Everytime I struggling to find something at a shop, I always seem to find what I'm looking for at Tesco.

Just had lunch, scampi,chips,peas with tartare sauce. Freshly cooked & nicely served excellent value for money. Well done Tesco x

Very greedy company. The dual pricing is unfair. I shouldn't have to sign up to your clubcard terms and conditions to buy products are "fairly" priced. So, I'm not entitled to a fair price on my product because you don't have my personal details and a list of all my previous purchases and buying habits. I'd rather you didn't have that as you would only find new ways to manipulate your customer. I don't support business with poor ethics, whilst finding new ways to be intrusive on your consumers so you can take advantage through manipulation due to your information tracking. I cannot support businesses with poor ethics(especially companies s that makes obscene profits from it staving consumers going through a cost of living crisis). Large supermarket with a bit of everything, from cigarettes, to flowers, clothes and fresh, packaged food, with many foreign and ethnic products

Toastie was soggy cheese horrible chips terrible worst cafe for food never go back waste of money

Easy access , good bargains, bus stop outside, good variety goods.

Sort your fuel prices out!! There's independent garages that are cheaper than you. I have managed get nearly .10p cheaper per litre in places. You're a huge chain -- stop taking advantage. I use teaco all the time, if you carry with this daylight robbery, I'll definitely go elsewhere for all my needs.

Don't park there if you want to get a haircut before doing your shopping and leave your car parked over 2 hours, you'll get a ticket.

We always get our food from there. It’s great. The parking is very good specially when outs raining

Customer service guy was very rude told me. ‘Get your club card sorted” when he could see I was having issues with my phone. Suprised at his level of customer service. We then went to the cafe for breakfast and the 2 girls were excellent at their job. Visit one store and experience good and bad.

Watch your time in car park especially if you like a something to eat after shopping the carpark company will charge you £70

Incident date: Tuesday 13th June 2023 between approx 2pm & 3pm. Dear Manager, Could you kindly ask your Grey Haired Bespectacled resident Trolley Pusher to respect Disabled Customers. (You know the one I’m on about.. he looks like he could be doing with some nutrition). He barged about 7 interlaced trolley’s in to the Customer’s Elevator in front of me. I was left with a very narrow space and when I looked up he snarled that there was no room for me as he had more trolleys waiting to occupy the space I was standing in. Is it Tesco’s company policy to prioritise the transportation of Shopping Trolleys over Disabled Customers needs ? If so could you kindly quote your Company Handbook enabling other Disabled Customers the insight of what they can expect at one of your stores. There is a definite pattern of Tyrannical behaviour by the staff at this store having read the other reviews. I have furnished you with the date and time so you can audit your CCTV to verify. Thank you in advance for taking the time to reply.

Quality of so called fresh produce bread, meat and veg deplorable. It was tasteless meat and veg that started to rot within just a couple of days with the bread some of the worst I've ever tasted. When I tried to use my Tesco card it was refused and the staff were of no help in resolving the situation and fobbed me off. I do not normally shop in Tesco but out of convenience decided to risk a shop but I'll definitely not be going back.

Went for breakfast,while getting car fixed near by,excellent customer service, helpful,and breakfast superb for £5,80,a must for starting your day.

the fruit selection is excellent, ready meal selection also very good, food lanes well marked

Not a very good experience, feel like I am in the way not just by customers but staff rushing about collecting orders for online and huffing and puffing for you taking your time. Also not anough checkouts and staff having a chat in groups especially supervisors. Remember it's a job!

Same stuff as anywhere else it's sad though for older folk that might not be able to have the app on a phone or understand club cards because they could be losing out on cheaper products

Good products, okay price, let down completely by lack of tills open. ONE staff member on tills, que of 12 people with full trolleys. What an absolute shambles. At least the staff member was in good spirits

1 mins from town bus station, has a bus stop right outside an entrance and a pick up spot for convenience if you have to travel to do shopping.helpful staff and always great produce. Has a nice wee cafe inside for a nice bite to eat while doing your shopping.

Was tesco same as the rest of them really , under paid staff and going up in price , BUT the club card can get you some good deals

Went in and my friend wanted a monster and declined our ids that were perfectly valid.

Prices here are getting particularly expensive on certain items. Those items can be much purchased cheaper in other stores. So much so I intend to shop in Aldi which is in a less convenient location for me.

Nothing special just a Tesco ;)

We love shopping at Tesco and have done so weekly for last 30 years , firstly in the Kirkcaldy store and when it closed we began shopping at the fire station Dunfermline store. We were very pleased to discover that some Kirkcaldy staff members were now in Dunfermline store especially HAZEL who is now a good friend, and Karen who we know from our home town . We would also like to commend another staff member FAY who works in the crisps and nuts aisle she has always smiled at us then obviously began to recognise us from our weekly visits and we now have little chats and say hi and she goes out of her way to help if we need it . Fantastic staff members keep up the great work .

Tesco trumpet their Aldi price comparison....I'll shop at Aldi, every time - they don't need to compare with any other store because they're terrific value on practically EVERY product...unlike, er, Tesco

Great shopping saving with my club card

Really need more staff to work at busy weekend, only 2 cashier open on Friday late afternoon, and long queue was waiting there. Not good!

Weekly shop completed. Everything I wanted was in the store.

Great produce, huge clothing department, great cafe and clean toilets

My friend and I visited on Saturday 21st May 2022 and purchased several items, including a bottle of alcohol. We went to the self serve checkouts. As my friend was paying I politely asked the assistant, Emma, if she could remove the tag from the bottle. I was met with a condescending attitude saying she had to see the receipt first and then she disappeared. The receipt was produced 10 seconds later but Emma now was in no hurry to come and assist. I walked away as was totally disgusted by this assistants attitude. My friend was also non impressed as when she tried to show her the receipt, Emma raised her hands and said ‘okay but I don’t have the bottle do I?’ which my friend had in her hand. To add to the insult, this was carried out in from of a queue of customers. In the past I have had exceptional customer service from Tesco but this type of behaviour is completely unacceptable. To say I’m very disappointed is an understatement.

Nice shop, a lot of choice in products and good parking, they have a nice cafe and the prices are quite good, the shop is overall a very good customer experience.

Changing rooms are still closed so have to take clothes home to try on and return if no good. Everything is tagged so don't know why they aren't open for use. Very inconvenient.

Always an easy and slick experience

Wide aisles for easy wheelchair access although the clothing area is not quite so open. Staff are very helpful with smiley faces. Items very reasonably priced and there is also the added advantage of reduced prices if you have a Clubcard. Escalators, stairs and lift available which makes entry and leaving the store beneficial for customers with mobility issues. Most of the car park is undercover and very well lit. Would certainly recommend this store based on this visit.

It's Tesco. You can get food, drink, medicines, books, cosmetics, toiletries, alcohol etc etc. They also deliver or you can pick up.

Stood ignored while staff at lottery and cigarettes counter discussed their shifts, pretending they didn't see us. Moving forward to be seen, was met with "you have to queue back there", "I know but we were being ignored back there". Then proceeded to half-heartedly "serve" and get the lottery tickets wrong. I'll just go to Morrisons instead. Typical shoddy Tesco.

The store is fair but what bothers me is the ‘boy racers’ revving up the cars late at night in the car park. I notice there is a barrier to close off the car park but does not appear to be in use.

Good parking. Store not too crowded.

Not recommend. Just received a penalty for carpark. I spend over a £150 each week at this store but no more! Be aware and better watch your time (specially people doing shopping with kids) or you may discover that your shopping will cost more than expected. Time to switch to different retailer

Overall it's a good store, normally plenty of stock and really nice staff. The thing that lets the side down with this Tesco is the school kids at lunch time, it's an absolute shitemare, you may want to consider restricting the number of kids that go in and make sure they're no hingin around like a bad smell waiting on their mates.

Large store with a cafe and toilets, escalator next to stairs for people and shopping trolleys from Free carpark (2hr limit) underneath shop. Shop on street level at the front on the main street. Petrol station on premises.

Fed up having to contact Tesco about online refunds, 3 times over the last few weeks on different orders when I’ve handed goods back to staff, I either haven’t been refunded or have been refunded the wrong amounts and not for allGoods handed back. Shopped with Tesco for years but the refunding has been terrible of late!

Sundays 8pm close is actually 7:40 where they will just get you to turn around.

Great store easy access for public and private transport

Customer service ladies are rude to customers. Too few tills open for shoppers.

Tesco supermarket is ok itself but beware of the speedbump on your way to tesco! We avoid the tesco car park and supermarket to avoid damaging the car. No matter how slow you drive over it, it is not good for your car. (This review is for the tesco in town, Dunfermline).

On entry to car park the speed bump is far to high going to cause accidents and damage to cars. Theres no warning sign to suggest there is one. In store theres far to many staff with trolleys stocking shelves, sometimes u have 2 or 3 in the same area making it difficult for customers to get passed. Surely that should all be done before opening to avoid that.

The shop itself is good. Always clean and tidy. Thanks to the new dangerous speed ramp I will not be back. To say its dangerous is an understatement far too high, cars virtually stopping to get over it. I wonder who will pay for damage to Cars.? Staff member told me they were having lots of complaints.

Speed strip across entry. Like Mount Everest. Won’t be back till it’s lowered.

A fair amount of content for a store this size. Phone shop, (cafe in non vivid times) decent produce department a clothing section and most other departments you would expect. Plenty of parking is available. Entrances and exits are well controlled for social distancing reasons.

Minus the fat guy at the self checkouts, who thinks he rules over them like a maniacal overlord. No complaints

It's always very clean, great variety, the facilities are in optimal conditions, the staff helpful and friendly, prices of many ranges. Fresh fruit and vegetables, freshly baked bread too. Reduced products are also very good.

We ordered and received a home delivery today.There were two gentlemen on this delivery one wore a mask while the other one kept his down below his chin. He had laid the crates on the doorstep but instead of standing back to social distance he stood on the doorstep while my wife unpacked the crates into bags. I feel that Tesco should be reinforcing this.

I have used this store since it opened and have always found it great, helpful friendly staff and reasonably priced goods. However today I was in store with my elderly mother who has various health issues and is very apprehensive about being out and about after the lockdown. We had a lovely snack for lunch in the cafe and the staff were great helping me get Mum settled. We then had a little wonder round the store to get some supplies by the time we got to the checkout Mum was in desperate need of a seat but there were none at the checkout but a lovely lovely lady member of staff who unfortunately I did not catch her name took mum down to seats by the self service checkouts and settled her while I was able to pay and pack our shopping. I would just like to say thank you for the kind way they were with mum.

Only a small tesco metro and i found most offers were a con as most of the food on shows sell by date was only 2-3 days away.

I was in last night about 9:30 to pick a few items and there was a large man spraying disinfectant at people and my self this is unacceptable in any way shape or form that can seriously harm someone if it got in to there eyes this needs to be dealt with asap as the staff did nothing when it got reported if nothing is done about this I will be going to the papers with this as this is honestly disgusting sort it out

I Bought a pair of wireless headphones that cost £35, thought i made a great investment i was over the moon they are great, but then when i got them price checked at CEX they are valued at £3.64 and are sold for £5! I was fuming and still are! I know tesco doesn't specialize in electronics but really!? Thought I'd at least try warn or save someone from the same fate, please dont do it!

My experience today was awful, the girl standing at the door as you come in at the flowers, English and large, it must have been about 1 o'clock roughly. I walk in she shouts I should not be in as I was in on Friday, you wouldn't even shout at a shoplifter like that. Its ment to be once a week for essentials, and because I had been on on Friday. As I needed long life milk none, freezers empty no luck there. Shocking

As always staff went out of their way to help. Prices were very reasonable. Vegetables and fruit were very fresh, as was the bread.

My wife and I went here for our breakfast this morning.It maybe a supermarket cafe however lt is bright and welcoming with a variety of different seating options. Lots of sockets if you want to charge you phone or use a laptops. Our breakfast was good lots of good quality ingredients washed down with a good tastu cup of tea.

Nice well cooked breakfast with pot of tea £6.10 served by good people.

Tesco cafe very over priced for poor quality food.

Myself and my husband popped in after shopping today thought we would have a sandwich or toastie. I am Gluten intolerant and after not seeing anything in the sandwich cabinet I asked the server behind the main counter if there were any gluten free options and was told no sorry nothing at all, I asked if I bought bread or roll in Tesco could she supply something for it that I could pay for, I was told that wasn’t allowed. So we had to leave with no lunch. Really in this day and age this is terrible. Poor poor poor.

Ordered a side portion of onion rings along with my snack and was shocked to be charged 1.25 for 3 tiny onion rings .complained to duty manager and was told to make a complaint to cafe manager Thot they were all the same company and very disappointed
