Great food. Fresh ingredients. Friendly staff. Fast service and reasonable price. What more can you want.

The amount of food served per person is alot, one plate of mixed grill with rice can feed 2 easily. The falalfel was good, as well as the tanoor bread and other bread based orders, staff very friendly and welcoming.

Food is amazing quality with so much variety. It feels homemade and authentic probably because it's made by Arabs. Prices are also very affordable especially for the abundance you're getting.The space is also perfect for families if you want a feast of Mediterranean style food or just a quick lunch with burgers. Definitely a staple of mine

My lady visited recently on her own & she had a lovely experience, the food quality was great & the staff were kind & hospitable.

The Greek salad was small and no olives I ordered last week and it was spot on ,this order not so much , disappointed ☹️

Amazing food at a reasonable price in a prime location of Preston. The taste was really good and the quality of fish we ordered was beyond expectations. The only thing that disappointed us was that the staff were talking in their language throughout the dine in high voice. There is no parking for the restaurant, you have to park either on nearby streets or pay and park somewhere near the restaurant.

This was one of my go to food spots before I went on a vacation in January 2024. I had come here once after that and the attitude of the staff was just unacceptable. (Probably the management changed) the menu was changed entirely. And as we were habituated with the old menu we asked for a particular dish and it was served. We asked for a sauce which came along, the mango flavoured sauce. The staff didn’t understand and rather tried to shut us up saying it was not ‘mango sauce it was mandi sauce’ I mean i know the difference between a Mango sauce and a Mandi sauce. Really disappointed.

Walked around looking for rips and dips and was pleasantly approached, we asked for particular foods and we were served this amazing platter of tasty dips, delicious salad bits, shawarma and breads! Really good service

I can’t comment on the atmosphere as only merely nipped in to collect the food. I am very disappointed, ordered the lamb kebab and the picture below is what it came like, £12 for this I’m in shock. Ordered a chicken kebab which wasn’t much different, really disappointed, called up to explain we were unhappy and was told we must have ordered the wrong food if we wanted more meat to order something else next time, the salad is the best part of all of the things we ordered, I will not return! Gutted as people have always said they enjoyed it but would not recommend to anyone personally!

This is place was a great find. The service and food was incredibly good and authentic. This is a must try for anyone looking for Halal Middle Eastern food in Preston. We ordered mixed grill platter for two and cold starter platter which was more than enough.

Came across Damascus whilst looking online for lunch today, it was quite simply delicious. The freshness of the meat and cooked to utter the perfection, all the salad and side dishes were amazing. I would have to say this is the best Middle Eastern food I have had in this country. 100 percent homemade and authentic. Well done all at Damascus and keep up the good work, this will be my restaurant of choice when travelling to Preston for work 👏🏽 Thank you

Great place for some Arabic food. Note however that they don’t accept card so a bit of a hassle but great overall.

Top quality authentic food, exceptional service , we really enjoyed the starter and mix grill , by far the best in the area , and would definitely recommend to others. We enjoyed the meat hummus and the mix grill platers , the taste is unique and different to everywhere else we tried. The mint tea and baklava was perfect to end meal. We took our two young children and they don’t normally eat this type of food but they loved it. Family friendly environment the staff are very kind. Highly recommended.

Came here with my sister today - we got a mixed cold starter platter, veggie boreks, and chicken taouk for just under £30. Everything was great, but the mixed platter was especially delicious and presentation was a 10/10! Such good value for money, thank you to Mohamed and Farah for the amazing service :))

I had an amazing time with my family at Damascus, the best food and excellent service. Most importantly the atmosphere is majestic, we had loads of laughs with Mohammed and Farah , both were amazing with a massive sense of humor and made us feel at home. Thanks a lot guys 🙂
