We used Crystals of London for our wedding at the Landmark arts centre. It is clear they are an extremely experienced and professional team who know exactly what they are doing. It was not an easy event, involving a big setup, hiring of equipment, guests with various dietary requirements and big expectations! I can wholeheartedly say they were absolutely incredible. Catalin and his team were extremely impressive. Service was perfect and so attentive. The food was phenomenal, and I had so many guests say how impressed they were with them. Thank you so so much to everyone involved. True superstars, we are forever grateful ❤️❤️

I celebrated my son's baptism at this wonderful location, where I had the chance to meet and collaborate with beautiful and professional people. The services were outstanding, and to be honest I don't even know what I liked more, starting from the flexibility of the management, the professionalism and warm atmosphere of the staff, the absolute deliciousness of the dishes, the constant, friendly, and subtle attention of everyone who they made this important event in my life exactly the way I wanted it to be. Ellie's Artisan Cakes made me the cake I had only dreamed of, and I was pleasantly surprised to find it far exceeded my expectations. Thank you for that! Thanks to Dj Vayo for keeping my guests on their feet all night. And I want to give special thanks to the one who made this memorable experience possible, who thought and implemented absolutely every element of this event, the flexible man and attentive to details, and the one who masterfully orchestrated a baptism that was just that as I wished. I had my niece's baptism on Saturday. Everything was perfect, starting from the reception, and ending with the music. And when it comes to music, I'm the type of person who goes to a party to dance (food and drink comes second). On this occasion, I want to thank DJ Catalin, he was top, exceptional! Hats off to the music, DJ! "Grandfather" greets the entire team behind the event!

We had a fantastic time at this venue, a large group of friends, parents with their toddlers and teenagers have spent an amazing evening together. The food was delicious thank you to the chef, the music was awesome, thank you DJ Catalin. We have been well looked after by Catalin and his waiting staff, we hope to be back soon.

I attended last night for the Women's Day event with a group of friends. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was good. I have previously attended several receptions for weddings and christenings in this place, and I was never disappointed. The staff is very professional, attentive, and polite. The building is clean and homely. The last night menu was well thought through, not the typical Romanian food but with some elements of it.

I recently was invited at a Christening party at this location and I can say services were worth around 3 stars. Food wasn't amazing unfortunately especially for the price that they asked for one menu. The candy bar was excellent.

Nici nu știu de unde sa încep… In primul rând vreau sa-i mulțumesc lui Cătălin pentru deosebita organizare și pentru profesionalismul arătat Mulțumiri din suflet doamnei însărcinate ( îmi cer scuze dar am uitat numele) care a ținut sala perfect și totul a decurs precum planului inițial discutat Fetele ce ne-au servit au fost incredibil de amabile, tot timpul cu zâmbetul pe buze și au avut grija sa avem de toate pe mese fără sa ne lipsească nimic…jos pălăria pentru un service impecabil și ireproșabil Toți invitații noștri s-au simțit extraordinar, foarte multumiți de mâncare,vinul a fost extraordinar,Candy Bar’ul mult peste așteptări și putem spune ca suntem pe deplin multumiți. Recomand din inima celor care vor un eveniment de calitate. Totul a decurs așa cum ne-am dorit. Staff-ul prietenos , politicos și atent ca totul sa meargă bine și invitații sa fie multumiți. Mâncarea exact cum trebuie sa fie , la timp , gustoasă , iar de servire nu am decât cuvinte de laudă. Sala impecabilă , aranjament frumoase , ambient mai mult decât perfect. Foarte ușor de planificat un eveniment cu acești oameni , îți pun la dispoziție orice ai nevoie și te îndrumă spre frumos. Mulțumim pentru seara minunată. This has to be by far the best Romanian Restaurant in the UK. We had our son Christening there recently and everything was spot on. The service, the food and the contacts they gave us for music and photography were indeed very good. I guess you need to make sure these unique moments in life are handed by real professional. We highly recommend them!

Me gustaría agradecer al personal de Crystal of London, especialmente a Vali, quien fue rápido en traer comida y bebidas y mantener a todos contentos. Las galletas locales hechas a mano eran deliciosas y asequibles. El personal se toma muy en serio las medidas de prevención del COVI 19, con controles de temperatura a cargo del equipo de seguridad en la entrada, pausas para fumar escalonadas, mascarillas que lleva el personal, higienización, carteles, etc.

I would like to thank Crystal of London's staff, especially to Vali, who was promptly bringing in food and drinks and keeping everyone happy. The local hand made cookies were delicious and affordable. The staff take COVI19 prevention measures seriously, with temperature checks being carried out by the security team at the entrance, staggered cigarette breaks, face masks worn by staff, sanitising, posters, etc. 5 star staff

I have never been to a Crystals of London restaurant and I was keen for the experience. I was delighted with the whole night. Firstly the staff were really friendly and quick to serve us. They helped us newbies with a meal choice and it was amazingly tasty. There was also live music,a wonderful singer and DJ,it felt lively and fun and a very refreshing atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who is interested with different ocazions or a night out.

The breakfast was very poor, the elevator was not organized and the worst part was that the room service was bad (not cleaning my room).
