Good as always, excellent customer service given a mix up with collection and delivery .

Spent £50+ and waited almost 60minutes for delivery after placing the order. The chips came with most of them covered in the roots and black bits all over. Pretty much all the chips ended up in the bin.

food not standard ,chips were dry and fish batter soggy and very greasy

Food was cold, chips looked old, the only thing that was edible was the salad.

Asked to salad seprate ' all sauce and salad together foods looks absolutely rubbish not ordering again

Damage boxes and food spitting out of both orders I couldn’t believe what I saw. extremely disappointed will go elsewhere next time you have lost a valid customer.

Chips tasted like they had been reheated and food wasn’t nice

Great quality food at very reasonable prices. I regularly order the cod and chips (very generous portions - the single person portion is enough for two) and all freshly cooked. I also regularly order the lamb doner kebab, which is very tasty. All highly recommended.

Best Kebab in North (maybe all) London. I used to use Marathon Kebabs but their quality dropped off and they became abusive when I mentioned. These guys are 1st Class. Awesome food and service

the food was ice cold like it had been lying outside for hours and there was no dressing on the kebab as requested. one of the worst experiences I've ever had. the restaurant claimed.it had been freshly made and it was not the case very very poor.servicd bad experience. ONLY ORDER FROM HEFE IT.YOU WANT COLD.AND STAKE.FOOD.

All items were cold once received.

Food was ok but arrived freezing cold and I had to microwave it just to make it edible.

The cod, chips and battered sausage and mushy peas and tartare sauce were delicious. Very nice 👍🏻. Know where to get my Friday fish 🐟 from now.

I used to use Marathon Kebab in Chalk Farm, but the quality there and service become very poor last few months. I tried these guys instead and it was awesome. Quality of the food is very good and the packaging and service exceptional. Would recommend

Por favor, por favor, no coma en este por favor ni pida nada de Crystals Fish bar & Kebabs. Fui aquí hace poco más de una hora por la hora de la calle y pedí Bacalao & patatas fritas, esperé unos 8 minutos para que el pescado se cocinara y mientras otros dos clientes estaban siendo servidos vi una RAT casualmente subiendo por el lado de la brocheta de kebab! Inmediatamente me levanté y me fui esperando fuera en mi coche para alertar a los dos clientes que habían pedido comida también. Lamentablemente para cuando di la vuelta a mi coche habían abandonado el local. Esto es asqueroso pensar que la gente puede comerciar con una infestación de alimañas.

The food was good but delivered late and cold. It had to be reheated in the microwave which obviously doesn't the best results, who wants soggy chips and battered sausage? I honestly could have walked quicker than it took the delivery person to make it from the restaurant to my house. I will probably give them another chance as the food was tasty, but I hope it's a different, faster delivery person next time.

The Chips Didnt Look Fresh. It Was Alright.

despite the order being so late, with no ability to track driver for the eaatery, i tried to call the restaurant multiple times but the didnt pick up. In the end i didnt know if the food was coming or not so made other arrangements. Food was almost stone cold by the time it got here so would have been useless anyway.

Fish was a bit cold but chips were hard & not really edible

We ordered 2 mixed kebabs and there was hardly any meat and the chips were also bad, and everything was cold.

Food was at best room temperature - meats were cold and not at an edible temp had to heat it up. Bread always smelt a bit funny - upset as usually the food is amazing but today must of been a bad

Food arrived cold. Spoke to restaurant the lady was so rude on the phone considering I’m a regular customer I expected her to be polite and professional however she was rude and very unprofessional

Delivery never turned up and they tick my money, never called not sure who they delivery when no one else know the code they send!! Please avoid to save the disappointment

I ordered a large chips and large chicken kebab. I was extremely disappointed to see that i had double the amount of chips compared to kebab. It was almost comical, opening up the large boxes to see that there was such a small portion of kebab compared to the chips. Will not be ordering again from here

Pretty average Naga doner, delivered just outside the ETA stated - but whoever came up with the idea of putting meat with sauce in a paper/cardboard container needs the sack. Arrived in a box that was all wet and falling apart, I had to rip the top off and then kept on eating small chunks of soggy paper by the end of my meal. Won’t be back I’m afraid.

I have bought from Crystal's in the past ...but the last 2 or 3 times the chips have not been nice at all... very hard...like theyve been reheated a coupke of times....kept thinking maybe it was a one off but its been 3 offs now ...also the savaloy today was rank ...very dark inside & spongy and chewy with no taste at all...my granddaughter threw it after one bite....don't think we'll use them again

Food was lukewarm, but still tasty. Considering the £5 price, the hummus tasted dissapointing, & unauthentic. I would of liked the option to choose/ask for salt & vinegar on the chips & for the bread & sauces to be seperate from the chips.

When the food arrived,all the boxes were squashed & were leaking. A drink was missing from the wings meal. After waiting for so long it really spoilt our evening

I was recommended by someone and tasted cod and chips from this restaurant last week and it was delicious. Unfortunately I ordered food today but the driver got lost and food arrived very late and cold - I ordered for lunch, Restaurant were apologetic though. Thank you

Good tasting food but portion sizes are getting smaller. Medium chips should not be 1 or 2 scoops.

40% discount but very very small portions in my large chicken donner and large lamb donner Much less than a regular donner. i have been a regular customer for 8 years but no more.

Disappointed… lamb donner had bones and was a very small portion, the fish and chips was ok. The chips were not freshest, very hard. The fish was slightly hard.

The presentation of the food was excellent, and the haddock was the best I’ve tasted in a long time. Will definitely be ordering once again.

some of the mixed me in the crystal Donner special was dry and old. Some of it was very greasy,. The chicken was very very tasteful. The sliced lamb, was also very succulent, albeit a bit greasy. I would definitely go again, but I might choose another item from the menu. Customer service was very good.
