I ordered a cannelloni which I normally enjoy but this time I didn't it was dry...the waiter was very friendly and when I told him he asked me if I would like a other. .I said no as it would have taken too long. I struggled to finish..when another waitress asked if all was OK I told her and she went to tell the manager and she refused to do anything as I had eaten half...I didnt want to course a commotion as they were very friendly except the manager...I have eaten there before nor sure I will again.

Certainly improved over the past 12/18 months. We have been using this Italian for many years , now under new management it has certainly improved. Friendly service , food ok and suits the local pop out for quick meal scenario

Myself, partner and two children arrived for a meal on Saturday. we ordered drinks, starters and mains but asked for the girls mains to come with our starters. The order was incorrect as they got meatballs instead of the meatballs and pasta, this was not a massive issue as they offered to bring some pasta out to go with the meatballs. Upon cutting into the meatballs we found that they were raw (pink ) inside. I returned them to the waitress and she said she would get some fresh ones made. 10 minutes later, meatballs and spaghetti arrived, the meatballs on both dishes were freezing in the middle. I returned them once again - the waitress came over and said that the meatballs had now been take off the menu as there was a problem with them - my response was that the fault lay at the actual cooking of the meatballs, which surely should have been checked with a temperature probe. we left without our mains - we were not charged but there was no real apology from the manager.

Fantastic meal again, Sergio and the team have held their high standards and this being my 3rd time in 2months I highly recommend. Great food, great service and one of the best Milanese around!!

My wife ordered salmon on the Saturday evening. Eventually the waiter returned to say none available. She then changed to sea bass. After a long wait the main courses arrived. The sea bass was over cooked and burnt due to grilling. They changed this for a pan fried sea bass. This was bland and tasteless with reheated soggy vegetables. We then ordered 2x tiramisu. We ended up with one large portion and one a lot smaller. The service was incredibly slow. Nearly three hours for two courses. They had also sold out of a number of other items prior to s Saturday evening service. Never again.

We went to De Niro's for my father's wake and what great day and evening. Everything was catered for and the food was superb. The service and attention was top-notch and all the staff really helped make it a wonderful celebration. Special mention to Sergio and Meggy - as always making everyone feel welcome. We decided to book De Niro’s for our annual Xmas meal and so glad we did. The food was delicious and portion sizes were extremely generous. Great customer service given by all staff, especially Sergio. Lovely decor and atmosphere. Thank you, we will be back. Highly recommended!!

After having had an excellent experience of the restaurant a couple of months ago we decided to go back with a couple of friends.Sergio immediately made us feel very welcome and showed us to our table.Meggy brought us the comprehensive menus and Mario was our friendly waiter.The food was as good as we remembered and all 4 of us enjoyed a delicious meal. I would have no hesitation in recommending this restaurant to anyone

After reading a few reviews of De Niros restaurant we decided to book a table. The restaurant has recently opened under new ownership and has been completely redecorated (see photos) The menu is typically Italian and competitively priced.The service was excellent and the food was delicious. I would have no hesitation in recommending this restaurant to anyone.

Staff were super attentive Food was fresh, cooked perfectly and was obvious the best ingredients had been used. Couldn’t fault our meals Will definitely return !

i visited yesterday for father day whit the family very tasty food lobster linguini excellent the fillet was cooked perfectly with peppe sauce, my daughter ate lobster ravioli fantastic large portions strongly recommend

Top spot for local Italian food. Recently taken over and refurbished. Fabulous atmosphere with friendly and helpful staff. Sergio was our lovely waiter for the evening. Food came out very fast and was pipping hot. We had mains of Vitello Milanese and Salmon Tagliatelle with salad and zucchini. Totally delicious, the spaghetti Napoli tasted just like I had in Italy, the sign of a good Italian meal. Big portions- so much so I had a doggy bag. Totally recommend for a meal. Looking forward to my next visit. Bravo.

Went for a date night with my wife and was served by Sergio. The food was wonderful and the service excellent we will be returning in the future !!!

We went on Saturday night for a meal. Lovely food and great wine. I had the rose house wine and was very delightful and crisp. Recommend the special sea bass cooked in salt. The service is friendly and very attentive. Definitely returning to try other things on the menu. As we live locally it is ideal restaurant for us to visit. Great choice on menu.

Fantastic meal and great atmosphere. Spent Saturday night with friends for a long awaited meal out and we were not disappointed. Staff friendly and attentive and the food was delicious. Between the 4 of us we had the garlic pizza with cheese, fish cake, prawn...

We could not fault our visit for my Dads birthday. The staff went above and beyond to make it lovely for us. The portion sizes are great and very fairly priced. We will be visiting again!

We visited here last night on a long awaited meal out and to say that it was disappointing would be an understatement! We had booked and were seated, we then waited over 30 minutes for any staff to come near us to take a drinks...

Failure to wear masks at the moment is unacceptable We were greeted by lady with no mask and other members of staff were either not wearing them or not wearing them properly.

DO NOT ORDER! Ordered a Sunday lunch for me and my child at 5pm I rang back at 6.10pm to ask how long it would be and they said it will be 5/10 minutes as it’s on its way, if it hasn’t come ring back!...
