Cyprus kitchen in Huntingdonshire

I had set off from London to Cambridge with my family. We also visited this place. We had a lovely dinner. The taste was truly undeniable. A family-run business that is hospitable, attentive, and genuinely friendly. Despite their young age, it’s a place run by two young people who have achieved something big. You should definitely order one of their delicious pizzas right away. Highly recommended!!! It’s also wonderful to see young people running such a great business. You won’t regret it.

Absolutely fantastic! The food was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The meat was tender and juicy, the seasoning was spot on, and the portions were generous. The service was friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Easily one of the best kebabs I’ve had—highly recommend!

reason I put it was late was because on the app it said 45-50 minutes, and once ordered it said 1hr then it changed to 1hr15min, I don't mind waiting if told at the beginning , but apart from that the food was delicious, portion size is very big .

NEVER JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER Our chicken shish kebabs were cooked fresh and the staff were so so friendly we had a carlsberg with them whilst waiting. They seemed quiet - and the interior is really nothing special - but I without hesitation would eat here again and chill with the guys!

I’ve probably just had the best Shish I’ve ever had. The lamb was so succulent it melted in your mouth, The salad fresh and crisp. The chips unlike some I could mention were hot and stayed hot in their container and were great value for money. I have no hesitation in recommending Cyprus Kitchen to anyone.

We ordered a meal for two, and one of them was so big that we could barely finish it. We didn’t touch the other one because it was that generous. The meats were delicious, the salad was plentiful, and the price was very reasonable. You should definitely try this place!

The wrong item was delivered to start with which was a dinner meat, chips drowning in bbq sauce. The smell was over whelming. When my order turned up (chefs special kebab) it was mainly donner meat. A small burnt kofte kebab and that was about it. There was a random piece of paper in the middle and the salad smelt a bit like wet dog. Not sure what happened to this place, used to be good. Will not re order and will not recommend. I think under trades description i should be offered a refund!

Ordered at 6.50pm, food arrived at 8.40, nearly 2 hours later and it was all cold.

Poor delivery and food was of poor quality and taste. I wouldn't order from them again.

The restaurant give an awful lot of chicken! I do enjoy that the restaurant gives you the opportunity to put your own salad and sauce on to your kebab. One (regular size meal) would be sufficient chicken for two people to eat as there’s that much chicken given! The garlic bread weren’t particularly nice.

When other takeaways are increasing prices and reducing portions, Cyprus kitchen have somehow done the opposite, huge mixed kebab ( got some left for breakfast tomorrow) great price, and still great quality, my go to kebab take away , thanks

There was loads of meat. However there was no sauce in the kebab when I ordered some. It would have been nice to have some more salad also.

Overall, the meal was enjoyable, but I did find the chicken sheesh to be a tad dry. While the flavours were good, the texture could have been improved. On a positive note, it arrived right on schedule, which I appreciated. Despite the minor issue with the chicken, I would consider ordering again in the future.

The wrap and meat was great however there wasn’t enough salad for the amount of meat. And the sauce came in a cup. No red cabbage.

I had the lamb doner meat and chips last night, and while the chips were decent, the rest of the meal left much to be desired. The chips were definitely the highlight of the dish, but unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The lamb doner meat was a real letdown. It had an odd taste that I couldn’t quite place, almost like the seasoning was off. To make matters worse, the meat wasn’t cut properly – the slices were too thick, which made it hard to chew and enjoy. It lacked the tenderness and thinly sliced texture you expect from a good doner kebab. As for the sauce, I was expecting a nice, spicy hot chilli kick to balance out the richness of the lamb. Instead, what I got tasted more like ketchup mixed with spices – it was overly sweet and completely missed the mark for me. Overall, the chips saved this from being a total disaster, but the lamb doner itself was disappointing enough that I couldn’t even finish it.

Good portions, burger was fab. I'd suggest sacrificing a few of the potato wedges for extra cheese though

Absolutely disgusting, waited over an hour for delivery! The food was vile, the chips were cold and the salad hot. The doner meat was as thick as a curb. Chicken over done and all meals full of grease and slop. Not worth a single penny!

The food is great but what also impresses me is the way these guys operate. I've had food from here twice recently, both times really delicious, home-made tasting. Really decent friendly guys, the first time I had a bit of a cough from a cold and they gave me a bottle of water free of charge. What's more, look at the hours they are working. The place is quite humble but I think people should judge more on the food and how determined the guys are to make it work. Big respect to you guys, I'll definitely be back!

Tiny portions for £10 and £9 box full of salad and tiny bit of meat inside a pitta will not use again.

To say I'm shocked is an understatement, place looks cheap and dirty but I only wanted chips, looking at the menu they have on the counter and stuck to counter, order medium chips £2.00 only to be told they are new management and prices on menu will change so chips they now want £3.00? Extortionate for a small village, they are not paying London rents or bills or wages or food prices but want to charge London prices? A few potatoes for £3.00 is Extortionate, Staff rude so if they are the new management I give it a year if that before under new management again, trying to make quick money, I feel sorry for st ives residents. It looks, smells and puts out a very low grade place, I wouldn't trust food from here

Normally I don’t make a comment for the places but, I’ll make an exception. I would like to say something for the shop, maybe i can help a little bit. While I’m having my pizza, one old man just come to shop and ask for the free chips and He said “ let me get a free chips on the house yeah ?” Then he suddenly started shouting and keep saying that” Why you guys don’t go back to your country this is england” I felt really sorry for you guys:(( So eventually i can suggest anyone who looking for traditional kebab house. I just wanted to let you know guys you were very polite and I had good service from you.

Portion was a lot smaller than normal, 3 little bits of doner meat and the food was cold. Called but no answer. Shame as used to really rate the food here but last few times its been poor.

Very extremely disappointed if I could give 0 stars I would. Food was cold and chefs special kebab what should have 4 different meats in lamb and chicken doner, lamb and chicken shish and kofta only had 6 small pieces of shish in. Falls advertising and when I rang up and complained they said that's how it comes . Never ever again ordering food from this place 😡

usually cannot fault them but food was lukewarm at best, chips could have done with being cooked a little longer meat was not marinated. shame because we love ordering from here as food is always amazing
