I ordered Butter Chicken, parathas, chilli bajji, baingan bajji. All the bajji were absolutely delicious. Butter chicken was extremely sweet unlike any butter chicken dish I've tasted elsewhere - disappointing. Paratha were nice. The guy that runs it was really nice also.

Worst behaviour of staff don’t deserve one star also

So happy I finally had time to stop here. The Tikka Masala was the best I've ever had. The chef was very welcoming and made sure the spice level was just right. I will be back very soon.

Grabbed a quick bowl of curry whilst waiting for some friends at the O2 before a gig... Delicious!!! Definitely will be coming back!

Amazing! Shop owner is so friendly and gives such big portions enough for two people at very reasonable prices! And very friendly too, please come alon, there is a variety of vegetarian and non veg options on the menu with south Indian and north indian both and drinks aswell.

Reasonable price and the best Bhajji in Leicester. Brinjal bhajji is one of my favorites on the Menu Wish they had the Iconic egg bhajji also on the menu.

Lovely experience, the chai was amazing and my friend also tried Dosa masala and I had a bite , and it was banging , it’s very cheap and it’s sooo refreshing and delicious. Highly recommend all the uni students to check it out . And I had a lovely chat with the chef.👌👌

First visit here this evening after weeks of driving past every Monday! We finally had time to stop and have already found two new favourites...chilli paneer and the cheese dosa. I can also recommend the chai which I had not tasted before...not over sweet with lovely cardamom flavour... perfect on a chilly evening. Thank you...we hope to visit again soon.

I got their Masala Dosa and it was fantastic. I have been searching for some good dosas here in the UK ( I am from Canada). My search ended at Curry up. The taste was great. I’m definitely going back for some more.

Very nice owner searched for a new place to eat thought I would give it a try to see what all the 5 star reviews were about and literally best dosa on queens road your dosa is better than the Verandha restaurant and your definitely better than Indian rooster restaurant very cheap very happy with my mirchi bajji also very nice chillies first time trying this place and I love it

Never write reviews but wanted to spread the love on this little gem! You can literally watch the dosas get made fresh with such skill and so quickly, everything tastes absolutely amazing and is cheap as chips. Clarendon park is much of the same but this is class homemade street food, made quick and tastes so good! Perfect for a summer eve stroll or to take home or the park!! Also it’s all gluten free!!

Visited this amazing place with my wife earlier this evening and I cannot stress enough how truly wonderful the food is here and how kind and friendly the people running this truck are! Had the best food (cheese dosa, potato bajji, masala chaye and mirch bajji). The masala chaye and mirch bajji were a complimentary treat by the kind chef! All of the food was simply spectacular. Their masala chaye was the best chaye we’ve had in Leicester so far. The chef and his friend who were manning the truck together are lovely people. We ended up enjoying our food and chaye standing by the truck chatting away with them and had the best time. Perfect example of great food with great company. Will definitely be visiting again not just for the great food but also to meet the wonderful people running it! 100% recommended

Cannot rave enough about the food and the amazing guy who runs it. We stumbled upon this gem on a casual stroll through Victoria Park. Had the masala chaye (the best chaye we’ve had in Leicester so far! And which the very kind chef gave to us free of charge!?), cheese dosa and potato bajji. Very reasonably priced and stellar taste! The cheese dosa was simply out of this world! What’s more is that in addition to the complimentary chaye, they kindly made us some complimentary mirch bajji as well just to try out as we were debating earlier on whether or not to have it before placing our order (100% recommended btw). Truly amazed at the hospitality! We stood by the food truck enjoying our food and chatting away with the friendly chef and his friend who were manning the truck together. Had the best experience! Great food with even greater company. Will definitely be visiting again!

I've sampled masala dosa in the streets of karnataka and posh restaurants in the UK and this place takes some beating. Outstanding value for money

This place needs to be more known. I'm not the one to really like Indian food. As past experiences weren't good. One day decided to check it out with some friends and what can I say. Probably one of the best Indian foods I've had! Potato bajji, dosa, veg noodles the whole lot! I highly recommend this place! Give it a shot it won't let you down! Owner stopped serving curry but everything else on the menu is great!

Extremely good South Indian food at a cheap price

Our favourite snack time shop! Located opp WQE/Victoria park. They provide lovely snacks and tea for a good evening walk in the park. I would recommend Bajis and masala chai to take with you on a cold winter's day 💙

Where do I begin? This food is incredibly delicious. Not only that, but the staff are amazing. We pre ordered a variety of dishes for 12 people. To name only a few, this included masala dosa, vegetarian curry and chicken curry. The food was hot, fresh and flavoursome. All of the guests could not stop raving about how much they had enjoyed their meal. Curry Up were able to accommodate for vegetarians, as well as gluten free guests. The value for money was also great. Can’t wait for my next dosa. Thank you for such tasty food!!!

Just finished eating from here this evening and had to write a review - heard about this place from the local Facebook group recently despite living five minute walk away for the past two years and fancying a curry, I gave it a go. One of the best I've eaten and the Masala Dosa was also superb, great talkative owner, superb prices and a place that should be known far and wide - will definitely be back!

Delicious Indian street food. Snacks and sometimes curry too! Authentic flavours from home which is hard to find in Leicester and the chef is a great guy. Come and try it for yourselves its definitely worth it (I reccomend the egg plant bhaji and the masala dosa) 10/10 Now open from 5pm - 10pm
