Culzean Palace in South Ayrshire

I have to give a massive thanks to these guys, we held a 30th party on Saturday 8th March over 10 miles away, communication throughout was spot on, they delivered and the food was amazing, we ordered pizza's ( assortment) even did a dairy free for us , chips , pakora, chicken nuggets and sauces, not one complaint from 60 guests, well done guys I would definitely recommend and we hope to return in the near future.

Absolutely rotten, chips had clearly been sitting and dried out, and the pizza was just stinking, didn't taste nice at all.

Just had delivery which arrived earlier than stated... food was delicious and really hot...down side was missing bbq sauce, garlic mayo, peppers, mushrooms and onions...all the things I love...hubby was happy as all the more for him...would have given 5 stars but marked down for missing items

The order was accepted through the website but didn't arrive. I called the store about 90 minutes later and they said there was a glitch in the system and that they couldn't see the contents of my order. They told me I had to cancel the order on my end to get my money back but from what I can gather, this is impossible since the order was accepted. I will attempt to get a refund in person tomorrow. This is the first and last time ordering from Culzean Palace.

This place is absolute joke. Don't waste your money. Foods rotten waited over 2 hours for pizza . Rather starve than eat here again

Absolutely disgusting, absolutely saturated in salt, had to bin it. Phoned to get a refund, they pretented not nit speak english, said they'd speak to the driver and call back, not sure what he had to do with a refund. No phone call, surprise surprise. I phoned back, same rubbish about not understanding, i said i wanted a refund, he put the phone down on me. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.

Very expensive 13 quid meal for one cheaper going to the Chestnut's hotel

Slim thanks for the buggati. this restaurant great is the best, had a great meal 3 courses for £10. Great quality, highly recommended

This place is so bad.my son ordered nearly £50 of food.the korma was stinking.the lamb curry was stinking the pizzas were same .even the nan bread.we went back.the place needs shutting down.its filthy inside and out.not once did any off them wash there hands and one of the females was scratching herself then put chicken on the grill.the plaster is falling of the ceilings. We have now contavted the environmental health about this before someone gets poisoned. Its the worst ever. Food is tasteless. Totally shocked.Maybole beware. We counted at least 5 behind counter.not one of them had head coverings no masks no cloth coverings nothing.its a shocking state of affairs. Why is this being allowed. In Ireland we would be shut diwn immediately. So Scotland get a grip of these aces.its harming your tourist industry. Very unhappy.

Food is bland. I've ordered 3 times and each time it's like I've been sent re-heats. Prices are insane as well, I wouldn't ever eat from here again.

Ordered twice, 1st time over 2 hours late, they were busy they said! 2nd time 90 AFTER, the already 70 min suggested ETA! They have no concept of time! Do not use unless you are planning to eat 3 hours later!
