I visited on a Saturday afternoon, to a beaming smile off a lovely lady. As i observed the menu i noticed a gentleman stood at the end of the counter with a cup of coffee. I assumed he was a customer as he was telling stories and making people laugh. The lady with the beaming smile took my order (a chicken & bacon panini) and told me to take a seat as the food would be with me shortly! I then noticed the gentleman that had been telling stories put an apron on?! Baffled me, as i then saw him talking to the lady with the beaming smile not very nicely. I can only assume he is the manager? There was another lady that very much looked in charge allowed this! I do not agree with management talking down to staff, and i witnessed this.. I will not be returning as this has made me uncomfortable, so i can only imagine how other people feel. Keep smiling lady with the beaming smile!

I visited here with family , we ordered the fab roast pork with stuffing and apple sauce which smelt and tasted fab. The chicken panini was gorgeous and really filling . The staff was helpful , polite and nothing was any bother for them. Definitely worth a visit , we 'll be back soon.

Never fail to come here when I go in town. Pork and stuffing sandwiches are amazing as well as the beef. Such friendly staff. Reccomend DCs sandwich bar to anybody..

Lovely roast pork and stuff sandwich nice and fresh, roast pork very juicy cooked to perfection. Go here daily and never disappointed! Lovely staff always nice and helpful

Visit here regularly and have never been disappointed. The staff are really friendly and have a chat every time. Usually go for a cold sandwich but occasionally a hot panini. Can’t fault it.

I have eaten at DCs on many occasions. All their sandwiches are freshly made in front of you every day. Their hot roast pork with stuffing and apple sauce and hot roast beef with onions is to die for. Every member of staff are so welcoming and you can see that they love what they do. It's such a lovely atmosphere as soon as you walk in. Deffo ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ From me....excellent service

Ordered a bacon sandwich. It was so over cooked it was tasteless and felt like leather. Should have complained but it was £2.30 with coffee, it wasn't worth the fuss. Staff were discussing their bad stomaches and feeling ill in front of customers. Not exactly what you want to hear when you're eating.

Came here with my mum on here dinner I got hot roast pork with stuffing, apple sauce and crackling my mum got a muffin cuppa tea we sat out side as it was sunny warm but there is seats inside the staff was friendly the food was sublime would recommend people coming here
