Went out for something to eat with the Hubby, we had an excellent meal.. I had the burger and hubby had the carvery ... Great service from the start very friendly team, great atmosphere and the food was delicious... Will be back soon ..

Run down in need of repairs and redecoration. Whole place needs a good clean. The food was awful definitely would not go back.

I don’t even know where to begin with how utterly appalling our experience was. We booked a table for five at 17:30, arrived on time, and were immediately met with complete incompetence. The duty managers had no clue where to seat us, leaving us standing around like idiots while they scrambled to figure it out. Eventually, we were dumped at Table 10, handed menus, and that was it—zero interaction from staff for the rest of our miserable visit. The only person who had any manners was the woman behind the bar. We ordered at the bar: 2 large carveries, 3 kids’ meals, 3 cans of Irn Bru, and 2 bottles of Pepsi Max, totaling a ridiculous £68.78. We expected to queue for the carvery—fine, no issue. But what we were served was nothing short of a horror show. The Yorkshire puddings were so overcooked they could snap in half. The beef was so tough it could have been used to make shoes, and the ham was so dried out and disgusting it belonged in a bin, not on a plate. The vegetables were visibly discolored and clearly long past their best, yet they weren’t even changed until after we had already been forced to take this excuse for a meal back to the table. And what made it even worse? Not a single staff member bothered to check on us—at all. No one cared, no one asked if our food was okay, and it was painfully clear that customer service does not exist in this place. We left shortly after receiving our meals, completely disgusted. The only thing stopping us from walking straight out was that the kids’ meals were just about edible—and that’s not saying much. To add insult to injury, we ordered the kids’ brownies to go and were made to wait a ridiculous 10 minutes for what turned out to be a pathetic, tiny triangle of brownie—with no ice cream, no cream, just the saddest little drizzle of sauce that you’d miss if you blinked. What an absolute joke. This was, without a doubt, one of the worst dining experiences we have ever had. The service was non-existent, the food was revolting, and the entire experience was an absolute disgrace. Frankly, we feel robbed. This place should be ashamed to serve food like that and have the nerve to charge customers for it. We expect a serious response and a proper explanation for this absolute disaster of a meal.

Having never been before, I looked at the menu online and it looked great. We had a groupon voucher so I called to check if it was fine to use on a Saturday and if it was for the full menu, I was told this was correct. We arrived at 17:30 and ordered at 17:45. I was told that the groupon menu was a tiny set menu so i had to change our order at the til. After 35 minutes I asked where our food was as I felt that was a long time for starters to arrive. I was told up to another 15 minutes. The place was not very busy so it didn’t seem right. We had our 5 year old with us as I had asked for her food to come out as soon as it was ready, but she was having to wait a long time which really isn’t fair for a kid! After waiting for a full hour, my husband asked again where our food was. He was told there were “2 checks” in front of of our order which I assume is 2 tables also still waiting. He asked for some complimentary drinks to compensate us for our crazy waiting time. He was offered tea and coffee but he requested and was given our drinks order for free (beer, pepsi and fruitshoot). No one approached us to advise about the wait or to apologise or to offer drinks to compensate, it was left to us to chase up our order twice. We saw several other diners do the same. We ended up getting our food at 18:55, 1 hour 10 mins after ordering. The food was mediocre at best. We will not be back and we would definitely not recommend.

Service was literally not existing. Food cane very late even though the restaurant was not very busy. Last time we visited. We have been regular customers over the past 10 years but service is at its all time low.

Very unhappy with dinner, dried out and none left. The seating were either ripped or had stains on them. And waited ages to be served, only to be told to get your own carvery.

The restaurant is very clean and tidy great menu choice carvery is so good great veg choices and amazing dessert so delicious give it a 10/10 and the staff are very friendly and helpful

We were there for a family birthday lunch there were 10 of us, the service and food were both fantastic everyone of us were very happy, special thanks to Natasha who made sure we were looked after, nothing was too much trouble 😀

We had a group on voucher to use here. It was for two course lunch. No soup available so we had mushrooms with garlic dip. Mushrooms nice. Garlic dip was runny white liquid. Not nice. We then chose carvery. Mmmmm. No one serving so had to wait a good five minutes. Containers had obviously been sitting out a while. Most were half empty. Turkey and ham was good but I’m afraid the cauly cheese was hard. Cabbage cold. Stuffing all dried up. Peas and carrots were ok. Roast pots acceptable after having to ask server to open up second container as first container wasn’t up to much. No gravy left so once again had to ask server for a fresh one. Now we have been to Toby carvery several times and they are always topping up dishes. I’m afraid this establishment lacks someone watching what is going on. It wasn’t particularly busy and when we returned to our table to eat our starter dishes were still sitting. Sad to have to write this but honest opinion

Honestly disgusting, undercooked bacon and sausages. Rubbish selection, missing the waffles and 2 special items. Said to manager if I could get a new plate as other was dirty with the beans, “naw” then said about the missing items, IGNORED.

A large restaurant with a nicely styled farmhouse carvery chain look. Note that the entrance to the car park is via the industrial estate road. With very wide opening times, the restaurant can accommodate most needs. Order drinks and food at the bar and obtain a ticket for the carvery - typically £8.99 - £15.99 depending on day and size option. Choice of meats carved for you, however they can be very dried out depending on your luck around when a fresh joint of meat is brought out from the kitchen. Some of the vegetables are similarly dried out from sitting under the heat lamps. Portions are generous and you can select your own vegetables, gravy, sauce etc. Pleasant enough experience with some nice seating areas, can get very busy with families. Overall, similar to most other chain style carvery offerings.

Not great sadly .Our starters were a bit underwhelming, small and overcooked mushrooms ,mains basic and macaroni not the best cheesy flavour .Didn't realise until after we left that hadn't got the bread and butter we originally ordered with the fish less fillet (which wasn't available) .Dunno if we're charged for it as didn't get a receipt .Should have asked if had been removed from bill .Carvery was filling ,leeks in sauce were bitter so left them .Not sure what sauce was used ? .Meat was tasty enough n tatties were nice .Started coming here 20 years ago and sadly not a lot has changed. A bit underwhelmed so sorry won't return

very welcoming. carvery is lovely and menu choice is vast. staff very welcoming and carvery chef very helpful and friendly. we have been a few times now and will be back soon.

The restaurant is clean tidy staff very friendly helpful food very tasty puddings are to die for really lovely meal out with friends well worth a visit x

Great spot for food. Staff are great and carvery was fantastic. Made us feel welcome as soon as we entered. There was a queue at the bar but that was to be expected on a busy Saturday night

Very poor, staff not interest in complaints. Little dishes of what I thought was butter, asked if margarine or butter, told by manager with attitude it was spread, so not butter then. Also told another member of staff we weren't happy with the 'spread'. No one gave us am explanation of why they no longer supply butter, I mean, who eats margarine these days, it's disgusting. Black pudding like cardboard, bacon horrid. So disappointed as we loved going for breakfast there. But I'd rather pay more for better quality.

Food cooked to order unless your looking for carvery the kids have a park and other entertainment - lovely meal and service

Visited with family for a meal, pretty busy for a Tuesday evening. All had the carvery followed by desserts. Food quality very good, couldn’t fault it. Only down side was lack of staff, one poor young guy serving himself with a big queue, he was...

Ordered no problem , one of our party had carvery...so was able to get food straight away but those of us who had pizzas & burgers waited an hour ! We asked and was told it was on its way ! When it did arrive...

The level of service and the food was very good. The team could not have been more helpful as there were quite a few elderly ladies within the group. Thank you for all the help given to them. Thank you also to the management team...

Came in with my daughter and friends and was automatically greeted by manager Alistair. Sat down and had our meal (carvery) which was amazing! The restaurant was clean and the staff were so attentive! We had a waiter (i think his name was bulli?) Who made our welcome that bit more excellent. Well done to the waiting staff and the kitchen staff as we will be there more regular!

Last visited this Carvery two years ago. My review stated that it was dirty, Food of a poor Quality. Toilets , Bar Area not clean .But went with my Partner this week 17/12/18. Wow It has taken my breath away. Its so clean. airy. The transformation is unbelievable..Carvery was Perfect, The food was hot and of a very good Quality.. And to make it first class We Would like to Thank both Andrew. and Beth for their Professional Touch. They were so friendly and helpful. They took the time to ask if everything was fine with the meal etc. I might add some four star Hotels could learn from this. Understand a new Manager is now in place , and wish All your staff A very Merry Christmas, and will be back in the New Year.

This is a cracking restaurant especially for families. We went there today with our ten month old, two grounds and there 8 year old. We were made to feel so welcome and the staff were superb. The best bit though...... The carvery. Fantastic, and the price was very reasonable. Really worth popping on down there. We will be going again.

Terrible place. Used to be a decent carvery, now they seem to be trying to do too much and none of it is good. Carvery ok but too cold, kids pizza hardly any toppings or cheese and staff not helpful or friendly. Won’t be back.

You know what to expect when visiting brucefield as I have a few times over the last few years, ie. quick and easy dinner mid week when you can’t be bothered cooking yourself..... everything was up to the average standard tonight apart from the s lack of service (plenty of staff just no service) two young girls seamed to be trying hard to serve and clean, one looked like she was caught in the headlights and another one was working hard to chat up the pizza chef and even stood batting her eyelids at him whilst I stood trying to get her attention to be served... I’m not trying to get these young girls into trouble with this post but highlight either the lack of supervision or training as there seamed to be no management on duty ... disappointing but I will return

Just got back from our holidays and wanted something fast as neither of us were wanting to cook. Went to Bathgate first and there was a long wait so decided to go to Livingston as we were going that way. I called the restaurant at half 5 to book a table as I knew it would be busy. The response was we are busy not sure when the next table will be available maybe around 7. You know you can walk in?

Been before and it’s normally good. But tonight’s visit was awful.

Bit of a guilty pleasure going for the breakfast buffet here, all you can eat, freshly prepared cooked breakfast - whats not to like?

This Crown Carvery has a lovely old farmhouse building for its location. It’s recent refurbishment still looks fresh. Pizzas look good coming out the ovens. The carvery however is less than pedestrian. It’s always annoying to be served the ragged heals of bits of meat when the folk behind have the benefits of a couple of new joints whistled out of thin air. (The last scrapings should be off to the pizza Dept for meat feasts lol).

Lunchtime treat for my Birthday & it was First Class. We both had Fish & Chips & thought it was the best meal we have had since it changed hands.

Decided to stop of here cos we have been before but this time i wish we just passed by. First of all i waited about 10 minutes for someone to serve me even though saw staff having a giggle near by. Finally got served and i order a cavery and buttermilk chicken. Went back to the table to give my hubby the flashing device and then i went and got my cavery. OMG it was disgusting. All the meat except gammon was VERY dry. Was looking forward to chips but so disappointed. They were hard as bricks. Sat back down and hubby's dinner was ready. He came back and started to eat and i said to him that doesn't look like chicken only to find out they had given him a veggie burger. He said it was very greasy. I just felt the whole experience was a disaster. It was a shame cos the last time we visited it was so lovely and the staff were so attentive and friendly. Customer service was a let down and also the food.

This place has recently been done up and is very nice. The staff are friendly and the food is of a really good standard for what you pay.

We found this by accident ,and well worth a visit , there is a carvery & an all you can put on a plate bit, I had a burger with chips. & Salad & a plate with Yorkshire pudding & gravy,! There's a meal deal with dessert

Great place for lunch and dinner but I had breakfast today and it was all fresh and delicious and great value for money. Staff are great and friendly and I sat for over a hour enjoying a peaceful fry up with unlimited coffee ☕️. Highly recommend this place

Took advantage of a Groupon offer and ordered two pizzas. Unlimited chips and salad available. Pizzas ( from a large range ) were hot, crisp and freshly made.

Bruce field offers low cost meals including roast dinners and freshly cooked pizza. It’s clean, staff are pleasant and there is plenty of free parking.

If you like carvery style dinners you can’t do wrong food is reasonable priced. Plenty of veg and potatoes to choose from after you choose what meat you want.

Due to good weather, decided to take family out for a meal rather than go to trouble of making it.

Been to this venue today, plenty choice off carvery nice. also plenty choice, off burgers plus pizza ,great value would return to this venue.

Stopped by to try the carvery. Great value and the food tasted really nice. Great cuts of meat and stuffing was wonderful! Service was ok could be better but didnt bother us too much. Would definately visit again.

We have been regulars at the Brucefield for years and always had great food and great service, especially from the wonderful Billy. However our last 2 visits have been spoilt by the attitude of the new managers who are very rude and abrupt. It’s certainly made us unsure about going back

we went here for dinner on Tuesday 10/04/18 great service and food amazing as ever friendly staff always willing to help. Would like to thank the man who served our table as it was a family meal as my sister was up on holiday we left the restaurant not knowing my sister had left her handbag until the worker came running round the back of restaurant to catch us to return her handbag service over and above thanks again

the meal and service was really good and the choice of food catered for everyone ,we were there on a Saturday night after the red weather warnings for Scotland .from carvery to fish and chips and i had macaroni and cheese ,the food portions were good and i could not try dessert as i was full up, i highly recommend this place ,

I suppose you have to judge a restaurant by the food first and everything else comes after that. So, all I can say is that my lunch pizza was the best I’ve had outside the big city and my colleagues enjoyed their raid on the hot buffet. Service was excellent to the extent of providing a splendid box to take home the pizza I couldn’t get near finishing - the portion is nothing to complain about.

My wife and I have been to this joint twice,,,,the food is TERRIBLE...absolute slop...the spotty roof who was out "chef" didn't have a clue how to make a pizza..i mean you had to see it!!!!!!! my burger was...well how do i describe it???? yea...slop on a bun.

My wife and I called in on a fairly quiet Sunday afternoon. The place isn't easy to find, even though you see it clearly from the main road you have to navigate an industrial estate with little or no signage that I could see.

Been here a few times, food had been great most of the time and I would consider myself a regular customer but today I was appalled. My 2 friends and I went in for a lunch before work, we sat down ready to order and then the manager came up and told us he couldn’t serve us as we were under 18 when all we wanted was a cola and a carvery?I’ve been here on many occasions and been served but today I couldn’t I don’t understand the difference.I’m very annoyed as I traveled over 15 miles to come here just to be told to leave which then resulted in me traveling all the way back home and straight to work without food! I would like an explanation as to why we were served on 3 other occasions but today was different.

I have been here a few times there is great menu choices of starters mains and desserts if you don’t want Carvery there is a great choice of burgers pizza and other menu choices service in here is 10/10 staff are friendly and welcoming very helpful and would highly recommend x

We went in 5of us for a carvery to be asked if we were in for a carvery by an ignorant girl at the bar at 5.25 we said yes to be told we only have turkey if you want to choose something else we told her we wanted a carvery so my daughter who's birthday it is said right we will go somewhere else reply from the ignorant bartender was bye see ya I turned and said with your attitude you won't see us again a carvery that has no meat except turkey really I've been on numerous occasions at 5.25 dinner time you expect them to have a full carvery we got told it would be after 6 pm before we could get a proper carvery or choose from the menu we wanted a carvery I don't think we will be back not with attitude she had no need for that with customers does she not like working in there I would have been scared to talk to customers like that she thought she was being smart in front of a couple of guys think she should be out of a job you will lose custom with her

This was our first visit to Brucefield in quite a while, it was an afternoon visit so the venue was near empty and on entering I did notice how clean all areas of the restaurant looked, however no one approached us as we entered and as it was a while since we last visited we were unsure what steps to take to secure a table. After waiting a couple of minutes we just selected our own table and then ordered drinks at bar whilst selecting our meal, both members of bar staff we came in contact were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately upon returning to our table one of the wine glasses had lipstick on the outer rim, we returned it and a fresh glass of wine was offered with an apology. The meal was served by two very friendly chiefs but again we had to figure out where to select the side dishes. The meal was OK, perhaps a bit dry and the vegetables also had a dried appearance, possibly because of the few numbers in the restaurant there had been no need to replenish the dishes. We enjoyed our visit to Brucefield but with other similar priced restaurants in the area offering a higher standard of food it may be some time before we visit again.

Went here on New Year's Day for the carvery. Menu has changed since last here. More choice on the menu and Carvery and fish were delicious. Piping hot and service was good. Great choice of desserts also. Would definitely return.

We had our company Christmas meal out was held here again this year and all 18 of us enjoyed great meals, desserts, and coffee - all fresh, well cooked, and nicely presented. The carvery turkey was especially good with no need for gravy. Superb service in 'the back room'.

First time since Brucefield changed over. More expensive with no change to carvery. How can this be? It used to be value for money. Now it’s just daylight robbery for tinned veg and sloppy mash. Won’t be back

Went here on 7/11 for a family meal. Couldn’t fault a thing, we all had the carvery and absolutely no complaints. The meat was lovely as was all the veg and potatoes.

We visited the brucefield while waiting on the groomers finishing our dogs bath.

Disappointed from the minute we walked in (17:30). Table dirty, plates dirty and food very poor. Asked for clean plates and was given further dirty plates. If that wasn’t enough, the cutlery was also dirty. Margarita pizza awful; tomato sauce has far too much tomato purée in it. Carvery portion shocking, the server actually spent more time carving the smallest, thinnest piece he could manage rather than put it on the plate. He actually pushed a larger slice to the side just to get another attempt. Really?

Had a family meal hear today staff were very friendly and helpful food was excellent and burgers were amazing will definitely be back

Went for lunch about 12.18 so expected fresh food. Unfortunately meat seemed to have been sitting out for too long as it was so dry. Ham was very salty, potatoes chewy and other veg over cooked . Won’t be back.

We opted to try this place after it was given the thumbs up from my aunt but I have to say we were very very disappointed...

Haven’t been here for a for years as on the last visit I suggested that mediocrity was an aspiration. However I’ve noticed some great if inconsistent reviews lately and colleagues have said that improvements have been made.

This place is very inconsistent with how they treat families. Toddlers may sit at a bar but a teenager who wants to watch football is asked to move!! The food at the buffet looked dry and the nachos we shared as a family tasted like Doritos with squeezed premade guacamole on top! Gross

14 of us were there last night for my daughters 40 th birthday meal,the food was delicious,the staff were very helpful even bringing out her cake,

Great value for money, carvery food was great and nacho burgers got rave reviews. We thoroughly enjoyed it

Every time we visit we cannot order anything but their beer battered fish it's really amazing much better even than some of the best restaurants in the country keep up the good work

My family called to book a table for 5.30 on 17th September for 10members then called again for another place making it 11.

We went to the carvery for a Sunday treat and the place was spotless. The food on the carvery was superb. I enjoyed the fish. We had a comfy booth which was lovely and warm. Going to make it a regular day out.

Went in tonight for a meal with my family , food was really nice and very well priced, and the service was really good, would recommend it to others, also nice wee play park for my 6 year old. Thank you !

Been here a few times it is nice a nice carvery here and very clean with plenty type of seating and service good I would come back.

1st time to brucefield since its been taken over, won't be back, booked a table on Sunday night for 6.30 pm, got there, queued out the door, 1 person serving then to be told there was only ham left, are u kidding??? U go to a carvery for the selection of meats!!! Redic!!! Don't waste your time going, the place looked dirty too!

Reservado para el 18 de mi hijo th. Yo tenía una habitación privada en la parte trasera y salió temprano para decorar. La comida era increíble, nos dejaron en paz para levantar con nuestras celebraciones. Fue una noche maravillosa. La mujer joven que sirve bebidas del bar era encantadora y muy amable. La camarera que nos trajo nuestros postres y ayudó a limpiar fue impresionante. No puedo agradecerle lo suficiente. No tengo ninguna queja. Este lugar se está convirtiendo en uno de mis favoritos. El buttermilk hamburguesa era húmeda y deliciosa. La Máquina de helados es ilimitado cada niños sueño. Todos disfrutamos de la red entrantes y postres. Creo que se debería invertir en un ilimitado gaseosas máquina zumo. Sigan con el buen trabajo. Muchas gracias xx

No ha sido hasta aquí por un tiempo y probablemente no volveremos, servicio muy lento en la falta de carne y asados muy seco. Me dieron una hamburguesa y tardamos unos 25 minutos en llegar. No soy un ventilador enorme de ensalada en mi hamburguesa, pero incluso esto era una broma (ver foto) ni siquiera tienen nada con él porque las patatas parecían diría bastante tiempo y las patatas no parecía muy atractivo.

Me dio una revisión de 5 estrellas si había una mejor recepción para el lugar. Entramos y nadie nos dijo qué hacer o donde sentarse. Es la primera vez que he estado aquí. Sinceramente pensé que era un típico Asado asados, pero lejos de serlo. Se vende una pizza, hamburguesas y mucho más.

Hemos estado en el asador un montón de veces Bellsquarry y siempre me pareció excelente relación calidad-precio. Sin embargo, fuimos allí esta noche y me di cuenta de que había sido reformado y debo decir que, a un nivel muy alto. Teníamos pescado y un refresco y un vaso de cerveza. En el pasado hemos pagado alrededor de £12, pero en esta ocasión me dijeron que la factura cuando atónita era 17 libras. Los platos eran más pequeños como eran las piezas de pescado. Supongo ya que la reforma tienen que recuperarse el costo. Solíamos ir allí para una comida barata cuando no apetece cocinar, pero por desgracia, es demasiado caro y no vale la pena ahora así no volveremos.

Yo tenía un cupón gratis de arranque con plato principal. Preguntamos al personal y dijeron que me darían un arrancador con cada plato principal ordenados y luego me cobraron por los entrantes. Volví al bar y pregunté por qué me habían cobrado y fue un error. Me dijeron que iban a arreglarlo. Sin embargo, el miembro del personal de guardia no podía hacerlo y él hizo un miembro senior del personal. Esta persona era grosero y sólo se reembolsarán 3 libras. 00. En este interrogatorio fue incluso más brusca y luego reembolsado £9. 29. Me inscribí para aceptar las dos devoluciones sólo averiguar de mi espalda que sólo £9. 29 había sido reembolsado y no tuvimos ningún entrantes. Así que no sólo me cobraron de más y menos reembolsar, no nos dieron los entrantes. Además la comida era asquerosa. El llamado juego sobresaliente, no es nada más que una porción de la asada sobresaliente en el asador fue tan finas una porción que fue un jeep en el plato con un huevo en un lado y en el más pequeño trozo de piña. La carne asada era seco y la parte tan pequeña de dos años aún se han de hambre después. El relleno era un desastre empalagoso. La coliflor era tan mal cocida, era como comer, cruda. Las patatas asadas estaban frías y el chip de pasada. No había salsa en todos a un recipiente vacío sentado allí. Las mesas estaban pegajosas y la sección de la barra pidiendo comida tenían piscinas de agua por todas partes

my daughter and her friends had been looking forward to there 16th birthday lunch they had planned for weeks what they were going to eat and mostly looking forward to the freakshakes that were advertised on arrival they were turned away and told you cant eat here your not 18 well I thought that the 18 rule applied to drinking alcohol not to eating food even the mannor that it was said in was not the best either but all was not lost they went to pizza hut and had a lovely time we will NEVER be back to brucefield farm

Supposed to be a carvery but the emphasis is definitely not on carved meat. Very, very thin small "carvings."

Era buena, disfrutamos de la comida. Que era demasiado tarde para los asados, pero la comida era buena. Sweet chili Pizza de pollo era de calidad! Lugar han arreglado para mejor. Servicio necesita ser repintado, ya nadie vino cerca de nosotros para decirnos cuál es el procedimiento para ordenar, etc.

New menu they have a lot of choices.we had the cavery,choice of pork ham roast beef and turkey lots of choice of fresh vegetables-gravy and sauces.Monday till Friday they have offer on desserts,The chocolate cake is yummy.

Mi amigo y yo hemos visitado el Brucefield a menudo, y varias veces desde la reciente renovación y renombramiento como restaurante stonehouse. Siempre hemos sido más que satisfecho.

No había sido por un tiempo y ahora recuerdo por qué nos dejó de ir. Podrían de cambiado la decoración pero el todo lo demás es el mismo. Nada como vas a explicar cómo ordenar su comida aunque esta se hizo evidente por la cola en el bar de enfrente de la persona que sirve. Pagamos y otra cola, gente esperando en el asador, donde todo el mundo se quejaba sobre el tamaño de la porción! A punto de ser servido y la persona desaparece en la cocina sin una explicación. Cheap and cheerful. No complaints at all. Fresh meat and veg each visit. Fast service and plenty of parking. Friendly staff and cheap enough drinks.

Tonight my family and I went to brucefield Stone carvary for there opening night for a meal I had 3 very excited children to begin with but after waiting over 2 hours for our meal my 5 year became very upset due to being hungry we decided to leave we spoke to several members of staff regarding our food order to which none of them were of any help. We left with no apologies nothing management where no where to be seen. However I would like to say a huge thank you to the one girl lyndsey who did try her best to get our order sorted (unfortunately to no avail ) her attitude and table manor was impeccable thank you and thank you to the polite young guy Ross behind the bar and thank you to the young girl Nicole who also did her best to try help

Good carvery location plenty of parking downsides are poor staff service carver was wearing dirty overalls so questionable hygiene in kitchen staff Bar girl was pleasant but talked with locals whole time she was serving us food was mediocre beef was chewy turkey was dry ham was ok veg was poor roast potatoes were over cooked and carrots were undercooked
