Great prices and a great service!

The staff were friendly but there was one serious problem that needed to be addressed: hygiene standards, the chips weren't great, the chicken wasn't even mentioned, I had to finish everything and nothing was thrown away. The only advantage was the price it was affordable. I got food poisoning today. Avoid!

A polite note to the owners who have left this business to the untrained, unprofessional people in charge: Standards have slipped so much since this business opened not long ago. Staff don’t care about the customers. Dining/seating area is always unclean and untidy. Chicken is now always too greasy and too salty. We enjoyed the first couple of times we ate from here but most likely won’t be returning anymore after being disappointed the last few times.

This is the Worst pizza I tried in Eastbourne. I ordered one large peri peri pizza today. It was too salty and I was not able to eat. The amount of toppings was very less. This is the second time I tried from here and disappointed again. Would not recommend.

Asked for no mayo on burger. Got home and it was drowning in the stuff so straight in the bin. Strips would of followed if wasn’t so hungry was very dry. Chips should be easy but undercooked and weird after taste so went in the bin as well. Never again! Avoid there’s better fried chicken around

Ordered here as a new customer. If you know anything about Dixy Chicken then this place gives off the same vibe. I got a spicy fillet burger meal. Although the burger tasted fine, the chicken itself was quite tough and the bun texture was somewhat stale but still edible. The fries also don’t really have much potato in it and it’s more of just a crispy fry with a hollow inside. My biggest fault with this spot would have to be the smell of the bag. I ordered this as a takeaway and I was instantly put off by the smell of the bag which made me not want to eat, but after giving it some time and removing the food from the bag, the smell dissipated, and I was able to enjoy my meal.

best chicken and chips in Eastbourne

Bought 6 wings, chips, and drink for 4.99. Really tasty wings the batter was crunchy, spicy which is good since most aren't spicy, and a good amount of salty. The chips were decent. Friendly service and good quality, and clean so I hope these guys succeed. Things to try to improve: 1 of the wings I had was quite small, would be better if the sizes were more consistent Would be good if I was offered pots of mayo or other sauces. You can get these sauces but would be perfect to get these offered to me and in pots so they are easy to use. Would be good to have hand sanitiser available for ppl eating in. Chips could be better somehow. if you could get seasoned chips would also be good. This is not a criticism but there's not much space to sit and eat here. If there was then I would come with a group of friends or family to eat.

One of the staff was nice, other one overcharged me and was rude. Onto the food. Chicken burger was rubbery and bone dry. Came lukewarm, clearly was not fresh as food only took 2 mins to come. Chips were average. Would never come here again
