Really disappointing, the first time we ordered from here the food was great. This time the delivery time was pushed back twice, ordered at 6.44pm & delivered at 8.12. Food was delivered cold, burgers, buns & chips all over cooked & lacked seasoning, all burgers patties on the bottom were missing approx half the meat. Sadly would be ordering from here again definitely not worth the nearly £40 I just spent plus the free item if you spend over £25 is 1 can

My food was 25 minutes late, and when I asked why he was so late he said he didn’t know how to use to app!! I literally live 2 seconds down the road!!!! My food was cold as anything. Couldn’t eat the loaded chips cuz they was soggy and cold!! My chips were cold! Will never be ordering again. Would like a full refund

Super quick delivery & food was delicious! burgers were lovely & juicy although for us going my it’s name we was expecting more cheese on the cheese supreme. Meals came with a decent sized portion of lovely crisp chips which were well dusted. Would definitely recommend & will definitely be ordering again 😁

OMG This place is amazing! Great value for money. The tables are kept to the most wonderful standards. No marks or scratches whatsoever... Staff are welcoming and lovely. The moment I walked in I didn't feel as if I was a customer, they made me feel like family. Me and my friend was there for a couple of hours and we spent under £30 for the table, cue balls, cue and drinks. With todays events with COL that is really cheap compared to other places in Kidderminster. Thank you so much. Will be coming back soon. All my reviews are 100% true and honest.

Excellent service and excellent venue

Good place for pool or darts but they have no snooker tables. They have a less common payment structure as you pay at the table in 12 minute blocks rather than per game or at the end. They don't have any dedicated parking but there are a few spaces on the road outside. The main room is ok but the rest of the place could do with a bit of a revamp. The bar is big enough and serves an adaquet selection of drinks. The staff get the job done with no frills but this is what most people want from this type of place.

I have been ordering from this place for a few weeks now as it’s just around the corner from my place, the food is incredible and well above the standard I was expecting (just a quick burger from a bar) also the fries are incredible please continue this standard of food it’s excellent

Just ordered the belly burger delivery was very good unfortunately the burger not way to much grease oil for it to edible looks like it could of been really nice if not for so much grease could only have two bites then really couldn’t eat anymore and I’m starvingggg really unhappy as did look good in the box shame to end on a high though the curly fries are spot on

Ordered meat feast pizza and a chicken burger. The pizza was literally swimming in oil so much so that after 2 slices the base was so soggy and completely inedible. In fact its so greasy it’s soaked through the cardboard box!! What a complete waste of money, first and last time ordering food I won’t eat from here again. You only got 1 star for food because I can’t score you any less!

The burgers fell apart due to a small brioche and the curly fries were soggy but overall it was good quality, although overpriced.

The burger was acceptable, a messy girl and a tad slight, but more or less what I was expecting. The ingredients were of quality and the craftsmanship was eloquent. The chips, although soggy and bland were elevated by the addition of salt, creating an exceptional side dish. Which for the lowly sum of 1.50 British Stirling, one would be foolish not to acquire. I wish all I had to say were words of praise. But the experience became sullied when we took a glance inside the accursed wraps. The cost of said items set us back nearly one thousand pennies. A fair sum providing they were filled generously and folded with love. But what we received were not full my friend. The following may not be for the faint of hearted. I warn you. Two chicken nuggets in a wrap for 4.75. The greatest robbery of the 21st century. One from which we may never financially recover. Heed my warning traveller. Steer clear the wretched wrap.

I probably wouldn't order the loaded fries again purely because the toppings make the chips a bit soggy but they were very tasty - I just love crispy fries! Would definitely order again!

Been using this place for years, recently under new management and think they dealt with the football as best they could! Food spot on, well above what you'd expect in a pool hall. Good selection of drinks, nice big place, plenty to do, and nice people! Wish them all the best!

Had a nice evening here playing pool with a drink and chips. Impressed by the cleanliness. Only gripe is that the tables are close together so have to keep minding other players. One quid for 12 minutes light is reasonable. Will be back again.

Prices were extortionate, £1.90 for a half glass of flat, disgusting tasting supposed diet coke? No thanks. 3 halves of diet coke and a pint for a tenner, joke is not the word. Apparently normal coke would have cost £2.20!

Not into sports but if u are you'll love this place. Had a good few games of pool here, quality tables and cues. Friendly staff and locals. Good prices. Not much of a bar but good enough. Will definitely visit again for pool. They serve food too which looked and smelled pretty good.
