Not keen on the pink sauce on waffles, and would prefer milk or dark choc on kunafa pistachio waffle and cookie dough, that would make it perfect!

Delivery driver was an excellent person and had an amazing character, the milkshake was thick, flavourful and just excellent

An absolute joke ordered 2121, 2300 still no food but says delivered no one been to house, have cctv to prove. Never ordering again hopefully just eat refund my money stay away from these at all cost.

Supposed to be a regular who orders 2-3 times a week consistently not giving sufficient milk in a MILK cake, forget straws for milkshakes and now forget icecream for the waffle, let it slide few times, finally called up today and complained and got told to pick up icecream tomorrow even though the shop is down the road,,,, sorry but you just lost a valued customer. So when I try to message these guys back they actually don’t accept any new messages on Instagram! Dead end story.

Won’t be ordering again. Large full strawberries in my choc pot which was not cut and my brownie inside the choc pot tasted old. Not happy

Ordered for myself and a few guests we had over on the day. Food was fresh and hot. We ordered the Nutella bites and some old school desserts. Apple crumble was the best with a tiny bit of cinnamon, definitely recommend :)

Ordered an Aero sundae off Uber eats. The descriptions clearly states aero chocolate with MINT ice cream. The cup was full of only vanilla ice cream??? What a huge disappointment. If you don’t have an item then please let customers know don’t just add whatever you want to complete an order. 100% Misleading. Won’t be surprised if they add nuts instead of biscoff to a product and end up causing a big issue for someone!

Ordered a brownie and it was literally harder than a brick and tasted burnt. Ordered milkshakes and they didnt provide with straws. When I rang in to complain about it they said theres nothing they can do about it and that i can come into get the straws if i want. Not good enough why do you think people have food delivered … because they cba getting to the shop or cannot.

I didn't expect 2 shakes to take over 1 our to make and deliver. I ordered these at 10.30pm for my children, but the order did not arrive until 11.40pm, after they had gone to sleep. I was very disappointed with the delivery time.

Ordered a TGTG bag which should be worth over £9. Was asked to wait 15 mins as it wasn't ready, when we received the bag it was just half a piece of cake.. not even close to £9

Hugely disappointing Matilda cake. It’s supposed to be Belgian chocolate and it’s some cheap dark chocolate. Rang up and was advised this is how it comes from the suppliers. It is Belgian chocolate like i don't know what Belgian chocolate tastes like. You never get what u pay for anymore. £8.50 for a sponge and cheap nasty dark chocolate. Very disappointing this place has gone downhill. Another one.

I have given these guys the benefit of the doubt a few times, I always ask them to put the sponge cake and custard separate but on my 3rd time of ordering they keep getting it wrong and never read the notes!! So disappointing especially considering they take £10 for one slice of cake and can’t even get the order right! Never ordering again

Never had a bad dessert from these guys. Always fresh and the chocolate cake and custard Always comes warm. What you pay is what you get from these . Go to order is chocolate sponge cake and custard and a karak tea. Will recommend crumbz to everyone I know 💯

Food was freezing, ordered waffles came clap cold £10, ordered chocolate strawberries which you’d think it was strawberry fondue, it was 5 strawberries covered in chocolate for £7, personally would not order again, it’s a waste of money and way to expensive for what you get there’s a lot more other desert places with better options that will arrive warm and value for money.

Food might be good but the service is absolutely rubbish. The guy who takes the order doesn't know anything about customer service. No smile, no please, no thanks.. In fact, he didn't mention how much he was going to charge me. Till screen is not visible so pointed me towards the tiny contactless card reader. No receipt provided or even asked about it. He thinks that he is doing the customer a favour by stamping on those loyalty cards. If this is something you don't like to offer then why introduce in first place. Improve the service before you lose your customers. Remember "Customer is ALWAYS right"..

Donuts came and was freezing... had before and was warm... the cheese cake looked like it had been dropped

I asked for vanilla ice cream and they sent chocolate.

decided to treat ourselves to 2 sundaes and 2 slush’s. to start with the food arrived in no bag. the driver got straight out the car with them in his hands. we specifically asked for no iron bru flavour in our slush and what did we get? irn bru. 2 slush’s gone to waste. the sundaes we ordered had about 2 things in from the listed ingredients. both money and food have been wasted.

As a delivery driver I report now food safety issues. Company rejects to put order in a paper or plastic bags. Told me to carry on exposed food in my delivery bag… This is against rules and food safety. If food will get contaminated and customers will finish in hospital then who get responsibility? Me as a courier. They accept to pack everything for customers collecting in person, telling me they deliver same when they deliver themselves. This is thing that has to be reported to the trading standards and local council because this practices are dangerous for people. I won’t take any more orders from this company. Will definitely avoid them no matter how how much they will pay. Be careful when you order anything.

Ordered yesterday, got the Combo box that they are doing with side chiick. The box from side chiick was great and the box that crumbz are offering was fresh and quality was outstanding. The full waffle (oreo) and choco pot was lovely and well worth the £20 altogether spent. Customer Service from the guy at the front was good and recommended both boxes and will defo order again soon. 10/10

We decided on a quick dessert on the way out from Dewsbury. Looking at the menu, there was much to choose from. We settled on a portion of churros with belgian chocolate sauce, 2 ring doughnuts, finger waffles, pink tea, and a karak chai. Service was great but a little lengthy. The young man even brought the order out to the car. Wouldn't mind revisiting.

So I rang today and said what I wanted so the guy never heard anything and said sorry so I repeated myself after all that he says so first of all you want to place an order in a rude manner like why else am k ringing obviously to place an order, the guy at the till is very rude. I cut the phone on him today and did not order from there because of the rude man at the till so pls find a new worker or if he’s the owner he needs to learn how to deal with customers

Very nice desserts, lots of options but they give the smallest amount of cream with the chocolate fudge cake .. ends up tasting quite dry and not as enjoyable.
