Food is dynamite. Parmo is amazing. Bolognese pizza is the best we've had 😍

Just collected 3X large donner kebabs for a special family occasion, was absolutely gutted and felt robbed when we got home and opened them - no chips, the box was half empty and the meat was cold. Phoned the restraunt to ask where the chips were and to mention that for the price of £6 each all we got was a box of meat!? Never known a place to do donner kebabs without chips? Spoke to the manager and apparently couldn’t do anything, didn’t offer any chips and when we asked if we took it back could we have a refund he told us they don’t do refunds and hung up the phone. So disappointed and can’t believe we’ve just spent £26 on 3 half empty boxes of cold meat and 3 cold pita breads

Ordered 12" chicken and Pepperoni pizza, Chicken was processed cubes, barely any Pepperoni which was put on top. Totally tasteless! Chips had been done in old oil and smelt very wierd, Chilli sauce was very very wierd, the only nice thing on this whole meal was the garlic sauce ..this place used to be very very nice, I gave 2/5 stars for the garlic sauce being nice.

Used to be top tier best in darlo ordered 3 times in the last 2 months and they’ve gave me some slop sauce instead of garlic. Arrives Luke warm too

I have just ordered a Donner pizza with garlic sauce and onions, when it arrived the pizza was squashed against the box, I phoned up and explained this to the manager he said this is how it's suppose to look! He repeated what I ordered and didn't upstand what I said even though I made it clear what I was actually saying. I asked for the driver to come and collect the food and wanted a refund he said they don't do refunds and this is how it's suppose to look. It's an absolute disgrace WON'T! Be ordering from here again.

Had the pepperoni parmo. Was really expecting so much from hearing good things about these. However, this one was horrible. It was very bland and made me sick. It's put me off ever having one again. Supposed be the go too food after a session on the beer? No thanks 🤮

Just ordered for the first time. Had trouble getting in touch and they even called me back. We had a munch box, mixed kebab. I can honestly say it's the best parmo I've had from a takeaway. Such good value. I'm so glad we tried.

Just had the chicken kiev parmo from there an I can honestly say it's the best parmo I have ever tasted... I've had them from kebab grill.. harries.. godfathers.. binos... and it knocks every single of of them out! Happiest man after a 12 hour shift trust me! 5 / 5

Ordered a Parmo,was dry and tasteless. Order was 30 mins late and they forgot the garlic sauce. Partner had donner and it was greasy & not edible. Waste of money

Pizzas were quite dry not enough sauce and bolognese barely had meat just tasted of tomato puree. Quite disappointed as heard a lot of rave reviews. Wouldn't recommend or use again.

Food came over 30 minutes late, called the shop twice and got told both times it was a minute away. When it arrived the pizza was splattered all over the box lid and the whole order was cold. Won’t be ordering again!

Crustys pizzeria is a fantastic pizza shop and is extremely local. The Parmesans in this establishment are absolutely fantastic and cannot be beaten by any other local takeaway. I have had multiple experiences with this takeaway and I must say that every single one has been a delightful visit. The staff that work in this place are absolutely fantastic and they are all very kind and happy to help no matter what the problem. The skinny man of which I believe is the owner of crustys appears to be a very hard-working individual and comes across as a very kind person to his staff. This takeaway establishments is extremely popular and very busy on peak days and peak times however due to the amount of drivers that they have invested in the delivery times are still extremely fast and you will find yourself not waiting any longer than an hour maximum for your food delivery and the food tends to get here very hot almost fresh out the oven. In conclusion from my experiences this is probably the best pizza shop that is ever to exist in Darlington and I will 100% be a regular customer here. Also I think the bald man is cute.

Terrible. Ordered at 6pm, waited 90 minutes and called them, lady on the phone said it had left the shop and would be there soon. Waited another half hour and still hadn't shown up. Called them again and said it should be there any minute, so waited again. 30 minutes late and still hadn't shown up yet again. Decided to ring up and cancel it and then got hung up on. Don't lie to your customers and atleast give them a Courtesy call if there's a delay... Terrible service!

First time trying this place tonight, was great

We enjoyed the food from her, it was piping hot and tasty too, it took time to cook but worth it.

Not happy with the time it took and customer service or should I say lack of. I understand they may be busy but a quick phone call wouldn't of gone a miss to say it would be late, instead I had to phone half hour after our order should of been here to see where it was, to be told it would be a further 25 mins. No apologies or anything. 25 mins came and went and still no order, (a further 30mins and it came, so 25 mins turned into 55mins 😡) 2 and a half hours in total for our pizza and parmo. Wasn't anything special and wasn't very hot either.

Been using the same place for 3 years recently it changed hands and the service and quality went down hill with it tonight we were recommended crustys and I tell you first thing we said was " why have we missed this for 3 years??? Garlic sauce is bob on parmo actually tastes like chicken and pizza is so soft and fluffy!

By far the best takeaway in Darlo. 👌🏼
