Da Brooklyn Spot in Birmingham

Food was spot on – fresh, tasty, and full of flavour. The Philly and wings were proper good. Staff were friendly and the vibe was nice. Definitely coming back.

This is a message for the new management. We have used this establishment for a long time as we are only round the corner from you. However, after visiting today we felt we needed to leave a review, unfortunately, your staff aren't preparing the food correctly. I ordered a cheeseburger which is a normal order for us, the member of staff heated the bun in the microwave resulting in it being soggy. The burger patty itself was also a soggy consistency and fell to pieces while I was trying to eat it. These basic mistakes are unfortunately costing you business as they make the food off-putting and in-edible. By taking the 30seconds to heat the bun on the grill it would of made all the difference to the meal. Many of our members of staff have stopped visiting recently due to the poor consistency of the food. This is a shame as we are so close and we used to enjoy ordering from here regularly.

I would call it the soggy spot the food was absolutely disgusting. I know its Ramadan but that's atrocious the food quality was poor. They pay people to come and give fake reviews its actually nasty. The ownership has changed recently hence why the quality has dropped. I came here last Ramadan and it was something to talk about but this time it's been a disaster.

This was my first time at Da Brooklyn Spot and I got myself a loaded Philly cheese steak with loaded fries and a can of Rubicon mango. It came up to £13.19p Even though I don’t live local to this place I can see myself definitely coming back and trying other things off the menu especially the butter chicken pizza.

Bold claim on their window ‘king of philly steaks’ but BOYYY ARE THEY RIGHT!!! Only one word to describe it BANNGGING!!

Came across this place last year . Recently went back and the young man remembered what we both ordered...that amazing...just like the philly steak ...not come across these anywhere else and the meat is divine.. makes a lovely change to a boring burger ...you have wait as they are made to order...worth a visit

Sensational food, the beef burger was amazing, as was everything else we ordered: loaded wedges, crispy chicken sub, boneless BBQ wings and chicken nuggets.

Ooooh, my daaaays! Woooow! Noticed this place once when driving by. Just stopped on way back from work. There used to be seating inside but I can imagine it being full @ night. TV playing American sports - brilliant! The food … amaaazing! They also do fried chicken of various sorts, burgers … but it’s gotta be the Philly Steak! The ‘fuller’ one with peppers, mushrooms, etc. The quality of the meat … soooo soft! Clearly freshly made! It’s didn’t look very big at first but once one folds the baguette roll - I had to use a fork to break it up & eat! Not a criticism btw! The brother behind the counter was really friendly! Only been open a year … a must try! Highly recommended - will definitely be back!

The order experience was pretty straightforward and inviting. The prices didn't seem very reliable, however. There was also a delivery fee charged despite being local to the business. It would really be appreciated if this could be reviewed.

Great place… the steak meat is tender and falls apart in your mouth, juicy chicken, I could go on… I haven’t tried everything yet, but do intend on it… btw “I’m walking here” - great touch lol

After seeing them on tiktok i came to try it, expected something nice for the amount of money im paying, all these reviews are fake from the owners family because theres no way this nasty shop that gave me diarrhoea for 2days, even went back and told the workers about that old chicken they gave me and they started kicking off? Dirty shop needs to be shut down.

I have finally tried this local spot. The food was absolutely delicious, I had ordered the strips burger which was nice and saucy and the meat was crispy - just how I like it. The menu is amazing, there is so much variety! Average meal is £10 pp which is not bad if you’re from brum and want to have food with a kick.

Filly cheese steak is the best I've ever had, would eat 3 in a row if it wasn't so filling, amazing atmosphere and staff. Soon coming to the menu is there doughnuts bites, not sure what there called but would highly recommend.

Was recommended to try out the philly steak, so we ordered a loaded philly and a classic philly steak meals... Boy it didn't disappoint, it was tasty and flavoursome, skin on fries were nice also and the ranch sauce was definitely to my liking Enjoyable meal.....

Apart from an edible burger.. the rest wasn't great. Hard cold fries and the pitta with everything ontop was just awful. Put it aside. No one is eating it

Seen this on my socials have to say glad I have it a try the philly cheese steam was delicious, the service was lovely the young man was very knowledgeable and advised us well. The venue is very small not somewhere I would like to sit and eat but overall very Impressed, they also take card which is a bonus.

The fried chicken was nice but just a warning to avoid a wrap….was stuffed full of cheap gooey cheese could barely taste the chicken and was if it had been toasted with the lettuce all inside so was all soggy :(
