Really disgusted with the attitude of the staff. Had a Family group so we wanted to join two tables together, but the attitude of one particular member of staff put us right off so when we went to leave, she barged past us. Will never go again so went down to freckles where the staff were lovely and the food was delicious.

A group of us went for breakfast where the place was busy. But the staff were really rude and arrogant. An older member of staff barged passed me and was clearly not wanting to be there as her attitude stank. I can't think of a time when they have not been rude or abrupt. Sick of the poor attitude towards customers.. if you don't want to be in the job... don't. I won't be returning and have already told others of this experience again.

Excellent visit for lunch! Friendly staff from the moment we walked in. Tables cleared and cleaned within minutes. Food wise, plenty of variety including a good vegan selection. Only took ten minutes to get served. Everything was very fresh and good size portions. So we’d strongly recommend the Crows Nest!

Been here before and left a good review, came in today (Sept 30th) food just as good as usual but the staff really need to get happy. Server comes to table, states what food they have for you and plonks it on the table and leaves you alone. The food is great, service is perfunctory, which is a shame, they need to get some training from the staff at the Spinnaker, there the food isn't quote as good as at the Crow's Nest but the Spinnaker is still my first choice because the staff are so lovely. You have a great location, great food, the icing on the cake or be great friendly staff. Thank you.

If I have a breakfast in Milford Marina when down the boat it’s always the Crows Nest. Last Saturday my wife joined me for the weekend and did the Park run. We got talking to some English campers from St David’s who also did the run. They asked us if we could recommend a place for breakfast to refuel after the run. I recommended the Crows Nest. After breakfast they came over to us as we were sitting outside with the dog and said superb, best we have had all holiday. Long may it continue.

I have never had a bad meal here and the prices you pay are brilliant for the amount and quality of food you recieve . Yesterday I created my own takeaway breakfast unfortunately there were no mushrooms avaliable but they were offering toast instead . The quality of my breakfast was delicious it's all cooked fresh and served piping hot . The staff are helpful and couldn't give better customer service. I ordered some of their sweet offerings Biscoff Cheesecake and Lemon sponge cake . My daughter wanted me to drive back from Saundersfoot to get more Cheesecake as she stated in was the best she's ever eaten . In the past we have also ordered their afternoon tea the quality and standard totally blew us away . I will probably ask to place a order for a Cheesecake for my daughters birthday in September

Went here twice on our weekend stay in milford. Luvly staff and food. My partner likes a cooked breakfast after 12 noon, so was very happy when he saw the crows nest advertised all day brekkie. We were not disappointed. Perfect eggs 😀😀 pork 8s sausage, mushrooms were good in fact all was good no grease 😀. Rest of the menu read well, homemade chilli (hot) 👍 homemade coleslaw, salads, burgers, jackets, fish cakes and local butchers pies. AND we’re happy with my guide dog as it says on the door. I went here with a few family members and the service, staff, food, basically everything was absolutely disgusting! The place was pretty empty. After nearly an hour and asking on numerous occasions how long would food take my mother had blonde hair in her food, my father had a cold breakfast and my food was still frozen in the middle. We then tried some of the " freshly made " cheese cake and to our surprise it was runny in the center! I spoke with a young blond girl and she said it wasn't her problem, she then rang the owner and she too said it was not her problem as she was not there. We was not offered any sort of refund or replacement or even an apology. Avoid this place and go just down the marina a little bit furtherand have some LOVELY food somewhere else!!!!!!

Don’t bother here-the staff don’t. An almost empty place and we asked for coffee. The waitress said to sit outside and she would come and serve us.15 minutes later no service so I went in to ask. ‘The till isn’t working and I can’t serve you’,she said. This was clearly a lie as there was a couple who had arrived after us having coffees and the waitress took a booking for 10 people arriving in 15 minutes. The fear message even in a time of great economic stress is ‘we couldn’t care less’. The sign advertises a friendly atmosphere-a clear mis truth. Avoid.

Popped in to have a nice cooked breakfast on bank holiday Monday. We luckily found one empty table as the cafe was otherwise at full capacity including the tables outside. The staff were pleasant and helpful, the cafe was clean and nicely presented. Our meals were delicious, and our latte's one of the best we have tasted in Milford.Had we not been totally full, we would have tried the delicious looking home baked cakes on display! If you are looking for a hearty breakfast,we recommend Crows Nest.

I have been to this cafe many times before for breakfast on a Saturday morning and it is usually fantastic, however, I decided to visit there this Saturday (22nd April) with friends who had never been to the cafe before as I wanted them to have a good breakfast. We sat outside as the weather was lovely and it was quite busy inside the cafe. We ordered 2x full breakfasts, 1x bacon baguette and a sausage and chips for the 3 year old. We waited at least 10-15 minutes for our drinks, one of which had been forgotten about by staff and had to be re-ordered, we weren't in a rush so we didn't mind. After 45-50 minutes our food finally arrived.. but cold. My friend asked a very rude blonde waitress for cutlery which they had failed to bring out with the food. My friend then asked for ketchup from the same waitress who pointed to her and said something then went inside, she then came back with one sachet of ketchup. When we both realised our breakfast was cold I decided that I would politely advise the waitress that it was cold. She told me to 'go get them then'. I brought our breakfast back into the cafe, she took them and very quietly said sorry and took them back into the kitchen. The breakfasts were then brought back out to us and had quite clearly been put in the microwave and was still not hot. My friends plate still had the ketchup on it plus her piece of toast which had also been microwaved, they didn't even bother to put the breakfast onto a clean plate. We could understand that it was very busy as it was easter holidays however after such a long wait for food we would at least expect our food to be warm. There was also a brunette waitress who was extremely polite and apologised profusely for the cold breakfast and advised it was her 3rd day on the job. I would say I ate a spoonful of beans and a sausage and that was it. We left very disappointed and most likely will not come back again which is a shame due to the previous experiences I've had there.

My husband and I visited this cafe yesterday morning 19th April. We had just been served our breakfast by a friendly and courteous staff member when a lady who apparently was the owners daughter called a member of staff to join her opposite our table. The owners daughter reprimanded this poor women ( not going into details of petty incident) the staff member was asked to leave. Absolutely discusted to witness this !

We escaped a downpour here, we weren't planning on lunch, but ordered a sausage sandwich to share and it was great. The place was packed and very busy, but we'll run. The buildings are interesting, a maze of properties joined together, with the brewery downstairs. There's also a shop and coffee shop part of Harbwr. There are many places to eat and drink in Tenby and this one should not be missed

Traditional, characterful pub owned and run by a decent man. Good local customers and selection of drinks. No food but if you want a welcome where you dont have to feel like a holidaymaker, this place is for you.
