Conseguí una comida para llevar ordenada a nuestro lodge mientras que alojarse en piperdam sería 100% recomendable. La comida era estupenda y entregada en 40 minutos

I am going to give this place 2* so that the management notice this review. Landmark ticked all the boxes in terms of room and value. They even provide a decent Scottish breakfast and the building had character. I am giving 2* because the reception lady was not particularly friendly to us. Being just off the plane from the very friendly Irish people, we were not accustomed to her “Scottish” accent so my wife and I (Australian Asian) looked puzzled with the look of not understanding her. She looked rather annoyed and her facial expression showed it. The other two Indians (one girl, one boy) at reception looked sympathetic to us after how she behaved to us. I just want to emphasise the point that receptionists represent the country and they should be trained to handle guests in a proper graceful manner even if they have to repeat what they say when guests don’t understand them the first time. She made us thinks that Scottish people are friendly and a little obnoxious (which I am sure are not).
