Long wait, inexperienced staff, missing items, unavailable foods, lack of pride and care, food part hot and part cold, no pleasantries. Best I can say it was relatively cheap. 4th visit, there won't be a 5th, unless the rest of the world runs out of food, even then I'd hesitate.

We waited 40 mins to get served with only six people in front of us in the queue and waited another 30 mins before our food arrived I took one bite of my southern fried chicken , it was undercooked and such poor quality food the chips were also undercooked I took my meal back to counter and asked for a refund all that was said to me was did I pay cash or card and the money was shoved in my hand no apology or anything . The food in the cabinets cakes etc looked insipid and stale . There were lots of people complaining and getting wrong orders . I will never eat there again

We have been going here for years whilst shopping but afraid we won’t be going again . 11.30 and hardly anything on the menu , kids eat for £1 out of stock , jacket potatoes out of stock , bacon baps out of stock . Sign says sandwiches made to order for freshness so asked for a cheese toasty for my little one as nothing else available and was told “ has to be cheese and tomato or cheese and ham but feel free to take out what you don’t want “ clearly not made on premises if ham can’t be left out and for £4 a toasty with what looked like a cheese slice not worth it at all . Very disappointed but with so many coffee shops around now I wouldn’t waste another £20 here sorry

Been here 3 times within the last month to get some lunch and everytime we have been we have been unable to get food. Its not like we have been at the same time everytime either and they are open till 8pm but with what food??

Good for refreshment whilst shopping. Snacks, cakes, hot food, smoothies Costa coffee and pizza available. Order at counter and food brought to table when ready. A fast food outlet inside The Range.
