Walked in as a stranger, walked out as a local! Genuinely the best pub I've been to. Locals were all friendly, as we're all the bar staff. Stunning pint of Guinness, and they sorted my taxi back to the truck.

An all around amazing pub! , fair prices , lovely friendly staff and the land lady can’t do enough for you! Child and Pet friendly , various entertainment every week and clubs such as darts & dominoes and skittles. Very proud this is my local x

This pub has community at its heart! There are So many different family fun days and experiences set up by the fantastic landlady to give fun and entertainment for ALL ages from bouncy castles, to live performers, to game nights, mediums, quizzes and garden events like bbqs and even blow up sumo wrestling in the large garden at the back. There is always something going on for everyone here! Reasonably priced beer too and a great atmosphere with friendly people! The landlady makes this place THE place to want to be! I can’t wait to see the refurb!

We had our wake here sadly after my dad's funeral. The catering/food was really nice & it was a good atmosphere here.

We have just had my mum's wake there and was very nice clean and friendly would recommend them to anyone x

Would avoid at all costs landlady is extremely rude to customers and beer is well overpriced she'll run that place into the ground 😡

Great pub with friendly welcoming staff. Mac and Kat who run it are lovely. Children and dogs are welcome. Family friendly pub. They serve food on certain days and the food is amazing there. Definitely recommend the Sunday lunch 👍 will continue to go there.

Always a welcome at this bar. Has regular entertainment and theme nights. Prices very reasonable too. A lovely garden on back which is totally enclosed for safety and contains lots of children’s play equipment
