i got charged twice for one order last night

Chip where not cooked fully I ordered a plain chicken filet burger then set me a spicy one that wasn’t cooked properly it was like rubber

Pizzas top notch! Donner meat best ive had in a while. Considering weather is shocking, food was delivered on time.

Always full stars from this place I’ve been ordering from them for about 10-15 years and it’s never been bad. this take away has always been my go too for that long.

Mixed grill arrived with no chicken (tikka or boti) so I paid almost £14 for 2 tiny chops, 1 seekh kebab, 1 shami kebab & a naan

my first delivery was wrong, I was told to wait 25 mins for a replacement and when it finally arrived 1hour later it was wrong again, I ordered donner meat and chicken with chips and low and behold no donner meat again. I couldn't be bothered to ring up again and complain so sadly it's the last time I am ordering anything else from De Niros.

amazing customer service! we order from here every week. tonight the order was missing some items. the owner went above and beyond to make it right. you could tell he felt bad about the mishap! even had a phone call from him once all sorted to apologise again! such a nice guy, food is nice too and the delivery drivers are always pleasant too. highly recommend.

Delivery was nearly 2 hours late. Food was shocking both got upset stomachs. Kebab was stuck to the paper so literally had to pick it off the kebab. Never again!

food was nice but just eat needs to sort their app out. the app was bugging when I was paying with card I put my pin in and ordered. but got given food then he came back saying that I never paid. even tho I put my pin in and everything and we had no cash so we had to bank transfer it. its not de niros fault but still just eat disappointing

I have not recieved my order and are still waiting i will like to request a refund

First time ordering here. Never again. We ordered the thin base pizzas but they were soo thin and soggy. I’ve had better out of the freezer. The driver was nice and friendly

we ordered 2 portions of chips and only recieved one, and sadly the food was flat cold.

The chicken masala curry I got was like a curry stew it was nasty it didn't taste very nice there was to much oil the chicken didn't have any taste to it

Is this an actual joke?? In 2 weeks this is the second time they swapped mine and my bro in laws pizzas. When he rang them up this time they bring him a pepperoni pizza. But when I ring up they tell me to ring up next time for a pizza when we all know that's never going to happen I cba last time ordering from here I'm a regular customer but this is final they are stupid

Driver couldn't find my house and had me walking across the street in the cold with just a t-shirt and no shoes on and not only that I got given a garlic bread surpreme when I ordered a pizza I hope I get my money back

I wanted peppers on my pizza and not ham but I don't care de niros is still the best take away ever. They have the best kormas and pizzas

Usually really good but ordered some chicken pakoras and received 6 or 7 small popcorn chicken bites. Curry was great though.

As most reviews suggest, food is never on time. Ordered from before for delivery but decided to go in and collect for a change because I thought it would be faster but once I got there I had to wait 15 minutes. There is absolutely no way they have a decent hygiene rating. Saw multiple kitchen staff handle money, scratch their heads or beards, and accept deliveries and then handle food. No gloves, sneeze guards, or hair nets to be found. The shop itself is not very clean with discarded equipment and delivery bags beside a dirty waiting area. Happy to order from here until I saw how disgusting it is behind the scenes.

Really bad wait time nearly 2 hours for cold food that I had to reheat myself at home, second time ordering second time it’s happened. Gave the benefit of doubt the first time thinking they could just be busy, but this time I questioned when it was cold and late to a very disinterested worker

Arrived cold, so much pink sauce the Nan and pitta were just a soggy mess, could not even pick it up . The sauce was so much the little bit of salad was just a pink mess.not what we would of normally got . The paper was stuck on the pitta as there was so much sauce on it Very disappointed this time
