at 21:00 the phones were already on divert. The delivery driver gave the excuse of there being a new staff member for the missing items but that’s a poor excuse for BAD service!

There were too many bones in the meat. it was more bones than meat in both meals. Too much white rice with gravy, had to throw this away. coleslaw was every sweet and thrown away

I'm not happy. I ordered rice and peas but got plain rice instead. The fried dumpling is very nice but £1.20 for 1 is a bit too much. I remember not so long ago fried dumplings cost 50p or so. Generally the food is nice

I ordered a cake with the meal. there was a discount on the bill with the cake still on there. when the order came there was no cake. There was nothing on the order that stated that the cake was unavailable and the discount was due to this. Meal was lovely.

Dees has the best food honestly the food has never let me down till now its consistency of great food is 10/10 and the fact they have a bakery is a added bonus direct from the source I can't stress try the best in London.

I tried to call the resturant but no answered the phone they said that they have been really busy. Then they told me that they have ran out of most of my order and said i can have an alturnative dish which was curry chicken and they didnt have rice and peas just white rice then the lady did mention she had jellof rice so i took that instead. now i have wait more time because the driver is out on more deliverys so she could not give me a time on when my food will come.

I can't express how amazing the Stew Chicken was. It hard to get real tasty carribean food in Enfield but this is by far the best restaurant! I felt like I was back in JA! Highly recommend to anyone.

I ordered lamb soup I receive chicken soup. And my food was too spicy bare in mind I ordered fried chicken and rice and peas but too spicy for me. Delivery time was also long

Bit hotter than I expected but not too hot to spoil my enjoyment. Had the curry goat because there was no ackee. Other places tend to stretch the ackee with red and green peppers and charge you twice the value of one tin.

I been reading the reviews for this and have to disagree with any saying the food was it was banging. I’m actually impressed. Who ever said they need more seasoning has no tastebuds cause any more would be over seasoned this place got it on point. Real soul food

Awful customer service, Food delivery is late and when i called they want to tell me that some of the items i ordered are sold out! I ordered this 6 hours in advance! Absolute inconvenience, will not be using Just eat again.

Food didn't even arrive so I can't complain about quality of food, you just left a hungry pregnant lady waiting for 2 hours! Man on the phone seemed disinterested in which address I was calling from as I rang an hour after ordering to check if delivery will be delayed, no apology. I ordered at 7pm and by 8.35pm you didn't even answer the phone after three attempts! Disgusting customer service, in a way I feel blessed I never ate your food or paid you to be honest. Your located in an area which should give you plenty of opportunity to have regular customers but your reviews prove your low standards. You should be super ashamed of your customer care and negligence

Food was very dry. Curry goat consisted mainly bone and dry. Stew chicken was dry and no gravey. Fried chicken looked like it had been sitting there all day. Fried dumplings were to dry to eat and planten looked like rubber and tasted like it. Worst food. Never buy again.

Never ever in your life order from these people. I made my order at 17.57pm and the delivery time was for 7.05-7.25pm . My order arrived at 7.50pm I ordered 3 patties and 2 dumplings and a guiness punch and a sponge cake. They took my money and sent me only 1 Pattie and 2 festivals what I never ordered and a gusiness punch that was half empty because it through away over everything and was not edible. I feel so violated. I contacted the shop they are not answering there phone .

Order was accepted. When checking the status of order it says delivered I tried contacting the restaurant they are closed. They could have called or informed if the order was cancelled. Instead it has been marked as delivered. Not happy.

I ordered curry goat with rice and peas and 8 vegetable patties. The patties were delivered all stone cold and the curry goat with rice and peas should have been called rice and peas with a little bit of curry bone, no flesh in sight

Disappointed. Order was late called the store to have the phone put down on me. So had to ring again. She said my order was sent out, didn't ask for a order number or anything. I could of been anyone with any order. Upon receiving my order a guinness punch was missing. Which I let the guy know who delivered to me. Also clocked that I was given a veg patty which I didn't order. Fair play the guy dropped me back round a punch

I called the restaurant at to confirm my order at 17:31 the just eat app stated Estimated delivery 18:25-18:45. The food I ordered finally arrived at 20:20hrs. So therefore I told the driver it was no longer needed. No call to say why they took so long to deliver. I will no longer be ordering food from Dee’s neither will I recommend them to anyone.

I ordered a chicken soup and I didn’t get get any chicken. I got one bite of chicken and that was it. All packed with potato and just dumpling.

The order was early which was good but I was really disappointed with the food. The meal was filled with lots of little bones and the food didn't taste great. It smelled like it was about to go bad and food wasn't good quality so we couldn't really eat it.

The food arrived late. When the driver arrived , he expected me to walk over to the car park for him which I thought was a bit rude. The food was cold and the festival was oily and mushy. An improvement on the quality of service and mannerism would improve things further.

I came into the shop tonight get some food for the first time and the food was absolutely excellent I bought macaroni cheese and it tasted lovely I spent £25 in the shop and I’m very happy with the purchase me and my wife would definitely come back to the shop again The gentleman behind the counter was very polite and very friendly to all the food look fresh and it tastes excellent to I would highly recommend anybody is looking for Caribbean food to use this shop and the shop was very clean and tidy to and all the staff are very friendly very easy to park outside in the layby so if anyone is looking for some lovely Caribbean food I highly recommend that you buy from the shop as it taste absolutely beautiful thank you once again for a great service I’ll be back soon Kevin

I don’t usually write reviews but I was so disappointed with the food that I had to write something - no oxtail or hard food supplemented with stale fish and over stewed onions NOT a what I ordered festivals seemed like they were reheated as very tough. So so disappointed as I like to help local businesses , but will order from the original Yum yums ! On a positive note the coleslaw was good. The rest of the food is in the bin😫😩

Really nice professional and polite. One or two wrong items, they dropped off and comoensated the mistakes. So thankful. We'll order again for sure

Very bad experience meal order 17;38pm delivered at 19:48pm. Both meals was cold and one meal was wrong. We had to re-heat both meals and then it did not taste nice. I will never order takeaway again.

I kept ringing one minutes it’s on the way then an hour later I ring back I’m waiting for the driver. And to top it all half my order was miss they ran out well refund my money then. Never again food was average.
